Breakfast was great - hotel was nice but more of a high 3 star.
There was no wifi in the rooms which was pretty shocking …
Not having wifi in the rooms …

This place it's worth it's money. I only went thinking it was just expensive but when talking with the receptionists (very kind) they explained all the activities included like bicicles, tours, the private beach, kids activities, etc.
The place looks and feels fancy, the beach is beautiful.
The rooms are large and comfortable, i was lucky to have a nice view of the gardens, i bet the beach views are insane.
Everybody was nice to us even tho our italian wasn't very good, they even let us try!
I want to come back to this hotel for sure.
Just a bad restaurant situation.
We had issues understanding the dinner appointments and reservations of the restaurant in the hotel, so we went without one just to ask if there was a table abailable that night. One of the guys serving told us to sit even tho it was about to close the kitchen, that we still had time.
As soon as we sat there there was a boss, i think? yelling to the workers because they letted us sit, and talked like we didn't understand italian (we do) or made implications. On top of that we were charged an extra for not having a reservation.
It was a missunderstaning but i hated the way employees were treated and in public. This "boss" person was very unkind and made us feel guilty for consuming there or even asking anything.
Again, we were told to sit and that we still had time to enjoy the restaurant.
Just make your reservations or don't go.

A great place for families with small children, with a very nice garden, pools, and beach. The breakfast is delicious, with a large selection, the restaurant opposite the hotel is recommended for lunch and dinner if you don't want to make a reservation at the hotel.
The staff is kind and helpful.
Children's programs, the playhouse is open all day, so parents also have time to relax. Dolphin watching program with motorboat can be booked in the garden, good program with children.
An outdoor towel and cold water upon arrival would have been nice for a four-star hotel.
The beach of the hotel is not bad, but there are much nicer beaches in Sardinia than the beach of the hotel, so you don't have to look for them here.

Beautiful spot, lovely Hotel. You won’t regret staying here.
The rooms were large, the staff were awesome
Big thank you to Laura who spoke great English and assisted us with everything we needed and one of the best customer service persons I have had.
Also to the head life guard at the beach very helpful and spoke English which helped as well for us.
The only thing for us was the air conditioning in our room did not work well and is very old. Time for an upgrade

Location was great and staff was really friendly.

Friendly atmosphere, Staff were very attentive to our needs. Relaxed attitude with other guests with NO rushing to get sunbeds. These were allocated on first day of the holiday. This is a really good idea to remove those who spoil holidays.
No gym on site.
Room was above the Live music at night, even worse some of the singing was off queue but guests were not phased by this :-).

Great service and facilities, kinny club was amazing.
Breakfast was bland, not much choice and of the available foods there was nothing exciting.

The staff are very friendly, the hotel has a nice style and is right at the beach.
The reception staff were not really flexible for accommodating our baby in the room. The rate was quite pricy, compared to other hotels in the area. The breakfast area was too crowded some times, it made the impression the number of guests can not be handled.

stylish building, right at the beach with one heated and one unheated pool. lovely for kids. Well located with friendly local restaurant just across the road. Supermarket and beach supplies shop a short walk away.
To eat in the hotel you have to book online, before 6.

The breakfasts were perfect. The surroundings of the hotel are nice.
It was not possible to buy dinner at the hotel. It had to be pre-ordered. So after 12 hours on the road, we had to put the suitcase in the room and find a ride somewhere downtown where we could eat. If I pass the pizzeria opposite, there was no restaurant around.
There was nowhere to park, even though there was supposed to be an underground parking lot, we had to park on the roads around the hotel and pay a parking fee. But when someone known to the employees arrived, he was immediately given a parking space in the garages.

excellent breakfast, the beach was glorious, access from the pool area very easy.
more easily accessible restaurants. If you did not take half board then your choice of food was very limited in the immediate vicinity

Its a nice hotel in a nice bay.
At the checkout we paid with our credit card. Then 1 month later, when i checked the credit card bill i discovered that they charged us twice and did one refund afterwards. However the refund was 15 EURs less due to fees and exchange rates differences (see attached foto). Upon my request they said that they can't help me with this. 15 € might not be much, but still this isn't right and we are left with the feeling that we have been cheated on. Two months later and after insisting quite a bit the hotel did transfer me the 15€. I would have appreciated if they had done that immediately (errors can always happen, but its a bit annoying if you have to fight for your right)

The food was delicious and plentiful in quantity and variety.
There was no pool side toilet so you had to go through reception to the downstairs toilet which meant you had to put clothes on to use the bathroom while outside swimming and sunbathing

-The position is ok, but you have to have the car to move around..
-the beach is nice , but crowded…
-rooms are nice and clean
Too many insane rules and policies!
-like extra fee for beach towels, than all bring bathroom towels,
-not enough sunbeds for all people,
- beach is divided by fence between you behind the fence and others non guests of the hotel on the beach, there is possibility of extra charge and you can have your sunbed in the beach
-poor information about dinner, not enough places for all so you have to order take away and even that before 18.30?! Then you have to eat in room.
-No car parking awailable, if you are lucky you find on the street with payment on the machine…
-Special gala dinner for hollyday and nobody try to sell it to you or even mention it to you… so you make take away reservation and even that is not possible on this particular day…
-Staff is kind but young and has no clue of the bussines they are in.

Very nice hotel for families especially. Nicely decorated with lots of gorgeous sardinian ceramics, spacious room, well maintained and clean, nice beach with beautiful view and great turquoise water. Breakfast ok, full of options.
Restaurants ok, but food overall disappointing for Italy. Would have expected more taste.

Very good breakfast and dinner, great infra, children friendly environment. Worth booking the taxi with the hotel (60 euros)
nothing, I was just a bit lost with dinner’s dress code

loved the location. beautiful beach. very relaxed and laid back. room was amazing with an exceptional view (we had the penthouse I think)
was pricey, however we book only 2 weeks in advanced so think there was limited availability on the rooms.

We liked the family room which had two separate bedrooms with a bathroom in between. staff were so friendly and helpful. kids club staff were great too. swimming pools were lovely. beach and sea were lovely. Food in the beach bar was really good. I liked knowing that we had the same sun lounger for the whole stay. rooms were really well soundproofed when the doors were closed.
breakfast was a little boring!
4.0
pool area was nice, staff was very nice, hotel was very clean, breakfast was great. live entertainment in the evening.
the rooms are outdated, the bed (pillows, mattress and blankets) was not comfortable. the room felt like a motel 6. the blanket was an outdated old fuzzy rag.
The room felt damp most of the time. In US standards this is a 2 star resort at best.
breakfast from 730-10am, Lunch is from 12-2, dinner 7-9 (requires a reservation ahead of time).
same food over and over again.
live music and all dies out at about 10pm.
not much else to eat around unless you walk 30+ mins towards the port.
there is not much to do at the resort or nearby, besides swimming in the pool but if the weather is not great then you are just stuck there bored out of your mind.
there is no coffee machine or tea kettle in the room. no shampoo or conditioner. there is a “soap/shampoo” combination in the shower, but it is soap, hair felt like brass after using.
overall, this is a resort for senior citizens who want a quiet experience, or for families with small kids who want to spend all day just swimming in the pool and sleep by 10pm.

Magnificent location. 10 min from Golfo Aranci by car and a 20 minute walk to the Centro. Excellent facilities, amazing beach. Great staff.
Dated and rusty playground facilities outside, could use a facelift

We (2 people) spent only two nights (road trip and this were the last two days of our holiday) in the junior suite which was spacious with two bathrooms and two bedrooms, plus living room and balcony - it was very clean and you had everything you needed!
The staff was amazing!!!! So friendly and so helpful- we could even stay 1 hour later than check out time! Garage Parking is available- costs 12€ per night which is fair!
Breakfast was very good (compared to typical Italian ones at b&bs we stayed at)
All in all, after traveling so much by car, we enjoyed this hotel for our last two days/ nights!
The first bedroom (double bed) was very nice, although it didn’t have a window with an outside view (view into the hotel lobby instead), but the second bedroom with a bunk bed and an extra single (all in one tiny room) was a bit of a joke - it was a chamber for kids rather!
To name this accommodation “Junior Suite” based on the bedroom situation doesn’t do it: family suite would be more appropriate!!
The suite can be used by up to 6 people: there was only one tiny (!) trash can in the living room- each bathroom has one tiny trash can also- that’s not sufficient for 6 people- it wasn’t even for two.

The beach was beautiful. Beach umbrellas and chairs were included in price. Rooms were clean. The daily complimentary shuttle into town was great. Definitely made the trip more special. Friendly staff. Hotel tries hard to make sure guests are happy.
They don't have a set check in time (sometime between 3:30 and ) and their check out time is quite early (10am). Would have been nice to have beach towels included but not a deal breaker.

Kind staff, delicious cuisine, nice hotel with beautiful view and garden with pool. Your own sunbeds for whole stay. Every night open bar with music entertainment.
If you don't ask you don't know about all atractions

Location near to the beach was great. The views from the beach were fantastic. Staff were friendly. The pizza restaurant across the road was great.
Location was a bit away from the main area of Golfo Aranchi. Also taxi costs in Sardinia are quite pricey so we should have hired a car for the week. The hotel is perfect for families with small children but unfortunately the negative of this is our room was on the ground floor so was a bit noisy because of the family above us.

I couldn't fault it
