the location is convenient staff are nice
rooms are a little tired and needing some upgrades. Shower does not have much pressure \. Restaurant in the hotel not open for dinner Sunday to Wednesday which is a bit annoying.

The hotel is looking very tired in lots of ways, really needs a refurbishment. Dirty, cracked seats in bar, carpet in room worn out, stains on walls.

What I loved about the hotel was its location and above all the staff. What makes a memorable experience is the staff. Every individual from the concierge to the front of the house to the resturant were all very humble and cooperative. The breakfast was great. This hotel is a people’s hotel. Great customer service. A shout out to Ivan, Pravin, Ashley, Chris and Ali

The behavior of the hotel manager was extremely disappointing. He made no effort to ensure our comfort and demonstrated very poor problem-solving skills. After 15 years of travel experience, I can confidently say he was the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. During my parents' stay in Australia, their visa card expired, so I booked them a night at the Hilton Hotel before their international flight using my debit card. Despite having all my card information, the hotel manager refused to accept any payment methods including cash, and did not allow my parents to stay. This happened at 1 a.m., and unfortunately, he made no effort to assist us in resolving the situation.

The location was good, the staff were nice enough and professional, the pool was good and it had everything we needed.
We had a twin room and the double beds both felt old and soft with roll together and a giant dip in the middle. Not comfortable at all, we hd two terrible sleeps. We were looking over charged and it's taken a week to get it refunded.

The service was excellent, prompt and friendly.
The facilities were dated, the carpet had runs, the wall paper was peeling, the air-conditioning was loud and difficult to control, the shower squealed, there was a dirty tissue in the bathroom and the light fixtures were cracked.

Location wins everytime - rooms should all be a stand alone shower
Stand alone showers - it is dangerous getting in and out of the bath tub to shower. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss with the staff not really interested. Coffee was not good and the tea cold.

Location was great. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay relaxed. I loved that they sent you text messages. So you didnt have to talk to anyone but were still able to communicate with them.

I became quite unwell and the staff at Reception were amazing in enabling me to cancel one night of my booking so I could fly back to Melbourne a day early. I was quite worried being on my own and they made it so easy.
I would like a toaster, a knife and fork and a plate. I was not well enough to go down for a meal and I found Room service extraordinarily expensive.

Still charged me for a roll away bed that we did not use and had asked before entering the room for it to be removed, shower had to be fixed room size is outrageously small for the price point terrible air-conditioning,tiny tv with little no no Foxtel channels and charging $38 for old movies , had a extremely outback motel you pay $80 a night for feel we were charged $58 dollars for a one night park in the car park that's advertised for $18 a night bed was so old you would rool into the same grove 4000 people before you started to make

You can't fault the location. Access to serious shopping, restaurants, tourist spots. Right in the middle of the city (and if that might seem daunting to some travellers, Brisbane always strikes me as having a very human scale.)
The trip turned out exactly as I had hoped. We were in town for a special event and I wanted a place to relax and get ready. Had we been there longer, I would certainly have made more use of what seems like an excellent restaurant.

Good location
We thought it was very over priced for condition of rooms. The furniture and amenities were run down. The TV was very small and the TV options were very limited. We usually stay at the Hyatt and thought we would try the Hilton and was disappointed. The Hilton was much more expensive and no where near as modern. Probably won’t stay there again.

The location for the Hilton is excellent and makes it so easy to get around. The staff are always fantastic and go out of the way to make our stay very comfortable by attending to any of our needs i.e. early checkin and late checkout, dietary requirements both at breakfast and in the Executive lounge etc.
Certain areas are looking a little tired i.e. the lift doors inside were either dirty or needed a paint, some of the lift direction lights need replacing and the carpet in the reception area looks a little soiled.

Central location for CBD access, rooms were comfortable, bar downstairs was great as we could have a drink and order food without having to leave. Great communication from staff via text messages to ensure our stay was great and when we needed anything, they were available.
We booked a rate including room, parking & breakfast, but were charged parking as an extra when we left. Once brought to the attention of staff, it was resolved quickly.

Service, location and property facilities were great. Very clean and inviting decor. Executive floor extras were very nice. Staff are obviously trained well and service is of a high standard.
Having vegan and gluten free dietary requirements the breakfast options could have had a little more diversity as these are growing health requirements with a larger demographic.
