Ubicación perfecta

La ubicación es perfecta, ya nos habíamos alojado allí en otras ocasiones y nos habían tocado habitaciones mejores la verdad.

No daba al parque de Santa Catalina, la ducha estaba en bastantes malas condiciones no sé si era moho o que pero se veía toda la esquina negra.

Location

The place was not clean. It was not exactly dirty, but every surface looks unwashed. The walls and doors are filthy with years of hand marks and liquids spilling on them. There are stains and marks literally all over the walls and on the doors. They desperately need either a good cleaning or a new coat of paint. The beds and linen were fine, but when you turned your head to the side, there were dirty walls looking right at you. The frame for the shower doors was broken and so was one of the screens for the shower door. It felt like I could break them even more with only the lightest touch. The towels were nice and there were plenty of them, so that was good. The shower toilet and sink were nice and clean thankfully, but the flusher for the toilet is half broken because it moves around and it's hard to flush sometimes. The stairs look like they have never been swept or vacuumed because there is dirt in every corner and the paint is falling off or really badly done everywhere. Overall, the impression is not a good one, because the surfaces look and seem dirty. Even if they're not ACTUALLY dirty, they SEEM dirty, and as a paying customer, that's the same thing.

Very friendly staff, very poor and dirty accommodation.

It is close to Las Canteras beach and the main bus stop.

The bathroom was dirty - I found hair on walls and floor from past travellers. The bathroom cabin was broken and you could hurt yourself while closing. The noise from outside at night in the room was very loud - it seems like there is no isolation at all. The door frame was with mold. The curtains were very dirty and with many holes.

It was good

General room was decent for the price. It was clean, and had a good location. Having a small kitchen was also very handy. Overall for the quite low price we couldn’t complain too much.

Two single beds instead of one double wasn’t great, we ended up falling in between them a few times after trying to put them together. The kitchen did not come with a kettle (even though there are mugs for coffee available?) which was inconvenient. Also there was nothing to clean dishes wish so had to buy our own. Shower did come with shower gel - but this did not get replenished after it ran out after a day. Was very loud during the night, ear plugs were provided. No AC - got very hot inside the room.

For two nights it was okay

We found that the bed was comfortable and that the location is good.

The Appartment is run down. The equipment (especially in the kitchen) as well as the coustumer service from the stuff is minimalistic. The floor was dusty, the surfaces could have been cleaned better and the bathroom has mild mold. The warm water is enough for 1 person to shower, as long as they don't have hair that requires intensive care. Since the windows hardly insulate, the apartment is not recommended for light sleepers.

Not bad

overlooking Catalina park which gets a lot of homeless drunk people at night and the shouting is loud. The hotel does provide earplugs but I cannot use them.

The park also gets cleaned at night with a sweeping truck and a water Bowser which is extremely loud. also it is directly over a bar.

The location was very good and the bed very comfortable and room clean. Good view of the port from bedroom window. Good value.

Very noisy, partically at night. Very basic kichen equipment, 1 teaspoon, no toaster etc. Tiny table to eat from, just fitted 2 plates on it. Room very tired, needs painting. Shower screen very flimsy, difficult to shut. Only Spanish TV, no satellite.

Great location! Walking distance from the bus station. Everything is close by. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The place to stay at whenever you are on the road!

The aproximity to all kind of places in Las Palmas. Nice place to stay at. Recommend that to anyone who wants to be in the heart of the city and near the beach too.

Edificio un pouco antigo pero habitacions acordes ao prezo. Obviamente por ese prezo non é un 5* pero cumple e está decente.

Good price, but a bit noisy

Beds are really comfortable and location in good. directions and automatic check-in all perfect.

We didn't sleep almost at all. if you keep the windows open, you can hear all the noise from the street. if you shut them, they don't close properly and make noise all night long (+ it gets really warm, so earplugs alone don't help). I think that if they change the windows, put a fan and tidy up the bathroom a bit more, it could be a good place, especially considering price and position.

Right place for the amount paid.

Great location. The place is basic and not luxurious but you get what your paying for. Its fine for the price paid. Staff member was polite and friendly.
