Just far enough away from the main town, a few minutes walk. Nice view of the sea from the balcony and across to Zakynthos Town and the mainland. Staff were quite friendly. The pool area looked OK but we didn't spend much time there. Plenty of room for sunbeds. Some parking. comfortable bed and spacious room with sufficient storage. Good road access to other parts of the island. the island itself is lovely with some great attractions, views and beaches.
Kitchen and bathroom were not great. Very tired and in need of upgrade. The cutlery was old and stained/rusty and the single portable hob looked awful - glad we were not relying on self catering.
The bathroom handle was very worn. The bathroom smelled horrible and flooded when we used the shower (which was a small tray with a curtain) as the water came up through the drain in the floor. My husband cleaned out the drain which improved things. We have been visiting Greek Islands for many years and know how things are, but this part was not good.
Unfortunately other guests were inconsiderate, shouting, and banging doors at 5 or 6 in the morning and it seems their rooms were offered cheap.

Beautiful sea view the hotel is very clean well to be honest Agassi in general is very clean hotel room was cleaned daily beds made any cloths lying around were neatly folded and set to one side. I will definitely visit again in the future
To be picky it's a little bit down from the strip in Agassi probably half a mile but that is being very picky overall this place is amazing amazing views people and food

The room sea view was immense. Hotel is slightly dated and basic however for the price was good value. you get what you pay for.
A bit to far to walk to the main strip

Lovely family-run beach hotel located in Argassi (the Island's runner-up for largest city/village).
As far as I know, one of the best gems of this island. A family-run hotel which comes to show in every aspect. The building is in an old style which I adore, and it is located, at (but really, AT) the sea. My room was on the lowest floor, which is considered one of the ''less luxurious'' ones. However, this entailed that I was able to leave my hotel room, set 10 steps in total (I counted) after which I had reached the sea. In the meantime you pass the outdoor swimming pool, the accompanying bar which and more than enough sunbeds.
My economy room was clean, tidy and the maids touched it up daily. Fresh towels, clean sheets and working facilities (including hot water). Also, the people working in this hotel were absolutely lovely and helped out with everything. The fact that this hotel is family-run definitely came through in this aspect as well! Everyone was open, welcome, social and helpful.
As a solo traveller, I was a bit concerned about the roads and pavements beforehand, as I was afraid I would have to walk long distance aside dark roads, unsafe feeling, etc. This all was not the case. There were streetlights and cars/scooters drove quietly. You will reach the stores, bars, clubs and restaurants within five minutes. Additionally, these five minutes are not spent passing other hotels, so it does not feel isolated at all.
Not a single remark to be made

The view was great
Old furniture and smelly (moldy)

The best view I could ever ask for right from out room as well as very friendly staff made our stay exceptionally good

Well, we had some fears before arriving at the hotel because of the reviews we've read here. Our experience was a pleasant one and we did not had bad surprises during our stay as described in some bad reviews here. The room was very clean, the breakfast was very good and we did not had an issue with parking. Perhaps some of the reviewers that gave bad reviews to the hotel expected Marriott rooms for this price range or the rooms in the hotel differ very much. It's not a 10, but it's definately a 7,5+ booking score hotel.

Staff is great. Nice view. Lady on reception was helpfull and polite.
Floors are cleaned with some greasy substance that damages color of clothes, and it is uncomfortable to walk barefoot.

staff was aaawesome, sea view was breathtaking, they had a lovely restaurant upstairs which served a really good food.
at first we had issue with one room - its smell and hot water, bet staff found another room and the issue was sorted, we are very thankful for this.

Great place with fantastic staff. Lovely peaceful location. Clean comfortable rooms. Garden bar is great. Pool bar is nice but often hard to locate staff. Water quality of pool was exceptionally good
Steps into hotel and down to sea are uneven and hard to negotiate. No drawers in my room but there are in others

The island
The photo on the site with hotel is not like in reality and the towels are clean but smels like goat cheese...

The location was perfect, just outside the town wich gives you more peace and quite.
Located at the Beach side, with great views from the room.
the pool was nice to relax and chill.
the rooms are very outdated and not clean. the shower can use an upgrade as it was old and dirty,
the showers were hot or cold(nothing in between :) ), plus you have to hold the showerhead.
the A/c is old and does takes long to get the room a little colder.

Amazing view, nice people, location was fine when you have some type of transportation. Nice roof top restaurant as well!
3.2
The location is really nice with the main road, Argasi village and sea near and not too long to Zakyntos town neither. Family run hotel with warm spirit was nice. The pool was a nice too.
Three things that needs improvement:
-breakfast (I see the food is not main business of this hotel)
-Difficult to communicate when all staff members don't speak English
-Level of the cleaning was low. For example, sand all over the floor after cleaning, so had to use shoes inside. Had to go and ask for clean towels and more toilet paper. Basic thing that should be working.
3.2
Location, great sea view from the room, spacious. The rooftop bar was also a great addition!
Nothing to mention.

Views and price
Night time staff was extremely rude to the point of argument when i had an issue he stated “why are you making a big deal out of it your only staying one night!” kitchen situated in the reception so in the evening the full hotel smelt of cooking oil 🤢 shower wasn’t great to small and scruffy no shampoo or shower gel supplied! WiFi isn’t great. Rooftop terrace very expensive! In the night time doors was rattling

Location, very quiet, lovely staff, good facilities in the room. Sea view stunning.
Mattreses were hard.
3.2
It’s really in front of the sea. But it’s the only plus.
Property is old, dirty, very wet, all devices are old and hardly working. Smell of mold and all the rest is terrible, do not choose if you have any allergies or sensitivities. Bees are everywhere and nobody taking care of them. Anyway it’s far away from uploaded pictures!!! Don’t be fooled!

The location was decent!
A low budget - low standard hotel!!! With the first glimpse I was sure I was going to regret my choice!!! When I first got into the room I noticed that there were no shampoo!! When I asked for it they told me to go buy one and that a three star hotel is not obliged to provide you such a thing!!! ( they got three star for the smell of fried oil all over the hotel or the kitchen that were in the same are with the reception without applying any health protocol). The room had two beds that were squeaking, the toilet cap was wet ( don’t know why, they told me that was wet because they had cleaned it even though I checked in at 19:00) and in general was a room being left(they were going to take the money even in such a bad condition)The garden was left, tiles broken with cutted grass all over the place. The day after I complained they tried to charge my card in advance for my stay and when they failed they left me I note under my door to go to the reception and pay them!!! In general paying 15€ more could get you a much better room! Highly recommend to avoid it!!!!!!

Superb staff, brilliant location convenient to access all parts of the island. One of the best value for money resorts around...
The furniture and overall facilities are dated, at best...
