The photos are 8-10 years old! They don't match the reality

It has beautiful view over the mountains and is in very good location

The photos are 8-10 years old and DO NOT represent the real condition of the flat: there were only 2 old dusty chairs instead of 4, the dining table with some chess pattern, the sofa is a made up from 2 different sofas, also a dirty mattress inside. But most importantly is that half of the flat, including the bedroom, is covered in extremely dusty full-size carpet with random stains all over it, which is not represented in any of the photo! Me and sister stayed there for 9 days and both got all the symptoms of triggered dust allergy: sore throat, sneezing, fatigue and even skin rushes every night. I have filed a complaint to the booking as these photos are misleading and don’t match the reality for the price you pay. And most importantly, this irresponsibility negatively affects the health of the guests. I specifically look at places I stay to make sure there is no carpets. Unfortunately, this apartment is a perfect example of expectation/reality

Best location in the hart of Tivat.

Good location, issue with parking.

Apartment is big for a couple (a lot of balcony), with working washing machine. Located well in town, a lot is in walking distance (but, NO free parking!)

When we arrived, we parked in the road (hourly parking), and expected to be introduced to the apartment parking. THERE IS NO SUCH thing. You should park in the street or garage (and pay a lot). The girl did not know anything about other option (if you come with a car, look for 'zone II' parking, which one can buy daily ticket for 4Euro). The girl (she is NOT the owner) wrote us 'come to #19', but we had no idea where is it, where to enter... after we insisted, she came down to meet us (we still hoped for parking solution..) she did not speak English well... The shower is clogged and water drain very very slowly. There were only 3 cups, one with a crack.. Apartment has only two knives.. No can/pot to dry the cutlery Seems maintenance is neglected a bit..

Eye candy above the rooftops

The location is good, lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. And the sea side! The view is magnificent above the rooftops, the mountains and the sea. Natalia is friendly and helpful, she taught me to use translator as we did not have a common language!

There should be more furniture. No tables at all except one garden table. One sofa, no chairs except the garden ones. Baby furniture there are instead.
