I regret booking to stay here.

Well equipped kitchen. Good location.

Rude management and aggressive staff that don't follow COVID guidelines! I regret booking a stay here. Despite putting an "expected" check-in time, the landlord made aggressive phone calls as we were running ~1.5hrs late. Note, this was not late at night, with our eventual arrival around 19.00. From the beginning, a bad impression. Check-in with a member of the cleaning staff was pleasant. The apartment is well located and has a large living space, although bedrooms are small. The interior decor is poor - more motel than upscale apartment - and the synthetic white-leather sofa is falling to pieces and left marks on our clothing. The well-equipped kitchen was well appreciated. The worst experience came on our final day. The apartment was booked until midday (12.00) which was shown clearly on the booking confirmation and the apartment's own checkout guidelines. At 09.40am a cleaner entered the apartment and aggressively demanded that we leave. We showed her the booking confirmation that clearly stated that we had booked the apartment until midday and asked her to leave. She refused. When we asked the cleaner to ring her managers to get clarification on our check-out time, management was "unavailable". As we had been having a leisurely final morning of our holiday and none of us has packed, there was nothing we could do and she proceeded to begin entering our bedrooms and the living space whilst we were still using them. Worst of all, she did not wear a mask or any PPE!!!!! We were shocked that the apartment's management would put their guest's and worker's health at such a risk! We had to spend 2.40 hours with her in our space, which was a danger to all of us. When I emailed the landlord to seek an explanation and compensation (given that our final morning had been ruined), I received an aggressive response that claimed I was lying.
