Odada nesprossa kapsul kahveler, gazli icecekler ve su vardi ve hergun yenilendi. Plaj icin plaj cantasi vardi. Tatil plani icin harita ve yeme icme rehberi hazirlanmisti. Excellent Choice to stay in mykonos town

We had a great time staying at Fabrika's rooms. The location is great, with lots of parking space. All the people working there were really friendly. The rooms are very new and nice with lots of daily complementary snacks and drinks. Will definitely come back next year. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Great quality property, great location, and of course great staff!

It is renovated/ new, and with good quality finishes. Good reasonable size room if you are bringing 2 large suitcases. We liked the outside sitting area, and black out window covers (they are solid metal and therefore give virtually total darkness). Windows give a good seal for sound reduction. Location is very good, even though very close to bus station, still couldn’t hear buses (room 6) only the occasional loud talking people or loud motorbikes. (I am a light sleeper!). The property is right at the edge of the pedestrian area of the town and accessible by car/ taxi so you don’t have to wheel your large cases all over town like for other properties. You’ll actually have some peace to sleep here. No noisy bars or restaurants etc. Convenience of bus station and supermarket nearby.

Nothing much but could do with a night light in the room and slightly larger bedside tables. Maybe instructions for A/c thermostat. There is no telephone number the rooms to reach admin.

La ubicacion es excelente! A algunos metros de distancia de la parada de buses para ir a las playas cercanas, y en pleno centro de Chora Mykonos. Los anfitriones un 10! Nos ofrecieron servicio de traslado al puerto de manera muy amable y gratuita. Ademas de varias cortesías en la habitación. Nos ayudaron con recomendaciones para conocer las playas cercanas y restaurantes. Este alojamiento es excelente por sus instalaciones y su personal.

A stay filled with comfort, relaxation, and warm hospitality

Great location, very clean, comfortable and modern. The snacks and welcome wine were a plus! Maria and Demetrius are a great hosts. I highly recommend this property.

An excellent overall stay

Excellent personal service from the owner(Mr.Demetris) as well as from the rest of the team.Pick up & drop off service to the airport. Even drop us off in port for the trip in Tinos Extremely clean apt(no.4), which was a free upgrade from the one booked. Fridge filled with water bottles & juice. Every day packed croissants & cakes . Beach towels & beach bag ready for the beach .Location is excellent next to the bus station &taxis .very close to town & port.. overall, an excellent stay.... Demetris, Maria, Yiannis, and cleaning team...thank u very much ..and now as season is closing have a good rest.

Above and Beyond Expectations

We were advised that we needed to spend an extra night on Mykonos due to our ferry being cancelled, and were fortunate to find a modern, comfortable and sparkling clean room at Fabrikas. What made our stay at Fabrikas so memorable however, was not the high standard of accommodation provided, but the extra effort made by the management and staff to help us with changing ferry schedules. This included driving us down to the port, not once but twice, and offering to speak to the ferry operators on our behalf to make sure that we were being given the right information. All of this without any mention of additional costs, and done with a smile. We would highly recommend Fabrikas to anyone travelling to Mykonos.

Neues, modern eingerichtetes Zimmer. Allesvorhanden von komplette Fensterverdunkelung, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Bügeleisen, Frotteemantel mit Schlappen, Regendusche, grosses bequemes Bett, gute Klimaanlage, Tisch mit 2 Stühlen im Patio, Fliegengitter am Fenster etc. Und die Lage, zentraler kann man nicht sein, und trotzdem ruhig was Aussenlärm anbelangt. Wenn der obere Mieter Stuhl und Tisch rumschiebt, hört man es gezwungenermassen. Gratis Transfer

Perfect location, very clean/modern room, friendly staff

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They picked us up from the port and helped us get back for free. Everyone spoke English very well and were able to give us tips on where to go for certain foods or swimming. The room was very clean and modern. The location is perfect. We were able to walk to anywhere in little venice and were a short taxi drive from all the other places we wanted to check out. We rented a quad/ATV for a day and they let us park it in their parking lot over night for free.

Great staff, location & value for money. We loved our stay!

It was very close to Chora, the island downtown but the rooms were quiet as well. The staff were incredible and very accommodation (especially Maria & Demetris & Mrs Antonia). You can also hire a car directly from them to go around the island and they offer arrival/departure transport from the airport/port. The apartments are also very clean and beautiful.

Great stay

Being in the center, you are at walking distance to plan whatever you like. Free shuttle service to the airport makes you feel secure and special.The staff was exceptionally helpful and very supportive.

Water was not available for a short period of time without a prior notice. Mykanos is unreasonably very expensive.

Short and sweet stay at this central hotspot

Fantastic location right in the center of town. Perfect for our quick two night stay. Rooms were decent size and a nice little balcony with partial view of the sea. Despite proximity to the bustling Fabrikas square it was fairly quiet and no issues with partygoers!

If you are looking for a quiet spot in Mykonos this is not for you - during peak season Fabrikas square is a hub of activity with buses, taxis and tourists rolling in and out throughout the night and well into the morning. This wasn’t a problem for us as we know what Mykonos is like.

The property was modern, minimal and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was close to the main town and buses. The staff were very friendly, went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed and answered all of our questions. A free transfer was so appreciated. We will definitely be coming back!
