Excellente situation, proche de tous commodités. Rue très calme et jolie Serviettes de bains changées régulièrement

Installations sanitaires en mauvais état et fuyards et moisissures. Remontée de mauvaises odeurs dans la sdb et qui se répondaient dans la chambre. Sommier du lit appoint cassé Draps de lit tachés, même si à priori propre Clim fuyard sur les prises électriques, protégées par un plastique avec du scotch… Cafards présents Ensemble pas très propre

Nice little place at the center

Great location! Very responsive staff/owner but no clue which one as we never saw anyone in person :-). Everything was managed long distance but in a very customer friendly way. Very convenient setup though. The storage room facility was extremely helpful.

The place needed some better cleaning as the side table next to the bed was full of dust and dirt. The room is a bit small for stays longer than a day or two max. The jacuzzi water was not warm enough to enter.

The booking page of the property says that in the price is included daily housekeeping. The room was not cleaned the 4 days of our stay. When I communicated the issue by email to the staff, because there is no reception, I got no answer.

Nice stay in the heart of Valletta

The appartment is wells equipped with A/C, bathroom and kitchen in the heart of Valletta. Perfect for visiting the city. The terrace on the top of the building gives an awesome view on the old Valletta.

The apartment location is very good , and very near from everything you will need in valleta ,for example mini market or food places .

But some things should get renovated , the walls , the bathroom and the kitchen . we wanted a double bed and they placed us in a two single beds together , which is uncomfortable for a couple.The sheets looks dirty with stains so the whole apartment also doesnt feel very clean , which is a big discomfort for me. I hope they change some things because the location is amazing .

Value for money

The Apartment was about ten minutes walk to the Central Street of valetta and the place where the buses to the other cities. We had the Apartment of the 4th floor. It was spacious, air condition es, good wiif signal, Hair dryer and a shared blackony. At the entrance there is Water pump where you can fill your bottles. The neighbourhood was quiet an d beautiful!

The last two days they only made our beds, the rubbish in the toilet wasn't cleaned and also two days before we leave we had no toilet paper.. .

Great location in Valletta, lovely street, great price. The room has everything you need and it is ok if you don't expect a lot

I stayed at an inner courtyard room so it doesn't get any sun, this is why it is very damp and dark. The sheets were not clean when we arrived but the housekeeping changed them at our request.

good price but not worth it

The room was near the centre of valetta. The best + of our reservetion was that in the lobby you could refill your bottles of water and drink bottled water. TV worked, which was also smart so we could use netflix,youtube, etc. Finally, there was always hot water.

The room was incredibly filthy. The walls were dirty (they had filth and even dead mosquitos with blood) and even the sheets weren't clean. The bathroom was smelling and there was mold in the ceiling and some parts of the walls. The fridge never worked. The room was so dark and as you walked in you were instantly depressed. Unfortunately, I 've been to hostels much better and cleaner than this room.

It was good but...

The greatest advantage of this place is definitely the location - it's great. Also the price is fair. The bed is comfortable. The room had air conditioning, a private bathroom, a hair dryer and towels, and a small kitchenette besides. I must admit that the tiles in the room are lovely! Overall we are satisfied, despite a few shortcomings.

The room could definitely be cleaner, the same goes for the bathroom. There are stains coming out on the wall, probably from moisture. On the day of arrival on bed under the bedspread I found a hair. During our stay, the cleaning lady was in the room once - which is a plus, but I didn't like the fact that she threw away the bottles with the leftovers of our drinks, when they were not in the trash can, but on the table top. The last thing is that staircase is scary. It was a discomfort when other guests came up the stairs during the night, because the stairs are metal and generate a noise.

Exactly as described, great value for solo or couple travelers

Everything was great, the pictures and description match exactly what you get basically. Wi-Fi worked well which was my main concern, but the apartment was also pretty clean and well located. Check in was easy, free drinking water dispenser was a great thing to have.

Slight smell coming from the bathroom, and the soap provided isn’t really something I’d put on my body again. But these are minor issues, overall.

Great location, but really in need of some TLC

The location of the street is excellent. Close enough to everything, but a couple of streets back. Also the size of the room was good and the private terrace was a nice addition. The shower was always hot and had good pressure. Communication from the owners for self check in was very good and the property was really easy to find (10 minute walk from airport bus).

I very rarely complain about a property as I'm used to Hostelling and camping, so have admittedly pretty low standards. Unfortunately, however, this property really fell apart after first impressions. There is black mould round every window and a real condensation problem, noticeable particularly in the mornings. Due to this all the windows had been left open, and there were loads of mosquitos every night, making sleep near impossible. The windows did have mesh over them, but the critters were either small enough to pass through or were entering from somewhere else. Having closed al the windows after the first night, they were still in there. The boiler in the bathroom fires up every half an hour all day and throughout the night, again disturbing sleep (the concertina door is too flimsy to contain the noise). The bathroom sink trap was leaking, so I ended up with a puddled bathroom the first time I brushed my teeth, so had to decant my toiletries to the kitchenette. The shower drain smelt like a swamp. And there was a beer bottle full of fag ends left on the balcony. There was limited bed linen (1 x sheet, 1 x thin throw, 1 x slightly thicker throw), and with it being an old stone building it got pretty chilly on a night. An extra thick blanket would have been nice. Each in itself would have been bearable for a 4 night stay, but combined it made it pretty unpleasant. All of these are pretty small and easily fixable things, and must surely have been reported by other guests. A little TLC would go a long way.

Good value for money in the heart of Valletta

Good location, in the heart of Valletta - you can do everything walking. There is a supermarket right around the corner. The bed is very big and the apartment is well equiped with microwave, kettle, cutlery, good hair dryer,... Communication with the owners was fast and efficient.

Cleaning could be improved.

Valletta for 2 nights

Excellent location in the Old Town. Public parking close by. The one room plus bathroom is part if a renovated complex .The apartment was on the second floor and was accessed by elevator. There was a small terrace which was enjoyable in the afternoon.

The apartment was clean, but could have been improved- no soap in the shower, kitchen cupboard and some crockery not clean, toilet not properly cleaned. Hopefully, this review will encourage improvement.

Good, but needs improvements.

Good location, responsive staff, nice kitchenette, comfortable bed, good water flow in the shower.

Shower leaking through the curtain, floor always wet. Bed sheets and bed cover were with stains. Extra blanket smelled badly. and we could not switch on tv, something was wrong weigh connection.
