Déçus, nous ne reviendrons pas.

Emplacement, le concept des petites villas vraiment sympa quand vous avez des enfants.

La propreté est vraiment à revoir, le sol de notre villa était sale (pas aspiré), l’eau de la piscine ne semble pas être filtrée il y a constamment des cheveux et du sable au fond de l’eau, nous avons voulu réchauffer un petit pot bébé au resto de l’hôtel et ils n’avaient même pas un micro onde …. Il a été réchauffé à la casserole donc brûlant on a du attendre que cela refroidisse… dans la villa les équipements sont basiques mais vous n’avez pas une éponge ni de liquide vaisselle afin de faire votre vaisselle. Il y a un lave vaisselle mais pas de pastille non plus pour celui ci … le jour de notre arrivée à 11h un couple devant nous a pu obtenir sa villa (2 adultes et 1 enfant d’environ 8 ans) et nous, nous avons du attendre 1h que notre chambre soit nettoyée alors que nous avions un bébé de 2 ans. La logique aurait été de donner la villa libre au couple avec jeune enfant ……

Beautiful small hotel close to Ponta da Calheta in Porto Santo. Amazing staff. Helpful and kind. A shout out to Mónica that made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. Spacious luminous rooms with a very simple sleek design. Nice courtyard/pool.

Breakfast was average but had the basics. I know it is off season but salads and vegetables could be fresher. It was not a problem to us but altought the hotel is close to the beach it has no direct beach access, so....note to future guests.

Doskonałe pierwsze wrażenie zepsute przez wszechobecne karaluchy

Przestronna willa, dostępne szlafroki, smaczne śniadania z dużym wyborem, zadbany basen z leżakami. W willi znajdował się piekarnik, czajnik, lodówka.

W willi było mnóstwo mrówek. Przymknęliśmy na to oko, jednak po zmroku zaczęły pojawiać się GIGANTYCZNE KARALUCHY. Były tak wielkie, że nawet nie wiedzieliśmy, co z nimi zrobić. Poprosiliśmy obsługę o usunięcie ich. Za pierwszym razem pozbyli się insektów, jednak kolejne zgłoszenia były już ignorowane. Ten widok prześladuje nas do dziś 🤢

Funcionários simpáticos e bom pequeno almoço. Ofereceram uma garrafa de espumante e bolo no dia de aniversário.

O hotel deixa muito a desejar em termos de instalações e de gestão. As villas são austeras, desinteressantes, não proporcionam uma sensação de conforto. A kitchenet serve apenas como aderereço, equipada com algumas loiças mas apenas com um único utensílio para cozinhar, uma panela cheia de manchas e suja. Não havia sequer uma chaleira para fazer chá ou café. Colocaram outra panela com condições mínimas de higiene, depois de termos pedido para resolverem a situação. Tivemos outra experiência que reflete bem a falta de rigor e cuidado do hotel. Ligamos para a recepção a solicitar a ajuda da equipa de limpeza devido a uma garrafa de vidro que caiu ao chão e que espalhou vidros por todo o quarto. Durante 2 horas ninguém nos veio ajudar obrigando-nos a fazer as malas no meio de um chão cheio de vidros, porque não havia nenhuma vassoura na villa para que o pudéssemos fazer nós próprios. Está longe de ser um hotel de 4 estrelas. Não recomendo. Experiência a não repetir.

a nice quiet stay at a beautiful place

a nice compound a bit far off, but liked the quiet place and it was a great location for walks along the beach and the bus stop was close, if you want to go to town.

the pool was very cold, so not one was having a bath in 8 days - way too cold for kids.

Very good

Very peaceful hotel, 10 minutes walk to the beach, spotless room and excellent customer service. Fabio made everything possible to make our stay happy and enjoyable. There's a spa and showers with towels provided which you could still use after the checkout as we did after the day on the beach.

Not very soundproof hotel, was very disturbed by other rooms been cleaned.

Small and friendly. Helpful staff, especially reception who were always willing to help.

Is a way from the main town, which I knew before hand. Don’t try to get a taxi when planes or ferry is coming in, not always easy! Breakfast at 830am is a tad late, even 8am would be better. Can’t comment on dinner service as didn’t try, breakfast was fine though.

Nice room, friendly staff. Very good breakfast.

The access to the beach was through a half abandoned road. No beach facilities were available, we ended up paying for using the facilities of a nearby hotel. Overall, too expensive. The room and the services were good, but not excellent as expected by the (very high) price.

The cleaning was bad. The cooker and the rest of the room was a dirty. The cleaning people ce at one time around 14.00. After I complain they came earlier. The table and chairs outside was dirty of birds poo. For 4 days and paid over 1000€ was a lot.

Excelent choice for our honeymoon

The location is quite but a little bit far away from the city centre, but despite of this is very good choice.
