Not worth the money. You can stay at much better place for the almost same price

Location is great. Ladies at the desk were the nicest. Super helpful, understanding, kind, good english, the best. That was the only pros of our stay and I am sorry for them that I have to write this negative review. They did everything they possible could to help us.

There's no window in the room. Old, uncomfortable beds, poor furniture. Super loud music during the night (there's bar in the same backyard as the hostel). Definitely not suitable for staying with kids (and even without them). Booking.com should consider removing this place off the list.

What I loved most about my stay was the attention Mona and Gina gave me and the other guests. They always made sure the place stayed clean and checked on us all the time to make sure we are having a comfortable stay. I would stay here a 1000 times!

Very good

Location is amazing, couldn't be better, at the center of the bazaar! Gina is very helpful and knowledgeable, trust her to help you in any way she can despite the huge workload at the hostel!

M'y bed was a bit run down, and some careless customers take no care in maintaining the common areas clean. When the official staff is not at the desk, be ready to address customers playing at the frontdesk!

I had a great time. The location was perfect, directly in the city center.

The location was perfect. Directly in the city center. The hosts were amazing, very kind and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and fun. I would highly recommend anyway visiting Sarajevo to stay at this particular hostel. Best hosts ever!

Worst place ever. Booking.com should consider removing this rude people from their page.

I was insulted, threatened by the receptionist guy and also told that I as a tourist should be scammed. The room was dirty, full of the dead bugs, spiderwebs and the walls were broken. The shower was also broken too and everything was really dirty. The sheets had stains on it and were also broken. The room was initially 50€ per night. It’s super loud and the just sweet talk you and play a victim. Like the lady at reception that is complaining that she has to do 45 beds alone. And that is their family business. Like I care. I came here to leave my money. So after I complained they still charged me 15€ for 2 h that I had the room before I noticed all of this.

Superb

Big cozy bright room! Location is amazing, in a heart of Baščaršija! People are welcoming. In front of the hostel is lounge with shisha and nice music during whole day. Best ćevapčići just behind the corner. We loved it!

Toilets could be a little bit more often checked for cleaning or separate for man/woman.

they are a scam

i waited more then an hour outside the office i called them many times and no answer, when they showed up they told me no booking.com available here and they changed me in cash only around 90 euros almost triple the booking amount on booking.com

we were stood up

we chose the hotel because it’s situated well. in the historical centre. But we were not able to enter the room, as we arrived late. They were not waiting even though they were informed we’d be there around midnight

That we arrived to Sarajevo at midnight, with a small dog and didn’t have a place where to stay.

Disappointing

The location was great, right on Baščarija

I was locked in the hostel, the reception started working only from 10 AM, so I couldn't get out before. Nobody picking up the phone for a while, trapped in there while nobody is on the reception. Unresponsible behavoir!

Great place, great location, just work a little bit more on cleanliness

It wasnt the cleanest, floor under the bed was pretty dirty so It made me question everything else even it seemed clean.
