Such a great vibe! We only stayed for a night, but the room, location, and rooftop amenities were excellent.

This hostel was just perfect! Clean, fresh, compact but versatile, classy and comfortable. The facilities were so clean, the bedding was 9/10.
Also the bedroom design was great, having 4-5 capsules per room, and then a shared bathroom for those 4-5 people, meaning it was a lot cleaner, neater and a lot less cluttered.
The shower in my room 300 was slanted, this meaning the water flooded out of the shower and made the floor a tad damp.

Friendly staff, great facilities and coffee machine in the room

The room and the layout.
The shower was quite dark - could use a light above.

Was close to the office so only 10mins walk to and from work for the week.
Has been poorly maintained / poor workmanship, I have OCD tendencies so this bothered me than it would most. I am also not sure if it was just my room of the whole hotel. Breakfast only available after 8am, I start work at 7am so was a waste of money for me. I should have read the details closer but this hasn’t been an issue for me staying elsewhere.

nice and tidy but not worth 200$ per night.

next to airport train
3 pages of too many « don’t do this » rules, treating clients like badly behaving kids.

Their was no tea towel to dry the dishes had to use hand towel to dry them.

Location
The bed was old and uncomfortable.
There was a coffee machine, but it lacked maintenance. Coffee machine needs decalcificafication to work as it should.
The booking was for two people, but there was only one bath tower.
The toilet bowl was dirty for use.

ground floor, court yard I liked going straight in and out, no lifts, never made it to the roof top next time.

Location is awesome and why I generally choose this hotel.
Staff were helpful storing a cake for my event which was great.
Please please please get rid of the ancient iPod docking stations. Install USB charging points. It's a small and inexpensive change, and I say it every time I stay. It's making your hotel feel dated, and not worth the price tag.
Also, the curtains in my room only just met, so blackout function wasn't effective. Most hotels in this price bracket now have blackout blinds behind the curtains.

it’s proximity to our destination venue
bed was lumpy . Limited ‘warm’ water …(it failed to get hot )
there was a dreadful smell ( like vomit) in the only lift .

The location near the train station (and somewhere to get breakfast),
Check in time cut off of 5 pm was way too early. Really need a big fix-up on this one.

Comfy beds and friendly staff
Weren't told the rooftop and var were closed which is why we travelled there. Was told they needed my credit card for mini bar. Get upstairs and can't find mini bar. Phoned and told no minibar has been discontinued. Rooms quite tight in space. Walls well marked and repainted in parts so looks bit messy. Location side street Nd view of another buildings wall. Wouldn't travel there again as expensive for what it was.

Perfect location for our purpose, close to Tivoli, metro station and restaurants. Friendly, helpful reception staff, when reception was actually open. Room was cleaned daily which is a rarity nowadays.
Room was nice enough, apart from the balcony which looked out on a brick wall. The people in the opposite building could look straight into our room as well. The fact that all rooms had a balcony was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.
The website advertised a rooftop bar and plunge pool. Both were closed. No compensation was offered.
Our booking confirmation email said that complementary minibar was included with our room rate. However, minibar was empty. When I inquired about it I was told that “ new management” no longer provided a complimentary minibar. After complaining , we were given 2 beers and a small bottle of wine. The next day I was told it applied to the first night only.
So I suppose if you include breakfast with a 4 night stay, you will pay for four, but only get one?
Anyway, it left a bad taste and reason enough not to return.I hate false advertising.
Also they told me the cc I had provided with booking did not work and I had to organise payment with a different card over the phone while still in the airport. Nothing wrong with the card, but maybe they decided not to accept AMEX any more. Again, not really helpful.
