Booking.com makes it impossible to contact them -- no email; no phone. I will never use Booking.com

We did not partake of breakfast.

I paid an extra $44 for an upgrade that clearly wasn't available. I reported this to management and was told I needed to contact Booking.com directly. The room was not as advertised; there was no hot tub, there was no fireplace.

The tiolet and sink and floors were very clean and the bed sheets were clean. You would hope this would be the case - but this place was otherwise disgusting. I am requesting a refund and would never recommend this run down motel!

Saftey issues- the fire alarm was broken, old plugs that looked like they shorted out, dirty widows, bathtub had stains (very old tub), stains on cieling (probably plumbing leaking from above room, spider and cob webs in corners of hotels room, old bath mat with brown stains, the water tasted like sulfur probably from an old and not maintened well. Outdated furniture and the bed springs and mattress had holes (very old). Don't ever stay at this place! The positive reviews are lies, or some people have very low standards!

Old fashioned comfort. Sort of retro 1970’s style.

Very nice, newly renovated room! Friendly owners. Definitely recommend!

New owners bought this a year ago and have been slowly renovating the rooms. We were fortunate to get a remodeled king room. New memory foam mattress was very comfortable. Bathroom is totally new and beautiful with a great shower head. Room was spacious with a round table and 2 chairs. New flooring too. Didn't even hear much road noise even though it's along the highway. Breakfast was nice. The new owner was so nice and we had a lovely conversation :) Reasonable price too!

Breakfast wasn’t that good, no phone or heat in the room. They had to lend a portable heater . Down In the 40’s this morning. They don’t turn the heat on till October. RIDICULOUS !!!

Breakfast was adequate. Did have available coffee/tea/hot cocoa past breakfast. Owners were very accommodating. Fixed refrigerator promptly. Our particular room had not been update yet. Met others whom had stayed prior and returned. Was very convenient location to wineries.

We were in front and could hear road traffic.

Very nice. Friendly proprietors, and a short distance to town.

Breakfast exceeded expectations. There was plenty to choose from, and the eating area was neat and clean.

The bathroom was very small. They should consider gutters on the roofline so you can still sit on your balcony when it’s raining.

Better then any chain hotel.

Nita and Dave treated us like family and are doing an excellent job in updating this older building. The rooms were extremely clean and location as described. Continental breakfast was outstanding. Our go to stop when we come visit again.

Check in was a breeze. The bed was Comfy. Was glad there was a fridge and microwave. Outside seating area was great!

The room was clean, large, and quaint. Not your typical motel room. It had everything we needed including a small microwave, refrigerator, and even some dishes and silverware. We were very satisfied.

Breakfast was minimal and coffee could be much better. Outdoor sitting area could use some shade.

Classic motel recently tastefully renovated with individual entrances--good for those of us still worried about Covid-19. Rooms were clean and neat; bed and pillows were high quality. A/C worked well. Quiet despite convenient location on highway 54.

Neeta and DAve were charming hosts, and very likable.

All was well. Good value, especially.
