Tolles Hotel mitten in Amsterdam

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs auf der Java-Insel mitten in Amsterdamund ist daher von Wasser umgeben, aber durch eine Brücke angebunden. Das Hotel ist neu und in Holzbauweise mit Tropenpflanzen im Lichthof errichtet, was ihm trotz der Größe einen angenehmen Charakter gibt. Frühstücksbuffet lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Tiefgarage am Haus. Verkehrsanbindung über Trambahn (Gehzeit 10 Min.) oder Bus (vorm Haus) an die Centraal Station von Amsterdam.

Der Pool ist sehr klein (ist aber nicht der Grund, nach Amsterdam zu fahren). Ansonsten perfekt.

Absolutely amazing.

We stayed in the WoW suite and it was magical. The staff was extraordinary. We also had an event at the hotel and it was so well managed. The spa facilities were great and the breakfast was really good with lots of choice.

لا يوجد مكيف في الغرف وعندما سالتهم عن السبب ولماذا لم يذكروا ذلك في وصف الغرفة قالوا نعتذر وجابولي مروحة ثانياً لا يسمح التدخين مع وجود بلكونة ثالثاً السرير غير مريح بالمرة

Wow, what a stunningly beautiful hotel! We loved our stay here and we could have stayed a lot longer as it was so comfor

Everything! An exceptionally beautiful hotel just across from where our Viking river boat cruise left from. It was a fair walk into central Amsterdam but the tram was close by and a five minute cheap ride to Central Station, then a short walk into the centre. You tap on with a credit card. The indoor gardens are gorgeous and the onsite bakery and restaurant were fantastic. We ate at the latter three nights in a row and the food was beautiful and prices very reasonable. We can’t speak highly enough of the staff who were extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely choose this hotel again if we return to Amsterdam in the future. .

There was absolutely nothing we disliked!

Repos et tranquillité

La chambre était spacieuse et magnifique. Le petit déjeuner était copieux. La location de vélo disponible était idéal vu la localisation de l’hôtel un peu excentré de la ville.

La piscine était un peu petite pour le monde présent.

Wunderbare Einrichtung mit Holz und Pflanzen

Einrichtung sehr ansprechend, Bus und Tram in unmittelbarer Nähe, reichhaltiges Frühstück, sehr schöne Zimmer, tolle Bar, leckeres Bäckerei- Café im Haus.

Obermatratze verrutschte immer, leichte Erschütterungen von der nahegelegenen Brücke waren im Zimmer spürbar bei grösseren Fahrzeugen- haben unseren Schlaf aber nicht gestört.

Solo si quieres estar cerca al cruise port terminal

Solo el desayuno valio la pena. La recamara desastre total : una lampara que no logramos encontrar como se apagaba por ende dormimos con la luz encendida. El aire acondicionado no hubo forma de bajar la temperatura… calor horrible. Dormimos con la puerta del balcon abierta y ni con eso se mejoro la temperatura del cuarto. El top matress fue un desastre no pudimos colocarlo en posicion correcta y dormimos inclinados. Nota : no usan “flat sheet” solo un fitted sheet y un duvet que daba mucho mas calor

El cuarto, el top mattress encima del box spring fue un desastre , la luz en medio del cuarto que no se pudo apagar y el no poner/ usar flat sheet .. solo un duvet que daba mas calor

Hotel chaleureux, très agréable, une vrai bulle de zenitude

Emplacement au calme et au bord de l'eau ce qui est très agréable, l'intérieur de l'hotel très agréable, calme et décoré avec soin, le bus pour le centre est à 50 mètres Les chambres sont spacieuses avec vue. La literie est parfaite. La carte du restaurant est variée et les plats sont savoureux. Le petit déjeuner est un vrai régal !! Nous avons adoré les oeufs pochés sur saumon fumé avec sa sauce hollandaise. Les petits plus, bar cocktails avec une superbe vue, la nuit c'est magnifique. Le personnel est à l'écoute et nous a très bien conseillé pour certains restaurants. Nous avons adoré notre séjour !!!

C'est minime vue les prestations de l hôtel, mais il pourrait y avoir un peu plus de chaines de télévision dans d'autres langues que le Néerlandais, seule une chaine en Français et une en Anglais trouvées, même si nous n'avons pas beaucoup passé du temps devant le petit écran. Une chaine avec de la musique serait la bienvenue.

Great location but hidden payments. Great cooking but waiters serve 1. wine, 2. soup, 3 aperitif

Great location in the port, fabulous architecture, delicious modern Indonesian cuisine.

Strange additional payments at check-in (not limited to Dutch city tax). Receptionists trying to practice American smalltalk, but it feels more like an interrogation. Waiters who either lack personal culinary culture or professional training. For while the cooks are good, what would you say if they serve you in this order: 1) Red wine, 2) soup, 3) apéritif ? And when you ask them politely, they reply with a brusque "Do you have a problem?" After our trip to Holland, we visited a small town in Flanders where the waiters just knew such things intuitively. Perhaps north of the border they need a training course (?). The lasting impression is one of something pretentious but somehow still strange lacking in je ne sais quoi. Still, Amsterdam is expensive and we had a good time. Our son enjoyed his morning swim in the pool, and the jungle plants were remarkable. I guess it all depends on what you are hoping to find. ;-)

Alles in Allem waren es schöne 5 Tage

Die Aussicht der Zimmer war atemberaubend. Man konnte von einem Balkon/Wintergarten den Kreuzfahrtschiffen beim „parken“ zuschauen. Im Zimmer gab es eine Mehrwegwasserflasche welche man sich im EG auffüllen konnte. Das Zimmer und Bad war sauber und das Personal zuvorkommend (Außer die Dame in der Bäckerei im 1 OG). Im Hotel gibt es ein Restaurant - dort muss man reservieren, wenn man Abends essen möchte. Das Essen dort entsprach leider überhaupt nicht dem Preis. Das inkludierte Frühstück war dagegen super. Das Schwimmbad ist relativ klein, aber den Kindern (11 & 13 Jahre) hat es gefallen. Die Tiefgarage kostet 40 € am Tag. Meiner Meinung nach, müsste das bei den Preisen für Hotelgäste inkludiert sein. Ebenso das Laden unseres E-Autos ist mit 60 Cent/KWh viel teurer, wenn man am Supercharger in Holland grundsätzlich 22 Cent bezahlt. Fußläufig erreicht man nach 15 min das Nemo Science Center, nach 20 min die Innenstadt und 25 min zum Bahnhof. Restaurants in der Umgebung gibt es leider nicht viele.

Das Restaurant zum Abendessen im Hotel. Die Unfreundlichkeit der Bäckereiverkäuferin im Hotel. Die Park und Ladegebühren.

The staff are so friendly and accommodating, the hotel creates such a good atmosphere nice and relaxed in the day and in the spa, also the bar at night time is so good if you want to have a drink and here good music

Great Place to Stay Visiting Amsterdam and Doing a River Cruise

Staff, room, location (could see the Viking ship we were going on) excellent. Short walk to tram--two stops to central station. Great bar on top floor.

Mooi hotel aan het water

Mooie locatie, originele binnentuin. Vriendelijk personeel. Spectaculaire bar.

Er zijn te weinig liften, waardoor je lang moet wachten. Openingstijden restaurant en roomservice zouden wat ruimer kunnen, zeker gezien de wat afgelegen ligging.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit überaus freundlichem Personal in allen Bereichen.

Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen waren außergewöhnlich. Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Spa usw… Hervorragend. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Immer wieder gerne.

Das einzige was man kritisieren muss, für ein so tolles Hotel, ist nur die Auswahl am Frühstücksbüffet. Die Qualität der Speisen war super!

Happy feeling lifestyle hotel with big windows overlooking the marine cruises harbour. Staff is young and helpful.

Distance to touristic areas 30-45min walking, gym is very small - breakfast crowded; in general: the relation number of rooms vs. facilities does not match!

Clean, modern and well equipped hotel with incredibly passionate and professional staff. The location, restaurant and architecture are brilliant. Calm environment, yet close to the hot spots.

Prima, maar kan beter.

Geweldige mooi hotel, prachtige kamers, heerlijke wellness en prima horeca, ook de Malabar is een aanrader.

Ik vond het jammer, dat je alleen gratis water kreeg op je hotelkamer, wat blikjes fris, een biertje of wijn met een kleine versnapering leek mij meer dan normaal, gezien de prijs van de kamer. Ook de mega parkeerkosten van 40 euro per dag vind ik niet klantvriendelijk voor de gasten.

Comfy room. Quiet.

Slow service from bar and food service staff. Staff appeared to be standing and chatting amongst themselves. One barman making all drinks during busy times so long waits. Timo was great.

Prefect place for Get away!

Design of the whole Hotel is super nice! Everything was perfect. Like not in the real world! Really nice. Location is also fine, since they offer you a bike as transport , or the public Bus station is just infront of the Hotel. And the public transport is really good and easy to handle. I had a Birthday during my stay there, so the prepared a small Surprise for me. Thank you! Sauna is also good and clean and they have a swimming pull, it is small, but was clean and nice.

there is no AC in the room , it was hot in afternoon time . one more thing I felt bad about it , I was about to checkout at 1 o’clock which normal request for any hotel for the late checkout and I’ve informed at the day before in WhatsApp message with hotel that I request a late checkout but at the next day I received I call at 12:20 ! from one of the staff “ i don’t want to mentioned her name” in unfriendly way asking me to leave in 10 mins ! i managed everything and I left

hotel Jakarta is my favourite in the world! The vibe there is magical, and so relaxing and people very nice and helpful

we were only a bit disappointed by soft shell crab and the Indonesian snacks, which were quite expensive for what it is and only fried food. otherwise the rest of our dinner was great !

relaxing stay!

What a unique stay! It was an oasis from the crowds of the city. I love the area as well, quiet and relaxing after a whole day of sight seeing. The rooms were clean and the interior design of the entire hotel was well done. Breakfast is amazing too although the selection could be slightly different everyday especially for guests staying for more than two days. The rooms were well equipped too with a coffee machine, kettle, robes and slippers, and toiletries.

Nothing. I’d come back just to stay in this hotel!
