Passable

The breakfast lady was very helpful in giving Direktions for the National Park.

Next to the Highway - even the orientation of the pool. Breakfast- no Milk / no juice at one day / very noisy and overcrowded room = no relaxing breakfast possible.

Clean, spacious, friendly staff, comfortable beds, easy access

Pool was not available due to pump not working. Breakfast had no milk 1st morning and hours were not specified so we missed it by 10 minutes

it was good.

the staff who works for serving the breakfast was so nice. she paid much attention to the people sitting in the dining. I really enjoyed it and was happy with how she handled the work.

the receptionist at the night we arrived was so neutral. We asked them to send bed sheets and a blanket to the room, and she said Im alone and can't come up, do it yourself. just the night before, I was in Home2Suites hotel and the receptionist did all she can to keep us happy with our stay.

Staff was good (One of tye members was exceptional actually), facilities were poor.

Staff was great and location was good. the facilities were poor. Pool was not clean, hit tub was ugly. The chairs there had so many spider webs it was epic.

Comfortable, quiet, special shout out to breakfast person, cheerful and attentive

Great location - good walking in park and close to dog park

Individual toiletries and no recycling of breakfast plates, utensils. Needs to be more sensitive to environmental realities.

Terrible experience. A discredit to Best Western name

not much Breakfast was ok though

elevator didn’t wok , we were assigned to 2nd floor and my wife had a broken foot Key card lock was not functioning and has to be reprogrammed 3 time shower water was cold . desk chair was broken and I fell over on it . worst motel we’ve stayed at in over 5 years 🙁🙁

Very good

The location and the receptionist was excellent, she was very informative and polite,definitely she was awesome. Location wise it's also great, near to a hotel with a restaurant which is also decent and near to a nice big park. Over all I enjoyed the stay, even when there were some races near by and the sound was loud.
