Yugo the manager and all the staff where so helpful. Even picked us up directly from the supermarket.
There is a free shuttle to the station back and forth.
The hotel has an amazing onsan!!! We loved finishing our day in the hot water.

Hotel room was spacious and clean, all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotel manager Yugo is always so patient even though we ask lots of questions. We were shuttled back and forth Kiso Fukushima station at the arranged time by different staff each day. Breakfast set was so sumptuous for the 3 days we were there (more like dinner set to us). There is public bath facilities within the hotel and a forest nearby to explore and we took lots of beautiful pictures as well.

The hotel is a hidden gem. The facilities were outstanding, the western-style room was very spacious, hotel’s onsen was 10/10. Everything was perfectly clean and neat and the staff most helpful. We traveled as a couple and enjoyed our one-night stay very much.

Service at the hotel was excellent. Yugo Tsuruki, the staff in charge was very responsive to our request for reservations for our dinners. More importantly, he was polite and was always polite and smiling.
Hotel a bit dated

We arrived late so they put our dinner on a tray and brought it to the room for us. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We had a nice big room with a mountain view. Everything worked well.
The decor is a bit old fashioned.
Nowhere to hang jackets and coats.

Room was huge. Food was impressive. The first night, I told them I don't eat meat and they quickly adjusted, and everything was delicious. The staff was very nice and very helpful. They drove me to the station and picked me up at the station every day. The onsen was nice and relaxing. It's an older hotel and a little outdated, but that was fine with me.
I felt a bit guilty because the meals were huge and fancy, and I am a small eater.
