Hôtel de passage

L'emplacement: proche de la plage et du centre ville; et la piscine.

Il n'y a pas de parking, et en pleine saison très difficile de trouver une place à proximité et très cher. Il y a énormément de bruit, beaucoup de personnes qui sont là pour faire la fête et ça dure toute la nuit. Pas très approprié pour un séjour en famille car en face d'un autre grand hôtel très bruyant. Bien pour un hôtel de passage.

Le bon rapport qualité prix. Un peu ancien mais confortable et propre.

Catastrophique

L insonorisation est catastrophique on entend les gens comme si ils étaient dans le même appartement. Obligé de partir plus tôt que prévu tellement le séjour était invivable. La personne qui entretien les espaces passe la tondeuse à 8h du matin du grand n 'importe quoi aucun respect pour ceux qui souhaitent trouver un peu de repos la seule chose de positif est le monsieur à l accueil très gentil et très serviable.

Disgusted, not clean and not orgwnised staff.

Pool is Ok and location.

Paid for parking 54 euro, someone took our places staff were not interested in helping us so we had to pay extra outside. They even didn't set in system that we paid for it. Deposed complaint paper at reception! Rooms not clean hair all over the room and bathroom, asked for cleaning not done. Receptionist at arrival verry arrogant because she was alone other staff was sick so she had to do al the work by herself. Bancontact machine not working so had to pay everything cash.

Good location, reasonably priced

Clean, basic , in good location, grate pool , access to supermarket, beach 10 min walk , sea view :)

200 euro deposit, was no where mentioned. Sofa bed in the apartament not supr comfortable and was falling apart. Lack of kettle

The pool and pool bar were great. Location was great, just the hotel itself is a little dated, but for the price was exceptional value for 4 of us. Resort was more affordable than other Spanish resorts I've stayed at. All in all great value for money

Good value comfortable friendly staff

Great location value for money comfortable You have to pay 200euro deposit by card or cash which is made clear when booking but as long as you leave the accommodation tidy you get it back with no issues- I think they have to do this due to number of stag and hen parties in summer season

Parking is a pain if you want to park for free or the hotel will charge you £15eur per day

The pool the breakfast and it's location outside parking during the week was easy

Parking at the weekend is impossible noise from the pool area in the evening and early morning is a disturbance we were first given a studio room which is completely unacceptable but then paid the difference and had a proper apartment it is the description on booking.com that is inaccurate

Top location 6 min walk to centre and 6 min walk to the beach , restaurants and cafeterias just round the corner. Clean and tidy apartment. Good swimming pool, Helpful staff

A bit noisy late at night from the street but you can expect it as it's a holliday resort

Best holiday on the Costa brava

Had a great time Esther Ana and girls @reception were very good to us told us about the area and where to visit will recommend these apts to all my friends. we'll be back

The bus service from loret de mar to Girona airport didn't operate early enough for our flight had to use a taxi

At the booking was not mentioned that I had to pay a deposit of €200. The breakfast was really terrible. The food didn’t came at the same time and the staff was clearly not familiar with there work

Violent cleaning personnel + no kettle

There is not even a kettle in the room! But moreover, except for one very nice lady Esther at Reception, who was kind, the attitude was terrible. One day I needed a doctor for my daughter that stayed in the hotel - but noone answered when I called the reception! Moreover, on the day of her check out a cleaning man shouted at her as she could not empty and clean the garbage bin!! Since when do you need to empty garvage cana on a HOTEL?? The cleaning man was violent ad he hit the bin with his leg as he got angry, and scared my daughter! Absolutely unacceptable! She didn't feel well and could not physically empty the bin! I have a picture of the bin being upside down because of him hitting it. It happened in the evening of July, 23rd.

I liked everything about the apartment, the view from the apartment is amazing, especially during sunsets or at night time. Very cozy apartment and we had everything we needed, perfect stay 10/10!

Good view from the room - panoramic windows. Good that we had a kitchen.

The overall experience was pretty horrible. My friend, who also booked a room was charged the price 2x, once before arriving and once upon arrival plus they take deposit 200 euro when nothing in this entire hotel even costs 200 euro. Personal is not helpful, they only argue back and being rude. Asked for a phone of any place to order some food in the evening, they told me to get back in the morning with this request. Ask for a blow dryer, they said they didn't have. When I asked again, they gave me one. In the room it is very cold in the night, obviously, they don't have additional blankets. Impossible even to get tea as they have literally nothing there besides of very old sofas in the room. They also don't have cleaning services and demand guests to clean the room after themselves. Towels are approximately 5 years old, so it is very unpleasant to use them. They couldn't make 2 key cards, so we only got 1 for two people, but moreover, they can't even open the room for you if one person will arrive without a key. Every day at the reception they were at least 3 people I overheard complaining about something. It is also not the best location. So I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this accommodation.

The bed can smaller. Balkon door can not be open becouse of bed. The safe box is present but not functional.

Great location, nice personel, clean place.

Breakfast menu everyday the same and nothing special. Room was cleaned with some Domestos or chloride, even dishes.
