Great. Relaxing. Clean well worth the stay

What a fantastic place to stay Sofia, Tuk and the staff bent over backwards with any requests that we had, all we can say that if your looking for a place near the beach as staff that go beyond your requests this is your place to stay! we will be back next year to stay at Dengs thank you to Sofia and your staff!

The staff are exceptionally helpful and polite. The location is right by the sea just a two minute walk and u can see it from the room window.

Mattress was like concrete worst nights sleep ever.Gaps around door and frame meant lots of mozzy bites and room small and extremely basic.

really lovely experience for the money paid.

Not the most modern but that was expected for the price. awesome to have a pool right next to the room. great proximity to the beach and restaurants.

It felt a little weird that the obvious owner walk past me sitting on my balcony multiple times through my short stay but did not acknowledge me. Perhaps that’s a Swedish thing!

Very good location, staff and size of room

Great location just off the beach, comfortable and large room with balcony, super friendly and attentive staff. The Deng restaurant, beachside units and facilities all available to the apartments as well. Overall a good experience.

Bed was a bit too hard, fridge was very noisy so we pulled the plug at night, drinking water replaced daily would have been nice, some tea or coffee also would have been nice to go with the hot water jug.

Superb

This was the perfect location for a relaxing few days at Kamala Beach. The room I stayed in was steps away from great restaurants and the beach, as well as a short walk to the FantaSea theatre. It would be hard to find a better location. Chairs and beach towels were provided. Also, Sophia was exceptionally kind and helpful during my stay.

The sheets and pillowcases are in need of updating as they were a bit dingy and I noticed some stains (I believe they were still clean, just dated). I also thought my room would look different based on the website. It was still a fine stay - just know that they have 2 locations (which are very close by one another) so your room may not look like the nicer ones on the website.

We loved our stay at this hotel, we would definitely stay here again. the staff were brilliant.

Beautiful location, right on the beach, the staff were very friendly and helped out as much as possible. the food was Amazing. the beach was paradise.

There was ants all over the curtain rail when we first got there. and a cockroach inside the room.

Bugdet stay if you looking for a central place and dont care about loud noices.

The guesthouse is right on the beachwalk with many restaurants around. Perfect for strolling around. The price is not high but you could get a lot more for the buck.

OK, first of all. Dengs used to cooparate with they neighboor hood hotel so guest could use the pool premises. Today Dengs hotel (is not a hotel) are some dark rooms behind the restaurant. This is it. You walk through the restaurant and have couple of rooms. They rooms are big but dark, you "view" is the backyard there kitchen personel and quest runs all the time (guest toilet is here). And furniture and the whole rooms is pretty out dated. The sheets have stains, the towels are torn. And the AC is older than old. But works ;-) The door is close able but extremly thin so you here every sound on the street and from the restaurant.... So if you are on a budget - maybe. But is more than a ruff backpacker places rather than a hotel. But the location is the best. So maybe for you but its wasent anything for my family.

Excellent location near beach and really great places to eat. Definitely the right end of the bay.

Messaged twice before arriving to ask to upgrade to a superior room. No reply. Staff did not speak good English and were unhelpful and charged more than Booking.com rate to upgrade. And all rooms were empty!
