Soggiorno Molto Gradevole

La struttura è molto gradevole immersa nel verde e ben tenuta. si ha tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno, dal parcheggio, alla piscina, al bar, al ristorante. Un plauso particolare va allo staff sempre disponibile e professionale.. Ottima la colazione e la pulizia della camera. il letto comodissimo. Gradevole la spiaggia privata con la possibilità di usufruire delle sdraio e degli ombrelloni gratuitamente. Parcheggio molto comodo.

praticamente nulla, l'unica cosa che mi sento di segnalare è la camera assegnata che è risultata un pò piccola.

Tornerei volentieri all'hotel Stromboli e nella zona.

Ottima la posizione e la tranquillità in cui è inserito il Villaggio. Lo staff è sempre stato gentile, disponibile e professionale. Lo spazio della piscina è ben sfruttato e il panorama molto bello.

Migliorerei gli asciugamani, si capiva che fossero puliti ma erano molto macchiati. E attenzionerei l'acqua che fuoriesce dalla porta della doccia, sporcando gli ambienti e rovinando le cose vicine.

Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren reichhaltig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Das Hotel hat in baulicher Hinsicht etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit verdient. Die baulichen Tätigkeiten und der Pflegezustand der Außenanlagen.

Lovely location - do not use their restaurant

The hotel is placed directly at a nice little private beach, and the rooms had a nice little terrase.

The beds are in a really bad shape, and they do not offer any good sleep. These must be replaced! We expected a nice and cozy restaurant for a four star hotel as this, but instead it is a horrible nozy place that do not offer any delicous food - it is not what you would expect from such a nice hotel, but rather it tastes like pre-made food with a cheap taste.

The staff was superb. They were all helpful and kind. Shout out to the kindness and politeness of the life guard and the bar staff by the pool. The pool was very clean, as well as the rooms. Breakfast was good, with local products and good variety. The landscape was absolutely amazing.

The AC was not on top. Common areas such as reception and breakfast lounge did not have AC on during my stay. When I arrived my room was not cool. It seemed as a fan was on but wasn't able to get AC cold. I explained it to the receptionist they assured me they'll fix it. Well, it was never fixed. I didn't ask to get a room changed because it never got too hot in it. Don't expect cold rooms though. The quality of sleep was not good. Although beds were comfortable, I was awaken by lots of noise very early in the morning. I still don't know what it was. It seemed like repeatedly drainage noise coming from the bathroom...I can't say exactly what it was. The common areas such as pathways were not their top priorities in cleanness. The pool is small and by pictures it look much bigger. I enjoyed my stay because the pool was never full of people otherwise I wouldn't have been happy. The beach is beautiful but too small for my taste. Reason why I spent My days at the pool.

All in all, the facility and service made for a much needed relaxing stay

We were pleasantly surprised to see that the rooms were recently updated. Contrary to other reviews we read, everything was functional too (air conditioning, hot water, ...). Maybe those were old reviews. Beach access was easy enough. No charge for chairs and sun umbrellas. Golf cart rides at 1 Euro each are available for those who want to avoid the 40 m climb back up to the resort (roadway, not stairs). We booked the breakfast option only, though we booked dinner as well on 2 of the 3 nights we were there. The meals were not gastronomical, but they were good and reasonably priced. Eating at the resort made for a relaxing stay.

Drink were a bit pricy.

Beautiful Weekend Gettaway

The Stromboli satisfied every expectation, very well organized, very clean and the Beach is absolutely stunning as are the Gardens and the Pool area.

What beach holidays should be.

A highlight of our holidays in Italy. Wonderful setting, great views, lovely surroundings, helpful staff. The hotel is somewhat remote and you need a car or taxi to get around the area, but it has everything you need to make it a great stay. The food is great, the pool is wonderful, the sea is just amazing with plenty of fish. You have to walk downhill to the beach (with a really good beach bar), but you can also get a lift easily. Truly recommended.

Nice big comfortable room but a lot of noice from the entertainment

Big room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Breakfast is delicious, lots of choice! The pool is great and has enough stuff for children to play in and a shallow kidspool. The beach is nice, pebbles.

What booking.com doesn’t mention is that the entertainment goes on at night en is very loud. Our room had poolview and the noise from the restaurant next to the pool (karaoke) bothered us till midnight.

Overall it was a great vacation and would love to visit again

Location of the hotel and specially the bar was amazing, right on the beach. Swimming pool was well maintained and equally useful for all ages. Food was very good. Airport transfers were reasonable. Staff was able to resolve any issues with the stay quickly.

Kids playground was not well maintained, there were not many options for adults to do any activities, basically you can only swim in Pool or in the sea. Food was great but choices were limited. There were no supermarkets nearby and it was bit expensive if you want to take taxi from the hotel. No option to take any vehicle on rent near the hotel.

Affordable, fun, easy family vacation with stunning views.

This hotel was perfect for our large family. we have five young children and it was awesome to be able to go from the pool to the beach back to the pool then to the playground…our days were filled with fun and laughter and even Mom and Dad got a little relaxation, too.

We have a large family, so unfortunately we had to split into two rooms to accommodate all of our kids. It would be great to have a larger room option with bunk beds.

Great stay

Modern and clean hotel in garden pavilions. Nice nice view to both volcanos, Stromboli and Vesuvius. Very good quality for reasonable price.

The air conditioning unit didn't work properly on the middle of July. We called the staff and they came right away. But they told us that it was working properly. Level 1 to 4 was the same speed. When we went into are friends room the air conditioning unit was blowing so hard that they had to turn it off at night. Me and my family of 5 couldn't get a good night's rest because it was the same temperature outside in our room.

Breakfast - in the Covid era the guests couldn't serve ourselves, but the hotel didn't manage to find a workable solution and the serving was extremely slow, which resulted in 15min line for water and another 10min line for bread.

Splendid view, superb garden with many flowers, bushes and big trees. The beach is very nice and also both the restaurants near to the beach are very good.

Most of the personal speaks only Italian so they avoided us. Welcome drink was warm prosecco with no bubbles I think it is better nothing than this. We had two types of rooms - comfort room for 3 which was ok and a bungalow which should be an upgrade of a standard room -at least the receptionist told us. The bungalow was quite old, very uncomfortable beds and old bathroom.

The hotel concept with animation and mass public and bland restaurant is the added thing... Restaurant personnel seemed chaotic or absent minded
