Semi-acceptabil

Locatia este ok, foarte aproape de restaurantul Sergiana, cu acces rapid catre Piata Sfatului. Curatenie zilnica ( toalete si ridicat gunoi) ok. Camera dubla superioara este spatioasa, cu un pat dublu, spatiu de relaxare (fotoliu si masa de cafea), si birou. Camera nu are balcon si are vedere spre peretele parcarii. Personalul de la receptie din zilele de sosire si plecare amabil si serviabil.

1. Se cere plata parcarii - 50lei/zi, in limita locurilor disponibile (aprox. 10 locuri in total). Informatia nu este transparenta - nu apare in confirmarea rezervarii, si nici in dreptul detaliilor legate de parcare in general. Hotelul da vina pe Booking, ne-au explicat ca detaliile legate de plata parcarii apar in dreptul segmentului "Politici" - da, la al 4 articol. Dezamagitor, si nu pentru ca trebuie sa platesti, ci pentru ca ajungi acolo si esti pus in fata faptului implinit. Alternativa este sa gasesti parcare in afara hotelului (daca ai noroc sa gasesti un loc, si acela se plateste, insa cu mult mai putin - aprox 24 lei/zi). 2. Micul dejun este extrem de slab. Legumele sunt aproape inexistente _ cateva felii de rosii ardei si castraveti pe blatul de servire, in 3 castronase minuscule. Mic dejun cald se limiteaza la omleta si un amestec de carnati/carne prajita (acelasi amestec in toate cele 3 zile). Mezelurile si lactatele erau semi-diversificate, dar, la fel, in cantitati reduse. La 4 mese concomitente, nu mai gaseai nimic pe blat. Nu neg, aduceau destul de repede refills, insa aveai o senzatie generala de economie /zgarcenie, atat legat de cantitati insuficiente, cat si legate de diversificare. 3. In camera, in baie, gasesti 2 mini-sapunuri rotunde, fara niciun suport, in asa fel incat dupa ce le folosesti, efectiv se topesc pe chiuveta. 4. In perioada in care am stat la hotel, au fost intervale cu vant puternic. Geamurile de la camera efectiv se clatinau, tremurau si faceau zgomot, de aproape credeai ca se vor sparge. Este un hotel in care nu ne vom intoarce. Pentru tariful platit, cu mic dejun inclus, consider ca acest hotel nu ofera serviciile corespunzatoare. Ne-am bazat pe recenzii cand ne-am platit vacanta (in avans, la cererea hotelului), insa realitatea este alta. Sugestie catre hotel: legat de parcare, oferiti informatia completa, atat in detaliile generale cat si in confirmarea rezervarii.

Good

The bed was really good and the air conditioner worked really well. I liked the fact that they use vegetal soap. It's one step further to save the environment.

There is no point in having a mini bar inside the room if there is a non-stop shop on the opposite street. The breakfast is not worth it because it is quite poor.

Very pleasant and nice to stay. Definitelyworth the money.

Room, Location. Location is great, in the center of the city. You can walk to historical old town Brasov , which is only 15 minutes away.

shower was not cleaned. there was a lot of hair on the drain grate. one receptionist (on 11th February) was rude and aggressive.

wouldn’t return!

big room lovely breakfast staff comfortable beds close to old centre

breakfast room … upstairs with only a do it your self coffee machine …. no chance to request or pay for a cappuccino lack of fresh fruit or even tinned or dried… just a few bad apples a few plums and grapes past their best:( Being by the receptionist to wait… whilst the maid went up to our room to check we hadn’t had anything out of the minibar!!!!! it was just bizarre…. once the maid had phoned to confirm that we hadn’t we “could go”

Bad hotel in general

Big rooms, clean

In weekend there is big noise and you cannot rest in the night. You have to wait 30 minutes to have a shower as there is no hot water in the afternoon. Check in is done very late at 15.all other hotels let you check in quicker. Bad management of the hotel, they don't respect the client

Nice hotel close to the centre of a lovely town

Clean, modern, close to the centre, helpful cheerful staff

Nothing it was dusk when we got there but drove past it twice as it is in a row of buildings. Only when it was fully dark did we see the illuminated sign. I should have been more observant maybe?
