Very friendly and helpful. We were all very happy with the hotel and would go back!!

The service was great! The receptionists were friendly and very helpful. One of our friends is in a wheelchair and was able to get around with no problems. Dinner and breakfast were great. Everything was clean and orderly.

My room was a little small, but in line with the price that we paid.

A quality classical hotel, well maintained, helpful staff near to cafe, restaurants and Terme. Nice views quiet road. great swimming pool and good food.

Good location, breakfast ok. Room quite small, bathroom and shower good size. Parking for a few motobikes in carage, for our bikes there was no room. Parking place was spacious, but for motos you have to be careful, because it was in a hill. Friendly staff. If you don't want to eat hotels turist menu( which was ok but nothing special) there is a good restaurant in a few hundred meters.

They tryed to charge us more than confirmed in Booking. But as a apology they offered us free drinks, so pay already in the evening 😀. In restaurant menu only in Italy and Germany, but we got help from lady in reception, she game and translated it.

Not to inform that Air condition is out of order during the check in and in Summer season is very dishonest to thr clien

response and effort to solve an issue

haven’t been informed that AC is out of order ahead then I wasted time until late to believe they will fix it they claimed AC is fixed but the air was just a fan of outside air

Great for a stopover as part of our road trip

On arrival we were offered use of the owners garage for our motorcycles. The waitress in the evening was very good, as was the food

Garage parking for motorcycle, OK location, some noises sometimes but OK, good staff, warm pool

Very slow open wifi network with sign in (one device per code but can get multiple codes) and phone data seems to be struggling too probably due to location, basic breakfast, AC struggles to cool the room off, bed is hard, no kettle, tiny TV

The first hotel which failed to make a receipt in required way in 100 travel days per year in Italy. However the main reason my criticism is because I was disgusted by the missing effort or competencies from hotel staff to make the required receipt.

Super place

Property had a good sized single room with good facilities, bathroom balcony all the necessary features, restaurant server a set menu which was very good, they took the social distancing rules very seriously, great bar and very nice staff, nice seating outside all round good value for money

Aircon did not work but it was raining so managed without it and having the window open

Awesome stay for one night!

Super friendly staff. We just stayed for one night, hotel was nearly empty but they opened the pool and sauna for us. Well organized and delicious breakfast!
