Agréable séjour

C’est la troisième fois qu’on a pris en cinq ans, c’est toujours pratique en voiture et ça n’a pas changé au niveau de la propreté et de l’accueil. Très bon accueil.

Inolvidable

Las vistas la ubicación del hotel. No hicimos uso del desayuno, y el personal lo que tratamos con ellos nos resultó muy agradable.

El wifi llega justito a la planta décima, y la temperatura de la habitación era demasiado calurosa a pesar de que la regulamos.

Ok for a short stay of 1 or 2 nights

Staff were very courteous. Short 5 minute walk to Centre/Cathedral. Comfy bed and good size bathroom. Breakfast was adequate/good especially given the price paid.

Room needs modernizing and freshening up.

Great hotel in a central location. Staff extremely friendly.

The location was great to get into Burgos centre. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. Free on road parking outside the hotel. Great value for money.

Would have liked tea making facility in the room.

Typical modern business hotel no issues just as you expect priced as such

Typical large business hotel with safe on-site parking.

Access with car a little difficult as in busy location and not that near the main sights 15 minutes walk on busy roads.

Perfect hotel for a short stay at Burgos.

The room was comfy and had plenty of space. My bedroom was one with the door for room communication, so the door was kind of a weak spot for "no noise". Also, there was no toilet brush.

Maybe a blackout curtain/s would have been great, even though I was going to get up early and there were no people on the streets when I got to the room.

Nice hotel

Nothing to fault with this hotel. Easy to find, easy to park, lovely reception staff, lovely room. Very easy walk into the town. If I visit Burgos again I will surely stay here.

The lifts were a bit annoying as they seemed to go up and down missing my floor so ended up using the stairs.

It is convenient for visiting the city

Wifi was dire. It kept dropping in and out with poor speed. Parking is underground with vary tight exit ramps and parking spaces Exiting the park requires a key to operate the garage door, and this has to be returned to reception, which is not ideal (a disposable eg paperkey would be preferable)

Great location to stay and explore the area

It's clean and comfortable. It has a bathtub and is close to the park, cathedral, cafes, and restaurants.

Our room was beside the elevator and you could hear the wires clanging from the air-conditioning vents.

The hotel was fit for [our] purpose in terms of location and price. Would stay there again.

Location was perfect, short walk to the main attractions. We had a room on the top floor with a fantastic view of the old town and cathedral. Parking was no problem in the hotel parking. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Interesting city centre stay in Burgos

The location was interesting as a short walk into historic city centre and cathedral however some local areas had many closed down shopfronts.

Lack of soundproofing. Room was overlooking busy main road junction with loud traffic but also some locals outside early hours of morning shouting and screaming! Also lack of soundproofing between rooms and bathrooms. Slightly shabby in need of updating.

Excellent location, secure car parking, clean and comfortable, soft pillows, friendly efficient staff. Breakfast good value.

OK for a stopover

We loved the location an easy 10 minute walk into town, all flat. Good room size. Great view of the town and cathedral. The parking was handy, 15 Euros a night and the spaces were a good size. However there are a few things to note - The ramp down to the car park is single lane controlled by red and green lights, when leaving you need a tag from reception which has to be inserted into a small, hardly noticeable square thing on the wall. This could be made easier with a sign placed above it to indicate what it is. The garage is very dark so that made it difficult too. Then you have to return the tag back to reception. There is space for approximately 2-3 cars, outside the hotel entrance for dropping off bags/registration on arrival or for dropping off the tag.

The mattress was uncomfortable. Although the room was clean, it is very tired and needs some updating. Knock marks on skirting boards, places where paint has dripped down skirting. Desk and bedside tables need either re-laminating or revarnishing. WIFI was poor but we weren't too bothered as we have our own data allowance, but for a hotel it really should be better than it was.
