Location & property were perfect for 2 couples visiting Edinburgh. The 5 flights of stairs were okay for us but could be challenging for anyone with major mobility issues or very heavy luggage. We loved our stay!

Lovely apartment in a great location!

The property lived up to expectations! It was a great location, beautifully decorated, well outfitted and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

The apartment is beautiful and in a great location. We walked to go sightseeing, grocery shopping, out for meals, etc. It was also a very easy place to get Ubers and having the parking spot in back was a bonus. The warning about the stairs to the apartment is very real, but is it worth every step!

Lots of steps, 72 to be precise! But it is lovely. Great amenities and three baths! The washer dryer is a combo machine, but works great. Loved our stay.

This was the perfect place for my husband and son to stay while in Edinburgh!
The flat is shown accurately in the pictures. It is a lovely flat! The beds were comfortable and all we needed was provided. The location was excellent and we were able to walk to most anything we needed or wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was very comfortable. The beds were nice and each couple had an ensuite bathroom plus an additional full Bathroom in the common area. The neighborhood was very nice close to everything. The only negative was the 5-floor walk-up and no fans for the bedrooms. We loved our stay

Excellent Apartment in New Town Area of Edinburgh
We very much enjoyed our one week stay in this well appointed apartment in the very nice New Town area of Edinburgh. The website pictures of the apartment accurately represent the unit; in fact, this apartment is probably more even attractive in person than in the pictures. The unit was comfortable and more than spacious for our group of 4 adults. Lastly, the property manager (Karen) was responsive and helpful with respect to all aspects of our stay.

The apartment was very comfortable and quite quiet. They were lots of good places for eating and a few drinks, all within a one to three block radius. And too many to count with in an 10 minute walk. We would most definitely stay there again. However, the four long flights of stairs up is probably not good for overwrought/ extremely out of shape persons

This is a beautiful apartment in a perfect location. We loved that it was near restaurants and princes street, but farther from the crowds of the royal mile. It was decorated beautifully with everything a person could need in the kitchen with laundry included. It has two ensuite bathrooms, which is great as we travelled with another couple. A couple pieces of constructive criticism would be: 1) Have a couple of fans available to put in the windows in the summer. No AC, which usually isn't necessary, but we had a couple of very warm days and fans would help. 2) New mattresses. At least in the room overlooking North Charlotte Street. The mattress drooped and was very thin on the right side. 3) Room darkening curtains in the room overlooking north charlotte st like you have in the other bedroom.
That being said, I would certainly stay here again. Great service. They also had free parking, which was great.

Fantastic property, exactly like the photos. Be warned the stair do become hard work. Couple of downsides; the double bed has roll together due to the design of the bed frame, not good for couples, there is an nespresso machine even if the letting didn't realise (lead to one extra trip up the stairs being our own from home which wasn't needed), the security code to enter the car park doesn't work from the street side, luckily we hadn't posted the keys back. All in all great stay, just minor niggles.
