Everything, it was perfect for us. The staff are all wonderful, helpful and friendly. The kids club and activities are great. We were self catering so can’t comment on the food. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs.
Was all perfect!
9.0
Exceptionnel location, exceptionnel crue.
Expensive restaurant
Missing on dishwasher and toaster in our kitchen.
8.0
Traditional Sardinian vintage design, good location, clean beach, heated swimming pool, SPA service, restaurant service ( if not too busy, otherwise may take ages to get your omlette).
Requires serious renovation and kitchen upgrade, beds are not comfortable for the cost charged, compared to other 4 star residences in other European cities. Max 2-3 stars level for the facilities in the room.

heated pool, good breakfast buffet, right on the beach

lovely stay at this resort. the view from our balcony is as stunning! breakfast is as excellent and worth paying extra if it’s not included. we parked in the hotel parking, however parking available behind the resort (out of season).
nothing! it maybe overpriced during the summer but it was excellent value for money in October and ideal for families!

the sea, the view

The location with the beach it was gorgeous.
The building a little too old, and of course some furniture. The room, but especially the bathroom was full of little bugs (the windows does not have a insect net)
6.0
lovely pool and beach , fabulous views
lack of onsite shop for self catering residents
7.0
Great location although more shuttle buses or easier taxis into the resort would have been even better
More sun beds (one per person), a kettle in the room, more evening entertainment and an easier way to book into the hotel restaurants (we tried three times and got in once - only found out at 6pm so too late to book somewhere else

value for money very bad. the property was in July extremely expensive but very old. yhe room was super small and resembled more a retirement apartment than an expensive hotel. for 450+ eur per day never again. The internet did not work as we had the outermost room in the building. When we asked at the reception why, we received a "we do not guarantee internet". Here is a guarantee from me: never again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Baia Caddinas! The breakfast is lovely, and the pools/beach are wonderful! It has a very comfortable, family atmosphere.
The residence suites are cute but quite rustic and the internet is not available
In the room, just the main hotel area. The staff at the beach bar are quite rude and although our package came with sun chairs, there were none avaable half the time. Also, the pools close very early, at 7pm. Plus, it says parking is available on the site, but you need to book it in advance. We were not aware of this and had to park on the street.

The staff was beyond helpful when it came to the facilities and the service at the breakfast and dinner were helpful to us since we didn’t speak the local language. They helped us understand the meals and were very welcoming every time we came to eat! (Special thanks to Mr. GiGi for bringing us an English Menü and noting where we liked to sit!)
The Air conditioning was barely able to keep the room below the temperature outside, even with the door closed and curtains drawn. The shower was a little dirty when we got there as well.

Good installations, nice garden and swimming pool
Location is great, we stayed in a flat that was very comfortable especially one of the two exit was close to the main street which is a for loading / unloading and with a baby is making the difference !
On the otherside we had not the sea view as other room at second floor or fornt to the beaceh logically had
Beach and sand is not the best one you can have in Sardegna but there are plenty around 7-10 min driving
Sauna could be improved but was ok
Overall we had a pleasant stay, not sure it worth 100% the money we paid for
Beach: I was having better expectation (still is a nice beach thought)
Lacking of some animation/music and overall slightly cold ambiance from my pure (personal indeed) feeling and perspective

my room was very nice and we really liked the pool and playground near the beach
you’ll need to pay for the cleaning apart and I did not get a changing towel. The breakfast was ok, but the bread was not fresh.

the location was nice nice
the apartment was very expensive, but small. The service was super bad. It doesn’t matter what I asked for, they wanted to get extra money. Even the towels for the pool they charged us. We approximately paid 250€ per night, which ist super expensive, but there was no breakfast included. For the the towels they charged 2€ each and for an adapter they wanted to get 5€. Sorry but in my eyes thats a joke and a rip off.

Hotel rooms are great
The pool is perfect for kids and adults
The access to the beach is fantastic
Extremely well maintained and staff very helpful
Car parking is problematic
9.0
The location is fantastic. The beach is right in front of the main building after the pool area. The pool beach chairs are included in the price but towels cost 2€ per person per day. There is a beach bar where you can order drinks or food of an acceptable quality. Everything was super clean. The staff was extremely friendly, specially with kids. Kids entertainment program is available and quite cool. The beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed. The apartment is not too hot but if needed the a/c is working welll.
The food in the restaurant of the hotel is just average but right behind you have pizzeria da Andrea where they offer different dishes of local traditional food that we found delicious and with reasonable price.
The furniture of the apartment was in good condition but very old, it needs to be updated.
The kitchen is very limited, old and lags essential equipment and storage space for groceries.
There is no supermarket in walking distance so if you plan to eat in the apartment a car is need. Parking spots around are limited and you need to pay a ticket so the comfortable option is to park in the garage of the hotel, that has to be paid and you will have to book in advance.
