No hay colaboración ante algun inconveniente del huésped

Ya había estado alojado y nos había gustado mucho el concepto de Hotel galería

Nos asignaron una habitación para discapacitados sin haberla solicitado . La habitación olía a orina. Por otra parte tuvimos un inconveniente de salud y la colaboración fue nula. Los asistentes de la recepción no tenían ni idea como solicitar un servicio de farmacia y el botiquín del Hotel no contaba con los elementos necesarios para la emergencia médica

Art Hotel

Nice equipped hotel close to SJO airport. Enjoyed the breakfast and the big room. Also pool looked very nice, but not time to try it.

If you don’t like art it might looks a bit weird. All the hallways are full of art (maybe a bit tooo much)

First and last

The service at breakfast was amazing.

Check-in was horrible. Was overcharged, then told booking.com was wrong, and I was wrong. Room had a coffee maker and no coffee unless you went to the front desk and bought it. Sheets were stained, breakfast was cold, and I was not told I could order fried eggs until it was time for me to leave. The bed was old and uncomfortable.

EL HOTEL BIEN PERO TUVINOS UN DESAGRADABLE PROBLEMA Y ES QUE NOS COBRARON SIN AVISAR 200 EUROS SEGÚN ELLOS POR FUMAR EN LA HABITACIÓN, ALGO TOTALMENTE FALSO. ELLO HACE QUE NUESTRA EXPERIENCIA SEA MUY DESAGRADABLE Y QUE LAS PUNTUACIONES NOS OBLIGUEN A ESTAR MÁS BAJAS. HEMOS RECLAMADO AL HOTEL SIN ÉXITO Y HEMOS INTERPUESTO UNA DENUNCIA.

Super rapport qualité prix

Un service au top. J’ai eu un soucis de santé lié à mon cœur et au retour de l’hôpital ils m’ont dit de ne pas m’inquiéter ils ont même un service d’ambulance. Au top et le personnel est bienveillant.

Hotel muy bonito, con zonas comunes muy cuidadas, lleno de obras de artistas locales. La piscina super agradable y la habitación muy bien.

Beautiful and well run!

Beautifully decorated with original artwork. Very clean and well maintained. The roof top pool was perfect and we had the use to ourselves. The breakfast was the best I’ve had.

Parking was limited but always available.

besides the not getting great sleep the hotel is very nice and comfortable.

The hotel is very comfortable and alive. We enjoy staying here. rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were super comfortable. Staff is usually helpful but forgetful.

1. the air conditioner blew right on the bed so that was very uncomfortable throughout the night. had to turn it off so we could get some sleep, then it got warm. Also our room didn't have any coffee or sweetners etc. Called down to the lobby to tell them and bring some up but they forgot.

If you like art, this is a must.

If you like art, this is the place to go. It's like staying at a museeum. The covered pool at the terrace has a great view and its excelent for children no matter the time of the year.

The view from my roof was not the best. But the rest was ok.

The room was comfortable and well ventilated.

There is a sign next to the coffee machine in the room that tea and coffee are complimentary. But in order to get them for free, you have to buy a coffee capsule or a tea bag for 1.5 USD from the bottom of the buffet :)

Beautiful boutique hotel offers comfort in Santa Ana.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was nice, the wifi worked well, and the bathroom was good.

Would stay again for sure, kids and hubby all very pleased!

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast.

Location was ok and had shops etc but a little further out from museum and city centre, so overall this made the price = to the value of stay.
