Habitacion pequeña , sin aire azulejos en mal estado muebles del palenteolitico, tv micro pequeña . La cisterna wc se rompió y nos cambiaron de habitación s otra que el wc no tenía puerta, el aire tampoco funcionaba. Nos dejaron un ventilador.. La segunda habitación daba a un patio de luces angosto y con máquinas que no dejaban de sonar ....rejas oxidadas, puerta de la habitación tenías que darle patadas para abrir. En fin una vergüenza de hotel supuestamente 3 estrellas , precio elevado. Con todo lo ocurrido lo lógico seria que en recepción a la hora de pagar te hicieran un arreglo.

Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses, personnel très aimable.

Propre et soigné mais on sent le 3 étoiles d’une autre époque. Les équipements sont un peu vétustes. Manque de prises dans les chambres, décalage entre un monde aujourd’hui hyper-connecté et une époque révolue.

Cumple la función si vas de pasada.

La ubicación y el servicio del personal, pues les pedimos a mayores algunas cosas y nos lo hicieron llegar muy rápido. Además, a la hora de acceso al hotel nada más llegar, la persona que nos atendió fue muy agradable. La habitación está bien y cumple con los mínimos para poder pasar la noche.

La gente que se hospedaba en el hotel, pues por la noche fue difícil descansar ya que había demasiado ruido por los pasillos. Una persona estuvo durante varios minutos llamando a diferentes puertas a altas horas de la madrugada. El hecho de que no haya persiana tampoco fue agradable, ya que entraba luz desde bien temprano en la habitación a pesar de las cortinas opacas.

Lo que más me gustó sin duda es que aceptarán animales.

Pues a ver , es un hotel bastante viejo, se ve en las instalaciones , y había suciedad en algunos sitios pero supongo que es por el deterioro de las instalaciones. Un poco caro para lo que es la verdad. El desayuno buffet pero nada especial. Muy industrial. Pero bueno como he dicho al principio aceptan mascotas y para mi eso ya vale por todo. Además Luis el de recepción súper majo y agradable. En general el personal encantador. A pesar de lo dicho anteriormente repetiría.

It was very unclean,and after a 8hrs drive could not get any hot food.We where told you had parking and on arrival told to find parking in street.

I got a very low price so it was a great deal

good shower with plenty of hot water. 10 minutes walk to the train station at bus if you walk fast. Close to lots of shopping, take the tunnel by the train station

The staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The location was excellent, close to the railway station and the ferry port.

The location was poor, it was very noisy even with the windows closed. the hotel was very dark and dingy. the whole place smelt like a greasy cafe. the bathroom was dirty, smear marks all over the mirror, dirt around the bottom of the toilet. the bin hadn't been cleaned in a long time the buildup of scum and dust. there were black scratch marks all over the floor at 1 side of the bed. the beds we basic metal frames, there was dirt marks all over the throw that was on top of the bed sheets that also smelt really bad of grease. The bar was very small and dingy with next to no drinks on offer, so we had to go to the shop to get some drinks. we sat in the room for around an hour and a half and decided we had to get out, there was no way we were going to stay there. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Not at all impressed for the money paid.

The beds were not good & more like last minute emergency overnight beds. Too soft & creaky. The screen in the shower didn't go all the way across so as to keep the water from going outside onto the floor. I also feel for the price more toiletries should have been supplied eg. more than one toilet roll / emergency toothbrush / body lotion etc as is the case in all Australian Hotels (& at a lot cheaper rate). Also the room smelt very musty. The only redeeming feature was the location which suited us because we were catching the ferry the following day.

Convenient for ferry

Didn't have it didn't look very appetising so went without

More staff would have been good no bar or food when we arrived all closed did say o website available. On website it said car parking assumed it was on site but had to park three streets away in car park which I have to say was secure and staff there seeing us in were very good helpful and very pleasant. Thought the car parking charge was a bit steep 10 euros would have been better.

A one-night stopover. Quick, easy and comfortable enough to consider it again.

Close enough to the airport side of town and close enough to the train and bus stations. Near enough the shore that you’re not on Santander’s hilly streets, so flat walking nearby. Also on a quiet street, so no disturbance from traffic. Pleasant and helpful staff.

This stay saw me check-in at midnight and check-out at 10am the following day, so I really wasn’t there long enough to encounter anything I might not have liked.

Overall for our one overnight stay it was fine. We arrived at 1AM, and could still check in. The man on night reception was quite a character!

When I requested acknowledgement the hotel was pet friendly, I was assured it was and I would not be charged any extra. I was then charged 10 pounds per dog.( We had 3).
