Super spacious apartment and nice location

Very nice and spacious apartment. I love the wood inside the room and the smell of it. It's about 2-3km from the Plitvice park and easy to get there by car. It's a very quiet area and private parking is available. The host is very kind and can give you some good advice.

The only small thing is that the sink in the bathroom is super narrow

Nice room to stay overnight if visiting Natural Park but disappointed about the host

Wooden house and room in which we stayed was nice had fridge and bathroom

breakfast and staff , about breakfast: it had No variety to choose, we didn’t know but actually you should ask owner additional to cook for you omelette ( if you want ) or something else which is not in buffet. About host: in the morning during breakfast She asked us to cancel booking ( she said, she would do it herself) saying booking.com that we didn’t come night before so that she asked us to pay her in cash for house and 20 EUR for breakfast. Even though her breakfast buffet doesn’t worth it I was ok paying it but Cheating Booking.com, thanks to which she could advertise her place is Unacceptable! In my opinion Owner care more about her profit and satisfaction of the guests !

Beautiful guest house with a nice view of the countryside

Really nice room with comfortable bed and clean bathroom in a great location with only a 20min walk to the nearest supermarket (it’s a remote area so long walks to the town and Plitvice falls are to be expected) I would specifically like to thank Aida, our host who was amazing throughout our entire stay, by providing us with a ride to the bus stop when we checked out and it was pouring down with rain and for her delicious cooking (she made us dinner on our first night for a small fee but totally worth it) If you’re ever in Plitvice, I highly recommend you book this property, you will feel right at home

There is nothing that I can fault. Everything was perfect 🤩

Convenient but nothing special

Nothing special. It was just convenient. We booked last minute and price was reasonable. The host was nice.

I found some hairs on the pillows. The shower was broken- the water worked but had to hold it by hand because the bar holding the shower had been removed.

Exceptional

Guest House Plitvice Waterfall was a really lovely. The hostess was so kind and helpful. When we told her we were going to the national park she offered to drive us there and pick us up afterwards. As well as to the bus station our last day. We had dinner and breakfast at the guest house and it was no problem to fix a vegetarian meal. Couldn’t have had a better stay.

Owners are friendly and dinner is delicious (about 20€ per person). The location is perfect id you want to visit the Lakes.

The owner and value really make this place

Amazing value. You get a very nice place with a very nice wooden touches. The place is spotless when you arrive (though you have to ask to have it cleaned during your stay if you want to stay for longer). Big enough beds for a very tall Dutch guy. Amazing owner who went above and beyond to help us. Ask and you so shall receive.

The English of the owner was lacking (though her German was excellent). The breakfast was good enough, but not amazing. Since this has quite a few rooms you can rent and the pictures contain images from all of them, it's hard to see what you get. Initially too few coat hangers (but when we asked we got more).

Very friendly, kind and helpful host. She helped us a lot. The room is nice and very clean. The bed was comfort. It's very quite outside we were able to sleep well.

Perfect place to stay near Plitvice lakes

Very close to the Plitvice lakes, comfortable, good WiFi, clean, friendly hosts, nature, reasonably priced, pancakes for kids for breakfast

Couldn't pay with card for local services (like breakfast), something is wrong with the plumbing in the bathroom, morning coffee was not good 🙂

Nice apartman, friendly environment, great price-value

Nice, well-equiped, clean mini- apartment with great, close location to the Lakes. The owner lady was especially friendly and helpful, special thanks for the morning coffee before leaving, this kindness made our day.

Super Friendly, nice rooms - and we hat no Problems to bring our two dogs ( extra fee- but totally reasonable). Breakfast for extra fee absolutely Fine... we had two unforgettable days- Thank you!

Delightful!

Our hostess was delightful. The power went out in the whole village and she showed up at our door with candles. Breakfast was also very good and it included her homemade jam.

Wonderful place with a wonderful host! We asked if it was possible to make a barbecue and it was there, ready for us when we arrived. It they didcharge us extra. The rooms were perfect, very comfortable, clean and we especially loved the wooden details. We also had a breakfast on a terrace which was abundant and versatile. The best part - peace, calmness and birds chirping in the morning!

Not welcoming

Place close to parc Plitvice

The host was very unfriendly, not event a smile. She was on her phone scrolling while we were checking in and asking questions. Besides, no toilet paper in the room + empty soap. The place was super noisy. We were supposed to stay two days but we left because of the cold welcome. She didn't even come to say goodbye and pickup keys although she saw us checking out. Too bad!

Beautiful wood rustic design, nice bathroom, hot water strong and large shower, comfortable bed, friendly responsive manger who lent us an umbrella and excellent restaurant recommendations (Vila Velebita)
