Nice hotel but far too noisy with entertainment.

The property is very nice and was very clean, the room had plenty of storage and enough space for the 3 of us. The reason for picking this hotel was the swimming pool facility for my daughter to use and my wife who loves a jacuzzi.

The noise from the function suite was very very noisy due to a wedding and we couldn’t get to sleep. My daughter was up from 5am the following morning with guest shouting in the corridor and a banging of a door from the lounge directly and the bottom of the stairs situated outside out room and the next night the entertainment was loud.

Excellent value for money

Lovely hotel spotlessly clean good facilities opposite the tram stop and busy stop lovely pool. The staff were really friendly. The staff in the dining room were lovely and very helpful the chef always willing to add alternative meals to suit all tastes.

The only negative I was say is that there is no swimming costume spinner in the pool which means you can't always dry your swimming suit

Enjoyed our stay and staff very helpful. Pool was cold despite being told it was heated.

Very good

Liked the lounge areas and dining room.and seating outside. Pool was lovely and jacuzzi. Entertainment in the evening.was good

The bedroom needed some TLC, chipped wallpaper and the shower floor needed re grouting. No where to get lunch from. And didn't like how evening meal still being served when evening entertainment was on.

Staff very helpful and friendly and accommodating to what we needed The rooms wear really nice and clean Enjoyed the bingo and entertainment in the evening Breakfast and evening meal wear good had a nice selection Would definitely come back it was perfect for my mother who has mobilty issues

There was nowhere buy the front entrance for a taxi to pull up had a little bit off a walk but manageable

Hotel was clean furniture was excellent

First time we have stayed here. Husband said meals wasn't very big. 1 roast potatoe with 2 very very small boiled potatoes on a roast dinner. Breakfast full English just came with 1 rash of bacon and 1 sausage. If he probably asked for more there wouldn't of been a problem he was just expecting more on the plate.

Great would stay again

The receptionist was lovely. The restaurant staff didn’t seem very happy however the food was nice and was included in our price so can’t really complain. The room was lovely and big and the bed was comfy. Asked to have breakfast to the room which they did which was nice for us. Wasn’t any seats for the entertainment so we went further down the road but overall was a great stay.

The room was very warm even with window open maybe a fan would of helped.

Bedroom cold , radiators we’re on timers . Window wouldn’t lock . Mattress full of stains . Dust everywhere . Wasn’t the room we payed for 😡

The floor of the room under the beds was dirty and littered with sweets, crisps etc. Perhaps the cleaners should be given more time to make sure everything is clean

Amazing stay just a few tweaks to make it even better ✨️

Amazing lounge, dining room and communal space. The food and wait staff was amazing, excellent choice, tasty food. Bar prices reasonable too. Will be booking again but will pay for the sea view at least as an upgrade.

Despite being in the premier room we had quite a small room and the beds are a standard double, over looking a dingy courtyard and lots of other people's bedroom. We also were right next to a family who were loud, banging doors and shouting (perhaps should have mentioned it but a quick check on line for something else told me the hotel was full). Room was dusty in places like behind the TV, shelf in wardrobe, and the towel need to be slightly larger or more supplied.

The breakfast was fantastic, food was good lovely & tasty & location perfect, the staff were brilliant so attentive & accommodating the entertainment brilliant we will recommend this hotel to all our family & friends & will be returning very soon
