The owners were very nice and helped us a lot regarding what to see and how to get there. Breakfast was very good. Excellent location. Would stay there again the next time we are in Konstanz.
Nothing.

Location, very close to the train and boat
No elevator, she put us on the 3rd floor with our heavy luggages, not advisable. Plus the lady at front desk ask for 5 extra Euros for taxes after the payment done on line. No receipt

Excellent location right by the train station which made travel super easy. Close to the main center of Konstanz without being too noisy.
Room was a little dated; but clean and what I expected for the price.

Breakfast was exquisite and the hosts even provided a sack lunch for us when we checked out. There was a lovely lounge patio that my partner and I enjoyed passing time on at the beginning and ends of our days at the hotel.
Nothing comes to mind

The lady at the reception, She was so nice and helpful
and the location is great , next to the train station
- The floor makes sound when we walk
- Can’t open the curtains because the people in the opposite building can see us easily

Our hostess, Carmen, was so nice. She took time out to talk to us during breakfast and made us feel like friends.
The only thing would be no elevator but this is to be expected in some older properties.

The location is perfect.
It's an old-fashioned hotel with a very odd decoration and it was not very clean. The bathroom was also old, and water was not always hot when showering.

Location was excellent! Host was amazing 😊
Had a little bit of glitch with Wi-Fi. It was on &off. But it was manageable .

The location is perfect for those who want to wander through the city. It is located at the brink of the centre, 200m from the train station. The rooms are different, but we had a spacious room. The hotel manager is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple but sufficient.

good location, friendly staff, clean room

Wonderful location right in the old town, two minutes from the station and harbour. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and quiet.
Room was dark and gloomy, even with the rather strange lights on. Very cramped and pokey even for a single person in what was described as a double room. Bathroom door only just cleared the end of the bed. The decor looked like it might come back into fashion soon - sink and toilet were a 70's style of what they used to call "cinnamon". Plumbing was very old fashioned, took a long time for hot water to arrive in the bathroom or radiator. Shower was adequate but very hard to adjust. I have seen bigger bathrooms in a camper van.
I had expected something much better for the price I paid - I know it is an expensive area, but I did not find prices in bars and restaurants too bad, so I guess hotels must be very much in demand. To be fair, I saw into one of the other rooms, which was much nicer than mine - so maybe I was just unlucky with no 15

Hotel is in the city center and close to big parking, lake, restaurants and shopping mall. The staff is really nice but hotel itself is a bit old especially bathrooms.
Bed was hard and not very comfortable, like top mattress was missing. There is no elevator so be aware of that while having a big bag.
