VOTO 0! Non ascoltate quelli che si “accontentano”.

Claudia was very nice and helpful. The apartment seems to have been good value for money for this location, but otherwise wasn't that great - we weren't given toilet paper for instance and you need to pay extra for towels. There was a locker for skis which is useful. He area was well connected for skiers or with the bus!
Maybe for the resort it was good value for money but the apartment generally was quite old and there were some annoying stuff like you have to pay extra for owes, there is no toilet paper or fairy liquid and a sponge to wash up your dishes. There was also no kettle.

No up front information about additional costs for transport and linen.
Apartment stay. Additional €15 per person for linen. No shuttle bus to the ski lift/gondola, schedule bus costs €1.10 each trip so if you use it 4 trips per day that comes to €4.40 per day x 7 days = €30.80 for week. Also the last bus is before 21:00 so you may need a taxi which costs €15 minimum or €5 per person. There are no eating facilities or restaurants near the apartment. If you factor all the additional costs in this is not cheaper than the hotels in the centre of Cervinia.

It was warm and cosy
It was far from the snow lifts. We had to take bus to get there and had to pay 1 euro and 10 cent per trip per person.
The most shocking thing was there was no bed linen no towels no toilet paper no soap.
I could rent the towels and bed lining for 15 euro per person. I have never seen this before in any place I have visited.
There was not enough hot water for three of us to have shower, so we had to wait like two hours for the next person to have a shower.

Nothing to really like.
Very basic and simple place.
No soap, no dishwasher soap, no pan - not even for the 1st 2 days. Just until we can buy.
Very far from the city center.
NOT ski in, NOT ski out.
Winter - no shuffle to the parking place.
We were 5 - not enough hot water to all. Wierd boiler timer that had to be configured a d therefore the first day had no hot water. Disaster after skiing!
Bunch of staff to do when leaving... Crazy. As if we didn't pay a lot.
I do not recommend. Only if has no choice.

Great location and amazing host service! Warm, clean, budget furnished but well equipped little apartments, comfortable beds and parking facilities. Near the slopes and lifts, perfect for friends/family vacation!

dated , floor boards have gaps in them , no kettle or toaster .

just as you’d expect - cheap and cheerful 70s ski block. Claudia is extremely nice and nothing was complicated. solid
obviously quite basic but to be expected. Realistically too far to ski from/walk into town is c30min

Good value for the money. Apartment could house up to 4 people quite comfortably. Dishwear and cooking utilities available. Stove worked well, didn't try the dishwasher. Comfortable bed with woolen blankets. Beware that you need to bring your own sheets, towels, toiletpaper, dish soap and dish sponge as there are no such facilities what so ever. Possibility to rent sheets and towels for a fee per person. Free Wifi available that worked quite good. Didn't see the staff that much but they were helpful and nice at check-in and check-out. Free ski bus from town that stopped right outside the apartment complex which we used a lot. Departed every half hour/ every hour from morning until 20.30. Possible to ski in and out in off pist tracks, not too difficult for intermediate/experienced skiers. Simple clean out from the apartment at checkout. Overall we're happy with our stay.
The apartment complex is old and not very maintained. Seems quite worn down both in common rooms/corridors/elevators etc. Facilities inside apartment are also quite old and worn down. However it didn't seem dirty and there was no bad smell at all.

Nothing
The apartment was very dated. The shower was terrible in pressure and temperature. The cover is off the water heater exposing bare wires, the cupbaord housing the water heater isnt fixed. The tiny shower isnt big enough to wash in and the water heater cupboard blocks entry to the shower. There are burn marks in the seats, cushions ripped, cables sellotaped to the floor, windows that when closed let in a massive draft and parking isn't the best. We had to pay extra for linen which we didn't expect. There are rips on loads of the steps leading to the apartments which are a trip hazard. You can't use all the appliances as the electric will trip. Over all, really really bad.

No breakfast. Up higher out of town..but a nice ski out through the trees in the morning (could be challenging) and anyway lots of busses (free to start..but the about a euro at the end of week..broken machine?)

the location is 1.5 km from city center and in the brochure its writing 0.9km
we had to pay extra for towels an sheet this is unacceptable.
we decide to leave after one night and move to other hotel.
the hotel didn't want to give back the remain money .
i did a contca with booking com not with the hotel and i expect the booking will atke about me but they didint
maybe its time to move to other hotel operation.
i work with booking a lot but its look like one was side only
i am very disappoint.

the position and the price
it’s very small and the room are not divided so the couple have not privacy!
and it’s not written in the description of the apartment!

The building has not been upgraded since the 1970s. Our apartment was dated but everything worked. It was good value for the price paid.
There were no taxis available It is a good 40 minute walk uphill from the village in the evening. You will need chains for your car if there is snow.

I really liked the place! The staff (Claudia) was super friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, organised and contained pretty much everything we needed. The 180 degrees view of the mountains and the village from the balcony (including the Cervino/Matterhorn) was breathtaking! Even though the building doesn't look so new, everything (lift etc) worked fine and the apartment was fine as well. Overall, for sure an amazing cost/benefit.
The boiler didn't seem to have a very large capacity, so sometimes we'd need to give it some time between two showers if both people wanted to take a hot shower.
