This hotel gets a perfect score. They got it exactly right for a Medjugorje pilgrimage. The outside looks very bare, but it seems to be brand new, and spotlessly clean. Rooms are very simple but spacious, with large bathrooms, and reminded me of the photos of I have seen of the Vatican dorms. Layout seems to be intended to give ample space if sharing rooms with friends, or in a large travel group. Located about 25 meters beyond the start of the main street through town, so it's peaceful (and you get an unobstructed view of Apparition Hill, which at night appears as a Rosary because of the pathway lights), but you are only steps away from the start of the shops and restaurants, and about 10 min walk, by the cafes and shops, to the church. There is also a shortcut walk to the base of Apparition Hill and the crosses. I had a rental car and there was ample, secure parking behind hotel. Hostess was so gracious and helpful. This was a perfect, simple base for my short retreat, and I would love to go there again.

Location. Spotlessly clean.
A lot of noise on the corridor from other guests. Perhaps placing a sign in the corridors requesting that people keep the noise level down in respect of other guests.

good location & spotless
Sometimes difficult to sleep due to loud talking outside on the corridor ( clients should be made aware they need to keep noise level down in respect for other guests).

Its was clean and comfortable. It is in a great location to the church and local shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and the host provides airport pick up as well which was a big help s it was our first time in medjugorie. They were so nice to deal with and we would definitely stay again.
Slight language barrier as the host had minimal english but she was very nice.
