The host, Ms Fatima, met us with the key at the time of our late arrival. She also organised a driver for us to our next destination. Lovely lady.

The shower was either freezing or boiling.

Great value and location

Apt is very spacious. Access to a washer and clothes dryer on balcony. Full size kitchen and bathroom. Close to bus to Port Louis, shops, grocery store, and the beach is across the street

Location good but very impersonal stay

Location, size of the unit, nice size fridge

The bathroom was not user friendly at all and lots of things not working or broken, no hot water in the basin and many days no hot water in the shower. Water pressure was bad. The cleaning lady was efficient but i was constantly pushed to get out at a certain time. The TV was useless with just 2 news channels and no entertainment. The light in the room was very bad, i had to take out light bulbs and the fittings were broken. The clothing cupboard doors were not closing

Perfect located place to explore Grand Baie.

Brilliant location right opposite the beach. It was quiet when in the room, no noise. Very good sized apartment with working air con and equipped kitchen. Was apprehensive about parking on the beach opposite but had no issues at all. WiFi worked well. For the price this place well over exceeded my expectations.

The view from the balcony wasn’t great but they can’t help that but wouldn’t put off recommending it and staying there again. The location to the Beach is amazing.

Nice and spacious apartment located at the beach

The apartment was spacious, very clean and had all necessary facilities (fridge, microwave, kettle). The wifi was good and fast. Our balcony was also very spacious and we loved sitting there in the evening. The location us perfect, it is in the centre of Grand Baie and the beach is just across the street. There is a pharmacy and a tourist agency / car rental directly in the accomodation. It was so far the best accomodation we had on the island.

The apartment was perfectly located with a beautiful seaside view and close to the center and restaurants! It was walking distance to all the main attractions and to the drop off point for the boat trips! The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and comfortable! We felt like we were in a home away from home. the maid was also very helpful and supportive, making sure we had a good stay. Highly recommend.

It was neat and located at the city center

I only spent one night out of the 5 nights planned. I had to forego my refund as it was non refundable. Beddings were looking old, dirty and tacky. host tried convincing me that it was the color but that didn’t work for me. she later gave me a new one as I made it clear there was no way I was going to sleep on that bedsheet . Balcony view only shows an uncompleted building. kitchen utensils, sofa all old and needs changing. Apartments were located in the boys quarter at the back of the building with a pharmacy downstairs, I didn’t like the whole setting at all. The building shown in the picture is misleading because that is not where guests are accommodated. Above all, host is unfriendly, doesn’t smile at all.

Good value for the price

The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Everything you need is there. The beach is across the street. Not far from all amenities like Super U, bus stop, etc.

It's located on the coastal road, that means it's noisy, but this might not affect you if you'll spend your days outdoors.

it was a good stay! the host was very responsive to our concerns especially the hot water for shower

the property is closed proximity to the shopping center and even walking distance to La Croisette if you preferred to take an adventure by foot though bus is also available!

there's nothing in the property that I don't like since we have a theee year-old toddler having the crib for him to sleep was a good option!very considerate of the host

Great location, very close to Grand Baie Public beach (just across the road), to shops and supermarket. Very vibrant area with lots of restaurants and bars. Flat is big, self catering with enough dishes/ pans to cook. Balcony is big too. Washing machine available in the hall for everyone, and the made cleaned the flat upon requests. Owners very helpful, and they organise excursions tours for tourists, so that's really convenient.

not always hot water. some dishes/ pans should be replaced as a bit old/used.

i burned 3 of my shirts with there rubbish cheap iron.15 mins before our check out the send her staff to ask how long we will be out!!!very very disappointed.will not be recommended

Property is clean and has all you need. Great for those who wish to be central to everything in Grand Bay but also have the opportunity to self cater.

Parking is only really available outside business hours or else you have to park at the public beach across the road. But that is a small issue provided you know that from the start.
