Facilities, staff were friendly, location.
To be honest, the food, especially the dinner buffet is not for 5 star hotel. In addition, the freddo espresso and coffee in general is not good and I highly recommend the management to check this.
4.3
Room, beach and all the facilities were top
The staff is not very well trained. It feels like they just opened and most employees don't know what they are doing, or are not motivated to work. We got so much misinformation or 3-4 phone calls just to order a sandwich for example. The reception was completely clueless if you ask me. Not a 5star service
4.3
Great resort to walk around and lovely gardens. Greek restaurant and BBQ were delicious. Staff were generally lovely and couldn’t do enough to help
Spa was insanely expensive, buffet became a little boring by the end of the week and limits of attending other restaurants were too tight.
4.3
very nice and clean hotel. the rooms were clean and comfortable. - water park , playground and kids club activities were a big plus . also the staff driving the golf carts / helping with luggage were the nicest!
the breakfast buffet was nice but the same every morning.
4.3
Clean and tidy and very comfortable beds which is always a bonus.
Good selection and quality of food
Pools all freezing even the heated one so not much for children to do.
Our two year old managed to climb out of the cot and then open the front door and ran out. We did lock it but pulling the handle and he opened it and ran out. So an extra lock or catch would be helpful for safety as meant we didn’t get much rest.

Many different restaurants, pools and bars, all of them are great! Super nice staff, everything was clean, cute cats and doggo
Private beach wasn't that great, get a car and drive 5-8 minutes for some of the most beautiful beaches in cyprus
4.3
The hotel has a great territory, beautiful and with a lot of facilities. There is a mini market, spa, two big pools and super slides for the kids. There are plenty of choices for eating and the service was good. There were many sun beds near the sea and pools.
If you like swimming in the sea - this hotel is not for you. The beach - is not at all satisfactory and the water in the pools could be warmer.
4.3
Facilities were really great. Big green territory, warm sea with nice beach suitable for the kids, choice of swimming pools with nice add-ons like sun beds in the water and pool bars, splash was great! and in general lots of activities for the kids was great for us as a family.
Food was disappointing. And it was not about variety (I counted 5 or even more restaurants on the hotel territory), but rather quality..Food was not tasty at all! We had to go to the town to have a decent meal. Another disappointing thing was behavior of some of the lifeguards- couple of times rude and inappropriate, which left not a very nice impression.
4.3
beautiful, like paradise. perfect service. clean, very friendly staff. the spa was wonderful, very clean and the masseuse was perfect
the food in the buffet dinner was poor, a big variety but tasteless. the Italian restaurant was very good
4.3
Does feel like a village and not a hotel
Nice beach
Amazing rooms (villa)
Very nice pool design
Water park
Chill lounges and bars
Hotel works with a very bad and expensive taxi company (rude, old cars, and overpriced)
A bit complicated to find things
Staff quite clueless
No towels at the beach or pool
No service at beach or pool
No shuttle
Dinner buffet very poor
Water should be more readily available

everything 🤍
room, pool, stuff, food!!
nothing!

Size of the room, breakfast, staff,...all great
Beach was disappointing for me

We appreciated this hotel mainly due to friendly (almost family) atmosphere. The personnel was kind, helpful almost in all cases (we had one not so pleasant situation, but it was unique, 98% of conversations were great).
Various options for dinner was really beneficial.
Private beach and enough of sun beds.
Beach was mostly clean, well maintained.
Nespresso machine in the room and refilling of capsules was appreciated.
Mobile application nicely working for dinners reservation and other useful info.
Car rental option done by receptionist and the car was waiting for us in front of the hotel. We signed the contract in the hotel and then left the keys at the reception at the end of car rental. And prices even better than usual car rental companies!
Beach towels changing whenever needed
Air condition working well.
Available iron desk and iron.
Cleaning of the rooms could have been better. For 5* hotel, the quality could have been better (dark hair spotted, too long curtains and a bit of dust kept there).
Bedsheets with small holes.
Missing shoehorn.
4.3
clean, new, friendly staff with great service, spacious rooms,
nice pools and slides, great breakfast.
private beach was very rocky, you couldn’t actually swim
without scrapping or hurting your feet so make sure
to have your Aqua shoes on!
4.3
breakfast with very variety; good beach, and water was warm
Swimming pool closing hours (too early 18h) and restaurant closing hours ( most of them 21h30); they didn't put water back in the rooms; ask us to refill the bottles in a bar (and we with a 3 month old baby, that need milk with good water)
4.3
Rooms and facilities are perfect. Staff very helpful and polite.
Excellent pools and kids friendly.
Restaurants are the weak point, and need improvement.
Very expensive if you are not All inclusive and the price is not to the adequate level of food quality.
4.3
very nice facilities, friendly staff , good location
the food was very bad .
4.3
Everything was just perfect
4.3
Top drawer hotel and operations - excellent restaurants for an AI and great AI package in general. Room was spacious and luxurious.
Kids Club was really just babysitting with some arts and crafts - would have expected outdoor activities, exercise, games.
