Decent space for two. With small repair on the hide-a-bed, could be good for three.

Safe, clean, secure building. Centrally located near shops and restaurants. Good shower. Coffee and welcome wine were a nice touch.

The additional bed for our daughter was a convertible sofa that did not pull out flat. High point at about the shoulders, it sloped downhill from that point, both towards the head and towards the feet.

Tudo estava perfeito!

Tudo estava perfeito! Excelente localização, perto de bons restaurantes e dos principais monumentos. Apartamento muito confortável e luminoso, notava-se que foi recentemente remodelado, com cuidado e bom gosto. Limpeza impecável. Staff simpático, principalmente a Maria que me deu bons conselhos para visitar o Porto e foi sempre muito prestável.

Não tem elevador, o que no meu caso não foi relevante.

Chilly apartment compensated by the warmness of the host

Incredibly central location (literally continue straight and you're out in the main shopping avenue St Catarina) and super nice host that checked on us periodically.

Heating in the apartment, the only provided heating system was by A/C. Upon demand the hosts were nice enough to bring us a small radiator. Could've used some (instant) coffee apart from the tea they provided us.

1. Good service, Marcela was very friendly and responsive. 2. Clean, comfortable, well designed place and good location

1. A bit noisy, there was construction or renovation in the neighboring building, especially disturbing in the early morning. 2. The wifi was not good. 3. The shower was partly broken, which resulted in a weak water flow.

The apartment turned out to be a dark, dirty ruin with a bed placed in a dark corner, featuring two small windows with broken blinds and a view of dirty rooftops. There was an incredible noise throughout the night due to construction work that we were not informed about. It was impossible to sleep because of the noise and stuffiness, as the air conditioning in this dark corner where the bed was placed was not working, and the shower drain was blocked, causing the room below, which also belongs to the same company, to flood. One of the walls is made of glass, and if someone didn't turn off the lights in the hallway, you had to go down three floors to turn them off because it was bright in the room. The incredible noise in the room made it impossible to sleep. We had four sleepless nights, so sightseeing was not enjoyable due to feeling unwell. It was dirty; the terrace was contaminated with bird droppings, and the window in the kitchen was dirty. There was a foul smell in the kitchen from the pipes, and the bottom panel of the furniture was falling off. The photos completely misrepresented what was actually there. Nobody informed us about the year-round noise due to construction work. The shower cabin was broken, the doors didn't close properly, and the blinds were also broken. The air conditioning in the bedroom didn't work, but they fixed the one in the kitchen after our intervention.

Not bad, good location, but an apartment is not in its best condition

Very nice location, appartment was good, kichinett was fully equiped

A shower was partly broken (no possibility to close door correctly, showerhead doesn't work properly). Bed clothes are in spots. Plus, there were difficult to find our room, because there was no number on the door as it was mentioned in the description provided us.

address is identical to another address in Porto so I travelled for hours to find and wasted the afternoon on and off trams and buses and taxis. A note should be on Booking.com to ensure others don’t make same mistake.

It was great to be here, specially the balcony was amazinh

The host was super friendly and helpful, giving lots of tips for things to do in Porto. The balcony is super nice and sunny!

The airconditioner in the bedroom was broken, the shower nearly floods, the kitchen is very very basic, the living area is very small

Pleasant

Centric, very clean and have a lot of natural light. Have a great variety of kitchen utensils.

1. The remote control did not work (batteries need to be changed). 2. The most disappointing about this apartment is the WiFi connection. I had to work in the morning and I could not use the WiFi and had to use my mobile data. This problem could be solved easily with wifi signal multiplier it costs just 15 eur. 3. There is some device somewhere outside the building or on the second floor which produces a whistling sound which is quite disturbing. 4. There are coffee cups but no coffee machine or coffee pot, could be a nice addition.

Key provider was a little late. There was only one set of keys and no combination, so that was difficult for more than one person when traveling. The contacts were very nice

The shower was leaking and so that was a problem but they said that is being repaired, so then it is a nice place to stay

Overall a good stay.

The apartment was in a great location and the furnishings were nice. The towels were soft and the a/c worked great.

As mentioned by many others, the shower is a nightmare as after just a quick one there was literally almost 2cm of water in the floor. I had to use one of the towels to sop it up so I could use the toilet without being in a puddle. Cleanliness was mostly okay. The floor was clean but the one rug needed a vacuum or shake out. It clearly hadn’t been done in awhile.
