Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed and nice swimming pools for a very good price.
4.0 / 10.0
Heavy odor smell room. The blanket is thin. The bathroom smelly. The location is not suitable for car driving since there is no parking place and very narrow street. Elders would find it not comfortable. Cheap place but would not come back if there is another choice

This hotel is part of a complex of budget friendly accommodation a short distance up the hill from the main Mui Ne strip. It has several small swimming pools which are great for kids, plus western style food, and many travel services offered. The main pool is great for relaxing with a few beers especially around sunset.

Staff at front desk were very helpful, room was clean, drinks were nice and poolside was peaceful.
The AC was not working in our room but once we said at the front desk we were immediately moved to a room where it did so top quality service.

Pools were nice.
Staff were not that friendly. We were "upgraded" from the room we booked, but the room we were offered was pretty bad. It had no natural light and a bit dirty. We asked to change the room and were offered a different one that had no windows and told it was the only one available. We didn't see a single person there the 3 days we stayed, so they just lied to us.
The hotel was supposed to be fun but there were no people there. Also pretty bad value for money.
Do not recommend.

we stayed 4 nights - no cleaning

They gave us an upgrade to have a blacony with a view because there was only a few people staying. The pool was SO CLEAN and with a view. The room was clean and massive in size, the shower had the best water pressure! Good location for renting a bike to see the town.
It was abit difficult to find and the hill to walk up is a bit of a way to get there. But the locals directed us when we asked.

Security guard helped us with our luggage when we arrived. Reception staff helped us book our bus to next location - Staff are helpful.
run down perhaps since covid, very long hill to walk up to reach the hotels and if you arrive at night it’s very dark. Should have better lighting/ signposting to the hotel as it is not welcoming for guests. Rooms need a freshen up.

Great hotel. The location is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is nice. The room was very big and clean. And it is a fantastic value for the price

Firstly, I was “upgraded” to the backpackers. this was fine as my room was large, very clean and spacious, and the bathroom was modern and large (the shower and toilet each had a separate large room which is rare in South East Asia). Room had a fridge, the pool and bar area was great, and the staff were very helpful.
No kitchen for guests, and the restaurant kitchen closes at 5pm. The pillows need to be upgraded, they are lumpy and old.
I would not recommend the sunrise sand dune tour they offer. The driver is rude, and the sites are covered in rubbish and are underwhelming.
i would also note that tourists have not come back to Mui Ne yet after covid. this is no fault of the hotel, but just something to keep in mind if you are coming here to party. I went down to the hotel bar on a Saturday night and i was the only person there!

great place and nice and spacious rooms
i think due to covid there were not a lot of other tourists which resulted in a closed bar and restaurant. Also at the main pool the the staff was quite rude and grumpy so that was not inviting.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
The air-conditioning in our room did not work properly and it was like a sauna for most of our stay. Lots of mosquitoes in the terrace area also, and weak WiFi connection.

+ Nice swimming pools that’s it really.
+ air con was making such a loud noise they upgraded me to another more modern room at Mui ne hills ‘villas’
- Staff didn’t seem overly pleased to help
- It’s basically a construction site, banging started at 5:38am and most days 6:30 so you can’t sleep in ever!
- it’s up the top of a hill which is dusty and dirty with building rubbish every where. Hard work with luggage as cabs and bikes won’t go up!
- food was expensive for area and pretty pore!
- no hot water on two occasions.

It was Central and there were many options for food about. The staff at the budget hotel itself were very friendly. The room was nice and spacious.
Staff at the monkey bar were unhelpful and workshy, however, the foreign staff members was nice and accomodating.
There was also a distinct lack sunbeds next to the pool on the budget hotel. For us, travelling as a family, the backpacker pool was uncomfortable.
The noise from the neighbouring hostel lasted until 12 every night.
