One of the few bed and breakfasts that I can’t wait to return to.

The house was so charming. The host was so sweet, was always available if we needed anything, and she made the best breakfast. The location was perfect. It was within walking distance to all the cute shops, but also far enough that you didn’t hear all the noise and traffic. We loved everything about it and cannot wait to go back.

We wouldn’t have changed a thing. Everything was perfect.

We were very pleased and may stay again.

Location was great. Breakfast was very good. Friendly owner. Very clean.

We are an older couple and wife has had knee replacement. Our room had a jacuzzi tub and it was a little awkward for her to get into the tub/shower. Minor inconvenience and the other rooms may or may not have the same tub/shower setup.

Very accommodating, close to town, lovely home.

Beautiful older Victorian home very spacious and comfortable common areas. Delicious breakfasts, walking distance to town, restaurants and bars. easily access to I-70 to go to other surrounding towns. very accommodating owners We would love to visit again.

I am still amazed and appalled whenever I recall our breakfast experience.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was burned black, the toast and the "frittata." Jaime refused to allow us even one-eighth of a cup of milk to use in our tea even though a request for milk in tea is virtually universal. She also refused to allow us one slice of bread to toast in lieu of the burned piece served. We left very hungry with no edible breakfast and wen to lunch as quickly as we could down the street.

Jaime seemed inexplicably hostile from our arrival. Her husband and fellow business partner was Kind and considerate.

Superb

Jamie is a most gracious host and made us feel welcome and comfortable. The location of Rose Street B&B is excellent. It is very close to the Georgetown Loop RR, and just a short drive to Mt Evans. We had a variety of delicious breakfasts over three days. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The separate bathroom was dedicated to our room and had a spa-like shower.

Exceptional

Rose Street Bed and Breakfast is such a charming location. The owner Jamie is so incredibly sweet and the breakfast was excellent. She told us about the history of the house and recommended Guanella Pass, which ended up being our favorite part of the trip. Our only regret was not staying longer.

Great place for a stop before the Rocky Mountain

Jaimie was really welcoming, the breakfast was tasty and the room was very cozy. Natural products are available in the bathroom. It's located in the heart of Georgetown historic downtown.

I cant see anything we didn't like :)
