Location good.
With the price that we paid, I expected a more upscale type of facility but it was just ok. It was a major letdown. The lobby area was nice but the furniture was pretty worn. The room was decor dated also and the in-room coffee setup didn’t have creamer, only sugar and an artificial sweetener.

The view
The restaurant had several high priced dishes on the menu but all attractive options were sold out.
We where not informed on check in that you have to request cleaning. Absurd. Why would you not want to have your room cleaned?
Service generally un attentive.
Also. All other guests are 85+. It’s like staying in a retirement home.
Go there to look at the views and stay somewhere else.

Location. Shuttle service to train/town.
Overpriced . Future trips to Talkeetna will include accommodations at other hotels. Some front desk staff were rude and uncaring of our needs.

Food was good
Prices were over the top for food. No AC in the room.

The view of Denali was awesome. The great room and Northern room's furniture was super comfortable and great atmosphere. loved having e-bikes for trips. convienent shuttle services, but they started late 10am forcing guests to their overpriced breakfast buffet ($26pp) and end early.

Beautiful setting.
Door closures allowed doors to slam all the time. When asked to adjust closures, given a short answer.

Friendly and inviting. Relaxing and helpful with questions. Food was excellent. We had a great stay.

Clean, comfortable, excellent location, incredible view of the Alaska Range and Denali.
For being a large lodge in Alaska, a hot tub, sauna, or pool would be nice. Also there was no breakfast at the restaurant available.

We upgraded to the room woth a view which was well worth the small upgrade fee. They also accommodated us with a king bed instead of 2 doubles. Very nice hotel. Great view of Denali. A nice bistro with the same amazing view. Highly recommended. Reasonably priced too!
The bed and pillows were too firm.

The Lodge, the lobbies, The bar. The decks outback and the beautiful scenery.

The lodge is an excellent place to stay overnight when driving from Anchorage to Denali. Shuttle service to/from center of Talkeetna was very convenient. There are many common areas with beautiful views of the Alaskan mountain range. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and helpful. Parking was easy. We had a wonderful stay.
Food was a little bit pricey.

The restaurant was amazing. Great food and drinks, great views, and courteous staff. It was a little too crowded for our liking, but it makes sense that it was popular.

The service, the bed comfort, the view!
Rooms need updating but are very clean and comfortable.

Location, Facility, Staff.
Overall strongly reccomend the property especially for the northern lights View the location is probablyone of the best in town.
The Food and Beverage facility needs better Organization and staffing, while the staff was good unfortunately they where overwhelmed, and missed many upselling opportunities, ( We cancelled a bottle of wine since the food come before the wine), also the food needs some work, Salmon was dry and so was the Halibut, which was a shame since the quality was great. Lastly the rooms need better heating system as the current is difficult to control.
