Our family loves to fly fish and hike this is the perfect place to play and relax
4.8
This was a perfect place for us. It had everything we needed and property management was readily available for any questions or needs. We highly recommend and look forward to visiting again!
4.8
Easy to check in and out, plenty of space for our family of four. Private hot tub was a bonus!
4.8
Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. Great backyard for kids to play in. We had such a great time!

This condo was a perfect place for a ski trip. Being a hop skip and jump away from the Snowflake lift, which had no lines, and was easy to access, made things very convenient. You can get to Peak 8 from there! That was a plus, being that my family and I were there to ski for 3 days! The condo itself was spacious and fit the 5 of us very comfortably. The bathrooms are very nice and the hot tub was a great bonus! Although only one jet works that was kind of a bummer after a long day on the slopes, could of used all the jets! But it was still nice and very warm!!!! Would definitely stay here again! We LOVED IT!!!

It was better than expected! First VRBO experience in which so many useful items were stocked for us (paper towels, toilet tissue, dish detergent, laundry detergent, spices, etc.)
Additionally, it was the most private location on the street-big back yard, hot tub surrounded by walls of snow. We were able to ski down to the Snowflake lift and ski back home for lunch, etc. We were also able to walk to town or take the shuttle if you prefer-just a short walk to the free shuttle stop. Our adult children were absolutely thrilled with it as well. Just be prepared for the altitude. We got the oxygen canisters and spent the first day after arrival getting acclimated. Ih and the heated garage is awesome for keeping your ski equipment!
4.8
We had a three generation group staying for spring break. The location for ski in/out was perfect. The accommodations were comfortable and spacious fir 6 people.
4.8
Spacious 3 BR, nicely appointed. Condo was “as advertised”, but a bit better with things like humidifiers in each room, extra towels for hot tub, heated floors, heated garage, and kitchen basics like s/p, spices, starter coffee etc.
Condo was very clean, esp. spotless gas grill with extra propane tank.
Visiting 4 y/o loved the games and plastic toboggan.
Nice place.
4.8
We enjoyed our trip to Saddlewood. It was a comfortable townhouse with great acccess to the Snowflake lift as described. Itrip checked on us throughout our stay. We would highly recommend using the service.
4.8
We enjoyed this condo a lot and immediately felt like home. Everything we needed was available and the location to the lift was great.
4.8
We had a great, multi-family stay at this property. The pull out couch is actually quite comfortable and provides two beds on the lower level, and it's very nice having 3 full bathrooms. The location is great for skiing onto the mountain each day and a very quick, easy walk to get on the Snowflake run down to the lift. The Snowflake run back to the property is a little more challenging - we made it back via the run each day but there are a couple very flat sections that the older adults, children without ski poles and snowboarders in our group found pretty difficult- doable and worth it but be prepared for walking/heavy pole use!
4.8
This duplex was the perfect place for my annual sibling ski trip. It fit the 7 of us very easily. 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a pull out couch. The private hot tub was an absolute hit- the heated mats were such a nice touch! We were able to ski to the lift from our place which made the trip even better. Walking distance to a rental place and more food options than we knew what to do with. I will be staying here again!
4.8
What a great location! Walking distance to both downtown and the mountains.
4.8
I really enjoyed staying here. The condo was very clean and well taken care of. There’s a path right out the back short walk into town. Also short walk to the snowflake lift will come back in the winter time highly recommend.
4.8
The property was well maintained, and well equipped with the basics.
The bedrooms are far enough apart for privacy and each has easy access to a separate bathroom. The home was close to everything, shopping, restaurants, and hiking areas. We did have painters unexpectedly for a couple of days painting the outside. This was not disclosed until we were already in the unit. They were respectful and moved ladders when we asked. I would stay at this location again.
4.8
The staff went out of their way to be sure that we had everything we needed. When we couldn’t find the vacuum cleaner, they quickly delivered a new one still in the box. The condo was comfortable but could use some refreshing. The location was excellent.
4.8
The condo was clean upon arrival. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook but it super small, one person only. The hot tub worked well. The wifi was strong. The walk into town was about 15 minutes (longer coming back as you climb 250 feet over 3/4 of a mile). Lots of stairs in the unit from garage to main floor to primary bedroom. Area was quiet and secluded and seemed very safe.
The bathroom in the primary bedroom and main floor seem recently upgraded and are nice. The shower in the primary bedroom is spacious. We didn’t use the large tub but everything functioned well except no hot water in the sink on the right.
There’s no air conditioning so you have to leave the windows open and run portable fans. It was over 80 degrees in the house during the day but it did cool off at night.
There are no screens on the windows. We killed 5 bees that got into the unit during our stay. The windows are crank out style and several are difficult to open, don’t close completely or in one case was broken.
I called management the first day but the woman who answered the phone only said that the bees would not be a problem after dark when it got cooler. I texted the next day but no response. I sent an email on day 3 and got a text message that someone would come out to take a look at putting screens in but no one arrived before we left.
The pillows were good but the beds in the primary bedroom and in the basement were very firm. We had five

Excellent location, lots of room. Easy to get around mountain and town. ITrip staff was very responsive to all needs. We will definitely visit again
4.8
Great location, just steps away from a lift. It is practically ski in ski out.
The house is very well equipped which is not usual in this kind of rents.
Hot tube had just one of the jets working even though host said was brand new.
Lower level was extremely warm. We couldn’t managed the heater control. One of the kids slept there the first night and had to move to the room on the main floor. That one was very warm as well. The bathroom on the main floor was also extremely warm.
We tried to get instructions from the host to set up temperatures in the house. Unfortunately we did not get any reply.
4.8
Nice unit in need of some general maintenance on windows, blinds, and faucets.

Property owner gave great information so it was easy to find and check in. Owner quickly responded. Common areas and bedrooms were spacious. Has a heated garage. (But the Suburban we rented was to large for the garage) Has a driveway. Location was great for skiing to lift. Radiant in-floor heating kept the lower and middle levels warm. Upper floor (main bedroom) was a little cold unless the fireplace stays on. My only complaint was that there were only 6 bath towels in the unit for the 6 people we had. But we wanted to use the hot tub. So I called to ask for extra towels. The person told me "no". And said that they are only required to give us one for each person. So pack extra towels if you want to use the nice hot tub. Or you have to shower with the same wet towel.
(Check out the beautiful starry sky when you are in the hot tub!)
4.8
Everything was exactly as described and being able to walk 40 yards to jump on Snowflake run and hop on Snowflake Lift to get to the base of Peak 8 was perfect. Super clean, comfortable and plenty of space. The hot tub was the perfect apres ski rest before heading down the hill to town. Will keep this one in my return list! Will have to come enjoy in the summer as well.
4.8
Property as described. Clean and great location. Excellent communication
4.8
We loved it! Each room has its own bathroom and it is very well located in proximity to the mountain and downtown.
4.8
A wonderful stay
4.8
Mix up in arrival and online booking resulted in quick last minute cleaning which was not good at all. We appreciate the extra night to compensate but overall we might have been better off waiting a few hours for it to be cleaned properly. Window on the side of the master bedroom doesn't latch. Sink faucets in master bedroom leak, lower cupboard in kitchen is broken. Bathroom on main level was not clean at all, especially the shower. Location was great and would have been even nicer had the snowflake trail been open instead of just the lift . Hot tub was very nice after skiing all day (would have been nice though to have towels for the hot tub instead of having to use bath towels which were very limited). Hot tub guy, HOA guy and cleaners all came the day we were originally supposed to leave even though we communicated with Sandy that we were going to take her up on the extra night.
4.8
The place was amazing! Cozy, convenient, and clean. Would definitely stay again! Such a cute place. Loved the private hot tub!
4.8
Wow, what a wonderful place! Spacious 3 bd / 3 ba home, the hot tub was a luxurious addition! Easy walk to town and hiking. Carla was so helpful with places to visit and ensuring everything was to our liking. I highly recommend a stay here!
4.8
We stayed at the property for a long weekend. Everything went well. Place was clean, in a great location, all communication about property went well.
4.8
Property was well located in a generally quiet neighborhood convenient to Main St. Plenty of room for our family of four and we loved the private hot tub out the back door.

Awesome townhome close to Main Street
Townhome has a great layout that can easily accommodate both space and togetherness needs for various ages. Unit is in a quiet, well-kept community that's a short walk (~1 mile) to downtown Breck so you have the option of walking or driving into town. If you're a light-sensitive sleeper know that there is a large, East-facing window in the main bedroom that does not have a window covering. The window's view is great so it's easy to understand why its not covered; just plan ahead if sleeping in a dark space is important. Property management team was also terrific to work with: easy access and checkout instructions and timely when answering questions. We had a blast exploring Breckenridge and really enjoyed these accommodations!

Breck Summer Getaway
Perfect place to home base for summer adventures. Able to walk to many on mountain hiking trails and convenient to downtown shops/restaurants.

Awesome Trip
The house was perfect. The coffee maker did not work the first morning. I contacted the management and they had a coffee pot waiting for us when we got back to the house that evening. Great location to downtown and walking trail.
4.8
Very nice place
All in all this is a very nice place, we had a great time for our anniversary. Sandy is top-notch, responding very quickly to all communications and got early check in arranged for us. We met Carla too, very pleasant and accommodating. Enjoyed the hot tub daily, TV's were easy to use. Broiled trout fillets one day and all applicances performed well. It is kind of hard to tell exactly where the property is when going through VRBO but that was not a problem. Next time we will bring more family!
4.8
Awesome
We had a great time! Everything was super simple and seamless. Great location. Thanks!

Great house, well located
We loved staying here! It is a short walk to the snowflake lift, there's a Christy's sports about 5 minutes away, and the house has everything you need to stay. We rented baby equipment from another company so that our infants wouldn't have any problems with the stairs, and it became the perfect house for 2 couples with 3 kids altogether. The washer dryer is great to have on hand, the hot tub is amazing after a long day of skiing, and the beds are comfortable. Highly recommend!

This was a really nice condo that uses space effectively. Nice to be able to use the downstairs den as a 4th bedroom. Heated garage was a feature we enjoyed more than expected! Grab your skis, walk two condo units down, go behind that unit, and your on the feeder slope to the lift! Easy. One note: the small kitchen space was a challenge with more than one chef (maybe it could be enlarged by pushing out the bar/island a few feet?).

Nice property that is well-laid out and just a few units away from the slopes!

Ski Trip 2022
Awesome trip to Breckinridge. First time in the area and I must say we all had a great time. Beautiful place and very well taken care of. Less then a minute walk to the snowflake slope. Lots of other activities to do in the area beside just ski. We will be back again
