The location was really good.
They did not have internet first day.

close to metro and Eiffel tower. location was great.
since Paris had a cold spell the hotel controlled the room temperature. we could not turn off the heat and we’re forced to sleep with window open. our room was on second floor and with windows open we could not sleep as party goers would congregate at late hours so with heat in the room and party goers up till late at night we did not rest well.

The property was a nice location, very close to everything. 5 mins from the Eiffel Tower. Left luggage in lobby before check in which was very good.
The room felt very basic for the price. Also room was up 4 flights of stairs which we were not aware of before. Breakfast bar and lobby were very basic.

The location is wonderful. It was very easy to get everywhere I wanted to go.
Nothing!

Perfect Location, Just few minutes to Eiffel Tower.
not an hotel
Although it is a very small hotel with a narrow entrance from the street, and the elevator barely accommodates one person, the rooms are comfortable and the dealings with the staff are very good, and of course the location of the hotel is more than excellent
Very Small Elevator and Entrance, and this wasn’t a big issue for us

Exceeded expectations. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with constant hot water. Room big enough for me as a solo traveller, would also suit couples. Minibar. Lots of shop local to hotel so was able to buy snacks and store in fridge. 10 min walk to Eiffel Tower. Train station literally feet from the hotel.
Nothing. Lift is small as others have stated but not all hotels have lifts so I was grateful for this to have one.

Location
They charged a different amount for the room than what was booked

Located well . Unique hotel
No continental breakfast included .
Heard people in other rooms and hall but fortunately they were quiet during the important hours.

The location is amazing. 5 mins to the Eiffel Tower, there are parking places, a lot of restaurants and grocery shops near the hotel
Very old TV, it is impossible to watch even YouTube, the TV constantly buggy. It was very dusty even though they cleaned it every day. there was a thick layer of dust on all surfaces every day, so the air was not fresh at all. Very small elevator, only for 2 persons or 1 person with 1 bag.

view, staff, room is so small but super cozy

The property was very near the Metro, the room was clean and comfortable. Staff were nice to us and gave tips on where to go and how to go around Paris from the hotel.

The location is good with the tower within view. Sandwiched between to supermarkets as well.
The facility was really poor and untidy. The elevator was tiny and looked like it needed urgent maintenance. The room was basic but the bathroom was ridiculously small. No sound proof you can hear your neighbour's conversations. I was on the 7th floor and the smell of bread woke me up each morning from wherever the kitchen was.

Location.
Personal (only Farid can take 10 points), but other personals minus point.

The location was excellent. Plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from and also bakeries. It was within walking distance of most everything we wanted to visit. It was a nice neighborhood and we did not have any problems walking around in the day or night. People at the local shops were very friendly. The metro entrance was right outside the main entrance. The hotel person that checked us in asked if we had ever been before. When I answered no he pulled out a city map and explained which metro lines I would need to get to certain sites. He also pointed out some areas that I may want to visit. He also drew on the map with a pen so that I would remember how to get to the places and wrote down the correct metros to get on. He was extremely helpful and welcoming. The day before I left another person was at the registration desk and I asked if he would be able to help me make arrangements for transportation. He said yes. The morning we left I went to the registration desk and the man attempted to contact a taxi for us. When that did not work he used an app on his phone similar to uber and told me our transportation would arrive in 8 minutes. He even walked outside and made sure we got our transportation. Both clerks went above and beyond what I would have expected. The staff and location and cleanliness and the location make this hotel well worth a stay.
The Hotel was smaller than I expected. The rooms were small but were clean and had a nice bathroom. If you just want somewhere to sleep and are not concerned with some of the extras then this place may be for you. Definitely no frills. They have a small elevator which is literally 2 ft deep by 4 ft wide only one person and one piece of luggage at a time. Other than that we have no complaints. The staff and location and cleanliness and the location make this hotel well worth a stay.

Loved the location and friendliness of the staff. We were about a 10-15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower; around the block from Rue Cler; upstairs from a supermarket, and right next the Metro station and bus stops. Staff always greeted you with a smile and a "hello" or "good morning". Rooms were small, but clean, and you can open the window whenever you needed fresh air. I'd definitely stay here again.
FYI - the elevator was the smallest I'd ever seen but you didn't have too long for it, as long you didn't mind getting cozy with the other person in it (can only fit two people max).

Well located small hotel near the Eiffel Tower. As in most Parisian hotels, the room was not much larger than the comfortable large double bed but renovated and well appointed. I am always surprised how many amenities such hotels can squeeze onto such a small surface. The breakfast was surprisingly elaborate for its price.
I found the room relative expensive, but that may have been due to the late moment of booking.

Small hotel in the heart of Paris, near the Eiffel tower and Les Invalides. You can literally get out from subway (station Ecole Militaire) right to the hotel. It is very well situated for ~3 days visit to Paris.
