Right on the beach. The beach was good for walking. There was also a nice bike path nearby.
Beds were comfortable.
Everything one might need from shower soap to dishwasher soap was there. Also K-cups, plastic wrap ( maybe left by previous guests). Grocery and pharmacies were within short driving distance.
The living room sound system (Sonos) was excellent.
One br tv lost reception (reported after stay).
Large washer & dryer in kitchen seemed a little out of place.
Recycling was not easy. There are trash shoots on every floor but recycling was only on the first floor.

Very clean and so accommodating! It had everything we could have ever asked for and was truly beachfront! Wow! What an amazing view! We love our stay.
The only down side was that there were 2 wasp nests in the balcony railings. That made sitting outside a bit of a challenge at times.

The host sent very detailed instructions about how to access the property. Also sent detailed instructions on how to use the TVs, fans, access beach toys. It was really helpful.
Both properties served our family quite well.
We loved having an ocean view from both properties.
Access to the beach was so easy.
Location of the property was at a quieter area of Amelia Island so felt very relaxing.
Loved the smart TVs for our group!
The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, plates, pots and pans. Liked having both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. Also like having a blender!
The property was actually quite quiet. We could not hear anyone from the apartments around us.
The host was easily contacted and helped out with a question about one of the TVs.
The host provided some great insulated tote bags that came in really handy!
We had two properties for our larger group-it would have been nice if both properties were in the same building. We tried to have our meals together all in one place but could have used more chairs.
The master bathroom in the Oasis property had an interesting set up with the shower in the jacuzzi tub-it was a bit of a challenge to keep the water in the tub.

It was an absolutely beautiful location. The pool, beach, views from the condo. We had a company put chairs and umbrellas our for us two days.

excellent location
We had paid for a unit which in the end was not available and had to settle for a smaller unit. We paid for The oasis unit and settled for the Shoreline property.
We did not have the 2 master bedroom penthouse Unit that we had expected. There was no communication from the host until the day before we were to arrive and it was stressful. We have still not received the refund due to us!!

The view was stunning . Every window floor to ceiling was of the ocean. So peaceful and relaxing.

We cooked our own breakfast. It was also exceptional!

Great access to the beach. Property was very clean. Amazing views. Fantastic detailed check in procedure made things quick and easy.

Great location. Host very easy to communicate with.
I had booked the Penthouse which is what I was expecting, but the Booking.com site hadn’t been updated. That unit was under construction.

The view is breathtaking. You can see and hear the ocean from every room except for one bathroom. The beach is not crowded and people in the area were super friendly. Property had everything we could think of to want and more that we didn’t even think of. You can tell the owner has put a lot of time and thought into making sure all the amenities are covered. Property is very clean.
The front door sticks and takes a lot of muscle to get opened and closed. The vent right above the door leaks moisture drops on you as you enter and exit. Mattress in master bedroom wasn’t comfortable. We kept rolling towards the center. Couch and love seat are dated and need replacing. These are just little things compared to so many things to love about the property.

Location was excellent, apartment overlooks the beach on a high floor and was a pleasure to wake up to every morning. We enjoyed the using the kitchen, as well as the on site tennis courts. Host was very accommodating,

One could see the beach. The kitchen was modern and clean.
Person who rented condo was a scatter-brain. It was all about herself. Her "helpful hints" were too late and written in a way to be useless. The furniture in the condo were suited for a man and uncomfortable. Tub in master bedroom was totally unusable as it faced the wrong direction and one would have to jump over the faucet to get into tub. It was very difficult to get the front door to open by the keyless entry system.

One of the condos I booked had a water issue the day before we arrived. The owner of the property called to let me know. We needed 4 bedrooms. At no extra cost, she gave us 1 two bedroom condo and 2 one bedroom condos. It actually worked out better than my original booking. These condos were SPOTLESS and surpassed our expectations. The views were incredible! We would love to come back and stay longer. They couldn’t have been any nicer!!!
Didn’t want to leave! ☹️

Great view !
Poor follow up from the agent. Would not respond to messages.

View was great and the space was roomy. Sofas were not that comfy, due to age. Kitchen efficient and stocked nicely. Beds good, linens very nice.
I was not crazy about the shower in the large tub. This would not be a safe situation for someone with limited mobility, There was another step shower/tub combo - but we were surprised to see the climb in tub/shower. We felt this should be better outlined in the description. the washing machine did not work - power would not come on. There was not enough time to get it repaired to use.
