Beautiful triple terrace, 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom Cluster Villa with sea view overlooking the 3rd hole of Vale de Milho Golf course.
The house is entered on the first floor, where there is a beautiful well equipped kitchen & utility, cloakroom, bathroom and lovely open plan living room and dining room, from which patio doors lead to a large balcony with views over the golf course and out to sea.
Spiral stairs lead the way upstairs to the roof terrace or downstairs to the ground floor where there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom is en-suite and the second bedroom has a separate shower room. Both bedrooms have patio doors leading onto a terrace and private garden area.
The Villa has air conditioning & electric central heating throughout, features multi room audio to all rooms with Bluetooth connectivity, Smart TV with Spotify account permitting you to play all your chosen music in every room.
For an additional charge of €30 we can now offer a full UK/worldwide TV package inclusive of SKY movies, sports and cartoon channels.
The small wonderfully peaceful complex of Vila Golfemar has well maintained gardens and the benefit of a large shared swimming pool, small children's pool complete with pool house and w/c facilities.
Within a 10 - 15 minute walk you will find the Clubhouse, local shops, restaurants, bars, and the stunning beach of Centaines with its own restaurant and beach bar.
Carvoeiro town centre, boasting over 100 dining establishments to suit all tastes and budgets, is just a 5 minute drive away.

Everything in this property is beyond spectacular. It is exactly as listed, if not even better. The home is incredibly comfortable, spacious and very clean. Having such a superb property to be able to stay at and call home for a month, made our entire visit even better than what we had anticipated. Any questions that we had for the owner were answered within the hour. Can't thank them enough for how amazing this was.

My husband and I spent 10 wonderful days here! Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer. The location was perfect for our photography trip. The house was immaculate and well equipped. We hope to return next year!

Overall the experience was very good the property was excellent with everything you needed, the location was very peaceful ,it was to far to walk to the town so a taxi is needed ,probably it would be advisable to hire a car.But overall we had a lovely time it was nice to be next to the golf course and very scenic. Thanks Michael and Triona.

When you book something like this you simply have no real idea what you are going to get. We had been to Carvoeiro before but not to this place. We did not realise it was so close to the golf course (we don't play) but it was quiet and well placed for the town as well as the main highways to other places of interest on the coast and inland. You could actually see the sea from the balcony. About the apartment: based on three levels, the sun lounge at the top included a good and solid barbecue with sun loungers, etc. Middle / entry floor was dining room, lounge, kitchen and bathroom with an area to eat and chill outside. Downstairs were two bedrooms - one en-suite and one without but with a "family" bathroom next door. It is a property for those who are fit for sure, but the level of comfort and furnishings was beyond expectations. Plenty of bits for the kitchen so whether you decided to cook / BBQ or whether it was just for breakfast, everything you needed was there. Wi-Fi was good, televisions - if you wanted them (which we didn't) - a sound system that worked across the whole property, and of course air conditioning.
Décor was tasteful and as such, good parking outside and a really nice pool area just a couple of minutes walk through the complex.
When we had a minor issue, we did have some initial problems getting hold of the management agent but once we understood what we needed to do, it was very easy and responsive. A cleaner came in half way through the trip which was unexpected and the owners had very thoughtfully put together a series of recommendations for the locality and comprehensive instructions on everything (we did struggle with the air conditioning but it really was 1st World problems!).
Overall, we loved every minute of the experience so thank you for making it a great first trip overseas post-pandemic for all of us.

A lovely, well equipped home from home. With 3 lovely outside areas great for relaxing in the sun. Lovely nearby restaurants, great location over looking the golf course and sea views.

Nice place and don't suggest anything could be better
I agree with all of the previous reviewers that this is a nice place. The only problem we had was at the end of the first week the owner asked us how it was going. I asked if he had ever considered replacing the mattresses since we didn’t think they were very comfortable. He replied that they were all high quality mattresses, and by the way, he checked the video camera and noticed our bicycles were on the back porch. He said bicycles were not allowed on the back porch and needed to be moved. I checked the rental agreement, including all associated documentation for the unit, and didn't see any mention of this. We have stayed at many rentals on our 3-year trip around Europe and this is the first time a host has ever had a problem with us walking our bicycles through the house, across a tile floor, to place the bicycles outside, or mentioning they are observing our coming and going on video camera. I think this is a feature of renting from a host that prefers to do things contactless, as opposing to meeting the guests and having a relationship. Regardless, I would advise just saying everything is great, lest you find yourself in violation of an unwritten rule and surveilled.

Beautiful Property in Superb Location
We wanted a four-week break in warm sunshine to get away from the U.K. winter. Casa Teresa fitted the bill perfectly. The house is beautifully maintained in an ideal location. We enjoyed everything about it and the weather was perfect. The owner (Michael) and the property agent (GenesisKey) were easily accessible with any queries we had. A really enjoyable experience all round!

Well appointed villa
A clean and nicely decorated villa with all of the facilities needed whilst on holiday. Short distance to town and beaches most accessible by foot if reasonably fit. Has a woodburner and heating for winter stays.

Fabulous everything

A wonderful week of 30 degree sunshine in Casa Teresa. We couldn’t have asked for more, the property is fabulous and is as stunning as the setting. To top it all we had a sunset to admire every evening whilst sat on the living room terrace....Perfect!

Wonderful Villa in a great location
Clean well furnished property, light and airy and equipped with everything you need. In all our years of self catering we have never come across such a well equipped rental.
The outdoor space is fantastic, with ground floor, first floor and roof terrace options, we enjoyed an abundance of sunshine all day long.
The property is set in a beautiful location on the side of Vale do Milho golf course with plenty of local restaurants within walking distance.
Carvoeiro is a wonderful place and I will recommend to all my friends and family.

A very nice villa in a convenient quiet area. Spoilt because the lower floors were damp and cold.
Booking and information were good. The villa was easy to find and access. Very well equipped but over complicated electronically and more information in English needed on appliances.( the dishwasher ran for over 2 hours so we didn't bother again!)
Because of the location of the villa, at the north end of a block, the sun did not get into the rooms to any degree. This meant that the bedrooms on the lower floor were cold and damp, clothes in the wardrobes felt cold and clammy even though we ran the dehumidifier and we only had one day of rain! The en suite bathroom had mould forming. We owned a villa in Carvoiero for over 10 years and are very familiar with the problem of mould over winter months.
The dehumidifier was running when we arrived at the villa and we ran it regularly while we were staying there and left it running when we left. I do not think it is correct to ask guests to pay for the electricity to run this machine in order to keep down a mould problem that is brought about by the siting of the villa and the lack of sun into the property. Even the terrace off the dining area only got sun after 3 PM and one had to chase the sun around on the upper terrace.
There are some excellent restaurants in the area, Julios in particular, and some very inexpensive 'rustic' diners.
We enjoyed our vacation and revisited old haunts from the past. Carvoiero has changed but get a couple of miles away and the delights of Portugal can still be found.

Wonderful Villa accommodating our every need
Really could not ask for more. Casa Teresa as it all! Beautifully appointed and wonderfully equipped with everything you need for a self catering Villa. The Villa is spotless and well maintained and sits in a wonderful area of Carvoeiro. Highly recommend!

Lovely property with great views in a tranquil location
House is extremely well equipped. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, great if two couples are staying there together, can have a bathroom each.We loved the peacefulness of the area and the views over the golf course and towards the sea.Would recommend a car, too far to walk into Carvoeiro although a taxi wouldn’t cost much. Lovely walks around the area.

Beautiful property in a great location
The location of this property is great, we stayed for ten days and enjoyed the walks along the cliff tops and the many local restuarants. The house was very clean and very well appointed. It also has three outdoor areas which would be fantastic in good weather. Also great WIFI. Michael has provided lots of information on the use of the many electronic devices as well as the history of the area. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous Villa in a great location
Wonderful two weeks in a super villa. Spacious, exceptionally clean and furnished to a very high standard. Peaceful location, ideal for daytime relaxation but within walking distance of Carvoeiro where you are spoilt for choice with numerous restaurants(of a very high standard) and bars to ensure a great evening is had by all. Beautiful beaches are to be found in the surrounding area with some excellent golf courses also close by. We have stayed in and around Vila Golfemar for many years and Casa Teresa is most definitely one home that we shall look forward to returning to in the not to distant future.

Beautiful home in a tranquil location, the perfect getaway from London life
This is the second time we have holidayed at Casa Teresa. We're not usually inclined to revisit destinations but we enjoyed our first time so much we had to return. Carvoeiro and Casa Teresa ticks all of the boxes for us - great location, beautiful setting, well equipped, spotless property, great weather and the option to explore or stay local.
We hired a car and found this useful though I'm sure this is not essential if you would rather not drive. However, there are some stunning beaches within a short drive.
Being self employed means reliable, speedy wifi is a must and Casa Teresa delivers here too.
It would seem that twice is not enough as we plan a third visit later this year. Go see for yourself.

Beautiful apartment
We recently spent a week in Casa Teresa. It was lovely. The apartment is clean, good sized bedrooms (2) and enough bathrooms (3) with powerful shower (nice). The apartment has everything you might wish for. Nice location looking out over hole 3 of the golf course. Everything was spotless. We will definitely come again.

Beautiful villa in great location
The perfect place for a relaxing holiday, within easy reach of beaches- 20 mins walk to the nearest- and the picturesque resort of Carvoeiro. Good choice of restaurants nearby, but we have never stayed in such a well equipped self catering property and enjoyed a lovely barbecue. The villa itself is comfortable and beautifully furnished. We would definitely return.

A wonderful property, a home from home with everything you would expect & more.
Our stay at Casa Teresa was perfect. The property itself is beautiful. It is finished to a very high standard and has everything you need for a wonderful home-from-home experience. It was immaculately clean and well maintained.
The surroundings are picturesque and peaceful. We really cannot fault the villa or its location.
It was our first time in Carvoerio and it was the perfect spot to travel around or use as a base. We hired a car from Faro airport which made getting around super-easy. There are beautiful beaches in the immediate area but if you like to explore then a short drive gets you to even more. We were going to hire a Satnav but decided against it as the owners of the villa emailed fool-proof directions from the airport and the area is easy enough to get around.
There are plenty of supermarkets, bars and restaurants in the town and several within walking distance of the property too. I am trying to think of a 'negative' but I actually can't. We are booking to return to both Casa Teresa and Carvoeiro as soon as we can. Enjoy!

The house was very nice, I´d say luxurious! Location quite and peaceful. Beautiful surroundings.
The description was really accurate, without any exaggeration. The pictures, too, were realistic. The apartment had been very well cleaned when we came, it was like a warm welcome.
The owners are very friendly and they answered our e-mails very quickly, a big plus and thanks for that!
The only small minus was regarding some of kitchen goods. We were preparing nearly always our meals in the apartment, that´s why proper kitchen ware was important for us. For instance, we had to buy one frying pan because all the three available were in unusable condition.
As a summary, we were utmost happy with our one month stay in the property and can warmly recommend it to our friends and relatives!

Wij hebben met vier volwassen personen een week kunnen genieten van dit prachtige huis. Ook met vier personen biedt dit huis veel ruimte.
Alle comfort aanwezig: uitstekende bedden, optimaal ingerichte keuken, drie badkamers, ruime huiskamer met excellente audio- en tv-apparatuur.
We troffen het huis in uitstekende staat aan. Halverwege de week werden de afvalbakken geleegd en zijn de handdoeken vervangen.
We zijn geen golfers; echter, het zicht op de golfers en de golfbaan biedt meerwaarde.
Er is zeer goede parkeergelegenheid. Dit huis kunnen we zeer aanbevelen.
