•••••• luxurious villa 250sqm with sea view, 14x5 meters private pool, 100sqm lounge and 150sqm terraces. Within 10 minutes walks of shops and restaurants. Peaceful Location in the country side but still so close to the town and village of Vence. No close or ugly neighboor.
Great and dominant view on the country side and the sea. Sun start at 8 am and sun set around 7.30 pm.

Winter and summer, rainy or sunny days, the villa is full of light and joy ! The impression given by the open space in the main room is lightness. All the south side is open on the swiming pool area and it feels like being on holiday every day of the year. We love being in the country side and yet so close to town !

Enclosed garage for 2 big cars plus private enclosed parking with automatic gate for 3 extra cars.

From villa strelitzia vence saint paul, the closest beach at Cagnes is 5 miles away we rarely miss an evening stroll along its lovely new prom. Nice is 20 mins away and Cannes takes about 30-40 mins. There are many other lovely spots along the coast, we love Villefranche and Golfe Juan. Of course Antibes and Juan les Pins are less than 20min away. Wherever you drive to from Vence, the scenery is stunning. Visit St Paul de Vence and Grasse. Or just drive up the mountain. Another day trip would be to Monte Carlo or San Remo over the border.

Distances:
from villa strelitzia vence the centre of the wonderful old bustling market town of Vence is only 1000m away. The Cite Historic is absolutely charming. There are many restaurants, bars, food shops, clothes shops and a bi-weekly market. There are also many art galleries. One of favourite spot could be the terrace of the Brasserie Victoire, on the main square, where you can sit and watch the Real Provence go by over a glass of Provencal wine.

So close to villa strelitzia vence are many restaurants, bars, patisseries, butchers, grocers, supermarkets, hairdressers, banks, boutiques etc etc. Vence is a thriving community that, however, loses none of its village charm. You are just, literally, spoilt for choice.

The villa was beautiful, the location was great as only a short walk in to town. The kitchen was had everything you needed. Villa was always lovely and cool. The outdoor area was perfect, the pool was excellent and we spent most of out time out there, especially when dining in the evening. Christian and his family were very welcoming and very helpful on tips for the local area and wines. A perfect chilled two weeks.

We had a very good stay. The house was better than we expected as were the pool and surroundings. Very tranquil area, but within walking distance of the town and hence restaurants. The house was beautifully designed and stylishly furnished, spacious and airy, adding to the relaxed feel of the holiday. It was very clean when we arrived and was easy to maintain throughout the stay. The swimming pool was lovely with good views. Wifi conncetion was good inside out. The owners were very helpful when showing us around the house and were keen that we should make full use of it and enjoy our stay. They were extremely helpful when it came to local knowledge recommending walks, cycle rides and others. In all this was a very good stay and I would recommend both the owners and the property.

The villa is lovely and everything the literature said it would be. Christian and his wife spent a long time showing us around and were very helpful. Vence is a charming town. Would definitely recommend staying at this villa.

We had a lovely time in Vence and Christian & Crystals villa was lovely! They spent time with us on check-in talking through the area and making recomendations for restaurants and days out. Our only very slight criticism was the beds and sofa were quite hard, however this is subjective of our thoughts. The pool and garden areas were particularly beautiful and so relaxing, private and safe. Vence really is a lovely town and while it is about a 15 minute walk into the centre of town it was a very managable walk and easy to get a taxi back if necessary. Highly recommend the villa and area.

My wife and I stayed at this villa for five weeks whilst we look for our own second home in this lovely area of the Cote D'Azur. This is a wonderful, quiet and relaxing villa, large enough to cope with the constant comings and goings of friends and family during our five weeks in Vence; not forgetting our dog too!. We'll be back for sure.

My family and I (6 adults) enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing stay at this beautiful property last week. We would highly recommend the property for exploring the surrounding South of France or for perhaps a week of relaxing by the pool. Everything we hoped for and more. Thank you to Christian and his wife for being so friendly and accommodating at our arrival and departure too.

This is the second time we've stayed at this property, both times for 2 weeks, and it always surpasses our expectations. The description on the website is accurate, but doesn't explain just how wonderful it feels to stay there! The very generous living space and large circulation areas make the house feel very luxurious, and the bathrooms are wonderful. The kitchen's well kitted out, in terms of both equipment and crockery etc - and the large utility room is brilliant for keeping swimsuits and washing out of sight. The lighting is hugely flexible, so you can have it bright or not, in different areas of the living spaces at the same time. You can also light the garden and the pool flexibly too, which looks very beautiful. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has sliding doors directly onto the garden - a perfect way to start the day by strolling out - and there's also a smaller window which makes it easy to have a window open at night. Perhaps even more impressive is the garden, you could easily spend your whole time admiring the plants and garden design. There's plenty of space to sit for sun and shade alike - with a brilliant bamboo-type covered eating area to keep the heat of the sun at bay, and comfy loungers for the sun seekers - all the time admiring that fabulous view. The sky really is huge! The pool is simply divine, long enough to swim properly, and really wide too, I never wanted to get out. The walk into Vence is 10 minutes, through very pleasant quiet, residential areas, it feels very safe. The walk back to the house gently slopes upwards, with just a very short steeper stretch, which is very manageable. You could certainly stay here without a car if you were happy to walk to and from Vence for eating and shopping, as we did, and the local buses are easy to use for exploring further afield. The friendly and helpful owners made the whole booking process a pleasant experience. It's also well worth picking their brains for the best beaches in Cap d'Antibe for a day trip. I can't recommend this house enough, and while we've been lucky enough for just 2 of us to stay there, it would work really easily for larger groups too. I really hope we're able to stay here again. If you get the chance to book it, I'd go for it!

A month in the sun

This was the third time we have stayed at this villa. It is ideally placed for visiting the South of France. The owners are a real delight and their attention to detail will always make ones stay very memorable. The Villa is well appointed and family friendly with a large pool directly outside with ample seating areas around it. Their listing description is a very accurate so no suprises. A car is essential.
