We loved our stay in Venice. The apartment is a perfect location, so close to all the major sites. Paola is very helpful and communicates quickly. You can watch the gondola’s float by from the kitchen and a bedroom window and the beds!!! The most comfortable beds we stayed in our entire trip to Italy. I highly recommend this apartment

I have nothing bad to say, the check in was easy, the check out was easy, the location is amazing. The beds are comfortable! Paola was super helpful and also helped us with water taxi arrangements when we left. This was very useful and made everything easy. Lots of space, we stayed as a family of 6 and had a great time. Washer and dryer worked great as well which was a plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our wonderful stay at this flat, right near St. Marks square in Venice. The host was fanastic! She helped us arrange water taxi service from the train station on arrival, and an early morning departure to the airport. The water taxi literally takes to the doorstep of this rental. It's unbelievable. She also arranged dinner for us at a nearby locale that was fantastic. You are just steps from St. Marks, minutes from more cafes and restaruants than you can shake a stick at, and 5-10 min walk from the major bridges and the rest of Venice. The flat itself was fantastic, 3 large bedrooms with comfy beds and pillows. We stayed in March, so no need for heat or AC - but both looked great. Lots of windows (limited views) so great ventilation. Bathrooms were pristine and stocked. Kitchen had everything, although we ate out all the time because the food is so good. Stayed with family (wife + 2 teenagers in their own rooms). Would 100% stay again. Thanks for the memories!

We spent a week in this splendid apartment. Perfection! Beautiful, spacious, nicely furnished, comfortable, well-located. The building is just off a small canal in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of room and rooms. Tasteful furniture, neither antique Venetian nor Ikea-like; the pictures are accurate. Beds are fine, living room furniture inviting, nothing is missing by way of equipment. Basics like salt, olive oil, coffee present in abundance. (Well equipped kitchen; upon our exotic request for a truffle slicer, one was provided within hours.) Communication with Paola the owner was smooth and beyond helpful. The restaurant suggestions were spot on- don’t miss out the nearest to the apartment, Osteria Enoteca de San Marco. Quiet, gondolas gliding past the kitchen window, yet near to the bustle of San Marco. For us, an ideal location. Paola left for her own travels after our arrival but left us in the capable hands of Rosaria. She proved a responsive crisis manager when we stupidly locked ourselves out. (Hint, at the external door, lock the waist-high lock only, avoid using the higher one.) The apartment exceeded all my expectations. Do not think twice; this is the place to stay in Venice. I would go back in a heartbeat.

This was our trip of our lifetime. Our first time to Venice and wanted everything to be perfect. Staying here and having Paola as our host was amazing. She met us on our arrival and when we had any questions she was there to guide us. On top of all that the place was “home” for us during our stay.

First of all, Paola is a fantastic host. You could not ask for more. She arranged a private taxi for us from the airport to her apartment (and then back to the airport when we left), suggested restaurants, local specialties, and was always available via WhatsApp. The apartment itself is very spacious, comfortable, elegant and spotless. Although it is located very close to San Marco (less than five-minute walk) you would never know it. The immediate neighborhood is quiet, charming and tourist-free (except for us!) Also very easy walking to restaurants, churches, grocery, the Venice Biennale sites (which is why we were in Venice). We had a wonderful trip and this superb apartment and host were a big part of it.

Highly recommend Had a wonderful stay. We were a group of 5 adults and a teenager and it was great. Paola greeted us at the door with a smile and explained everything starting from a location, suggestions and just perfect advice on many things. The apt was spacious, very clean, well decorated and not cluttered. Kitchen had everything and more for you to prep meals, the closest grocery store is only 5 min away. The location is faboulos, you will be so close to st marks square and more, but on a quiet street hidden away with your own canal access. Paola also helped us with a return journey organization. Thank you so much!

Paola, the property owner, is extremely efficient and answered all questions and requests quickly! She arranged a water taxi to meet us at the airport and as our were canceled and re-scheduled she informed the taxi of all our changes. The apartment is great: Beds are comfortable, rooms are large, location is wonderful. We would all definitely stay there again

A great rental in a convenient location, especially for first time visitors. The place is spacious, clean, and fully equipped. Having a washer and dryer was definitely a plus, especially with kids! Communication with Paola was great. We also really enjoyed touring the city with her friend Luigina who is extremely knowledgeable and made it fun for the whole family.

The apartment was nestled in a small back street. It was beautifully decorated, air conditioned, spacious, and near to Piazza San Marco, the perfect spot to be in Venice. It had everything we needed and the host was very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this place!

This property has it all. It is clean, beautiful, full of charm, in an amazing location, and Paola is an amazing host who went above and beyond during our stay. This accommodation is a real jewel because it has a terrific location in Venice, direct access to water taxi service, a modern and tasteful décor and best of all, the owner is very hospitable in helping arrange transport, advising on restaurants and explaining how everything in the apartment works…and it all works. Good hot water, a nice laundry, a good dishwasher and absolutely everything in cookware one could need. Getting to the apartment from the airport or the train station is surprisingly easy – just ask Paola for help in arranging a water taxi and you’ll be taken directly to the quay 50’ from the front door. It's a 30-minute ride from the train station or 40 minutes from the airport. The water taxis are fast and enclosed so weather isn’t a problem and the operators help get the luggage in and out of the boat so you don’t have to struggle. We knew the instant we met Paola and walked in the door that we had a winner and we were not disappointed.

Paola was the perfect host from arranging our water taxi transport from the airport to the apartment and providing lots of information for our stay to providing a beautiful spacious clean apartment for our first stop in Italy. Highly recommended.
