Lehúzós apartman kaucióval

Az elhelyezkedés

Miután fizetőssé vált a lemondási lehetőség írtak nekünk, hogy 200€ kauciót fizessünk meg, ezt ugye kötelező jelleggel kifizetették, anélkül a belépési adatokat nem adták meg, erről előzetesen senki nem szólt. 4 főre foglaltuk a szállást, amikor odaértünk 2 főre meg volt ágyazva, a másik 2 pedig kapott 2 lepedőt. Jeleztük és legalább 2 órába telt mire megértették, hogy szeretnénk paplant és normális alvási körülményeket, ha már 4 főre kiadták az apartmant. Másnap eltűnt 2 párna az apartmanból, jeleztük nekik és nem ők mentek be elvileg, de a rendőröket ne merjük hívni… Teljesen vicc kategória a kaució elvesztése is, amennyiben a szemetet nem viszed le, elhagysz egy párnát/törölközőt vagy kár éri vagy ha nem mosogatsz el, ezekre mind külön-külön megvonják a kauciót. Az apartman kopott bútorokkal van berendezve, a kanapé kényelmetlen, amin aludni kell. A fürdőszoba tisztasága hagy bőven kivetnivalót. Nem ajánlom senkinek sem.

Kiváló lokáció, felejthetetlen élmények

Az apartmanról egy kivétellel minden szinten csak pozitív véleményt lehet adni. Elhelyezkedése 10/10 Felszereltsége 10/10 Ágy 10/10 Éttermek, bárok bevásárlási lehetőség közelsége 10/10 Csomagmegőrző közelsége 10/10

A tisztasága rendben volt, de sajnos a felmosás illetve az erkély takarítás nem sikerült megfelelően.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Ideal location - minutes away from the beach, marina, bars, restaurants and bus stop or taxis to/from the airport.

Very close to everywhere. Smooth process gaining access. Facilities good, clean.

Fabulous location

Location fabulous, air con great. The host was great when we were unable to get into apartment and had issue sorted promptly.

The sofa bed needs looking at dipped in the middle, lack of attention to detail in that there was no tea towel, dust on light fittings and bathroom fan, broken dustpan, only 1 dinner plate, no chopping board/bread board, this wasn't a problem for us as we ate out mainly but could be a problem if you wanted to self cater.

Amazing location and great apartment

This property was in an amazing locations Close to shops and restaurants, and a 5 minute walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this place for any stay up to 4 people.

There wasn’t much not to like about the property. I think it could have been stocked a little better when we arrived such as hand soap and washing powder .

A quiet and clean apartment in a great location.

Incredible location, clean and cared for furnishings, quiet and restful - a welcome surprise given the location. The host was very attentive and cordial.

We had a nice stay there, Liliana was very prompt to respond and attend to our questions.

Central location, comfortable …. It was nice to have the convenience of self check in and to have few basic condiments in the kitchen.

A platter to drain dishes and a clothes dryer were missing. Toilet paper rolls not enough. Microwave cable was not long enough to the electric socket.

Fantastic stay.

The facilities in the apartment were great and the noise levels were not too loud despite being located in the city centre. Very secure and very kind host. We were accommodated for an early check-in. We were brought extra towels etc.. very quickly when asked. The air con worked very well.

The safe did not work, unfortunately.

Very enjoyable, relaxed - just what we wanted for our first holiday since Covid

The location was excellent, just off the town hall square and within easy reach of the promenade, beach and lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. Good sized apartment with plenty of spare towels and bedding, and sufficient crockery and cutlery. Very large fridge and also freezer with ice tray, useful for ice cubes. Spacious shower unit with plenty of hot water. Walk-in wardrobe with lots of storage.

Had a problem with the plug in the kitchen, which was jammed in the sink, in a closed position so water couldn't drain away. Also television wasn't working. Reported these via WhatsApp and they sent a workman the next morning at a time to suit us. He sorted the television (there was a problem with reception for the whole building, apparently) and had to prize out the plug with a screwdriver. Told us not to use it and it would need a replacement. We never heard back as to whether a new one had been bought but used a large casserole pot as an improvised washing up bowl, so no problem.

The location is very good close to the old square. Five minutes from the beach and close to shops, bars and restaurants. The host was attentive and responded quickly.

It was rather noisy at night especially if you are in a front facing apartment. Windows could benefit from extra soundproofing. The Wi-Fi did not work in our apartment throughout our stay. There are no English speaking channels which could have compensated for the lack of Wi-Fi although the host mentioned this would be looked into in the future.

Great location.

Great location. Apartment was clean. Communication from host was great. We had very pleasant stay. Would recommend to anyone.

Little bit noisy from the street at night. Supposedly you have to except that as you are in the centre of the city.

It was excellent🥰

Everything is amazing! Location is very good, near restaurants and beach. Apartment are clean. Owner was very friendly and allowed us let us to leave our bags longer on the last day and to stay earlier on the first day. The keys are left in a box by the door which is convenient. I absolutely recommend this cool place🥰

There is no balcony or area in front of the apartment to sit outside. There is no tray for washed dishes in the kitchen.

Perfect place for a holiday in Alicante with an amazing location and a caring host.

Everything went very well, we arrived few hours early but the host was nice enough to let us leave our bags until the official check-in time. Until then we were able to have a nice walk around the city. We found everything what we expected and even more. We were able to make some breakfast since the apartaments had everything necessary for the cooking (plates, cutlery, kitchen utensils, toster and etc). One of the best things was the bedding, it was soft and very nice, had a good night sleep.

One minor thing appeared to us that the shower would take a while to get warm (water) and after some time it would become hot very fast, so it's a thing to keep in mind especially if staying with the children. And it would comfortable if the place would have a kettle.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient as it is only a few minutes walk from the beach, supermarket, restaurants etc The host was very accomodating in providing us with a later check out due to an evening flight.

Exceptional

This is an excellent choice for accommodation. Right in the centre of the old town it is perfectly situated to explore wider Alicante. The beach is a 1 minute walk away, there is a Carrefour next door as well as many bars and restaurants. Most surprising though is that being so close to so much it feels like a tranquil oasis due to the Atrium which keeps the block away from the street. This is our second time staying here, and it will not be our last.

Very pleasant short vacation. Alicante is absolutely fantastic!

The location is very good. Near the beach and in the old town. The apartment is very functional. Has everything you need. The host was very flexible. We were able to switch apartment because the first one was too noisy. She let us stay late on the last day, which was very nice!

The balcony is too small. It is very noisy in the old town during the night. Sleeping is practically impossible without soundproof windows and with a bedroom overlooking the street. We were lucky to have the bedroom overlooking the inner courtyard after we switched apartments.
