Hotel with central location and spacious room in Mexican style - recommend to stay here!

Very nice stay at the hotel, the location was perfect - 5min from the "city center" with lots of shops, restaurants, bars. beach was approx. 3km away. the personal was super nice and friendly, we had good breakfast and room was cleaned daily. the hotel is in typical Mexican style - very colorful and the paintings on the wall are amazing!! Definitely recommend to stay here!

Wi-Fi was not really stable, the signal was poor but was OK if you need to use it for your phone only. We were missing some more sockets in the room.

Lovely little hotel that exceeded our expectations.

Great independent hotel. Friendly staff. Food very good for Mexico. Much better than we managed to find elsewhere in the town. Convenient for town and close enough to archaeological ruins. Just stayed one night. Great decoration. Large rooms. Good smallish but clean pool. Great budget option.

Good

It was a comfortable bed in a spacious room, the staff was polite and there was constant hot water. The location is super close to Tulum Centro so it is convenient to get to cafes, shops, bars, etc. The breakfast was ala carte but it was really nice. There is also a massage service on site which is reasonably priced, made full use of that.

We saw a few insects, small cockroaches for example... Maybe 2 or 3... But this obviously puts anyone off. To be fair Tulum is a developing town in the jungle so it is something you may have to deal with, they are a budget hotel. The worst part about the stay (reason it is a 7/10 and not 8) is the terrible WiFi... It barely moved and the cell phone coverage is terrible too. There is a pool but it's purely for show, it is not very clean I would look into fumigating the hotel a bit more and getting a better WiFi plan like other hotels.

We spent only 3 nights there, the room was ok, everything was working. In front of the hotel there were parking spaces too. The breakfast was nice.

There was only one dustbin, in the bathroom, I think there could be one more in the room too. We couldn't lock the door from the inside.

It was a great stay!

I had a great stay!

On my check in day, I felt that the staff who checked me in could have asked me if I needed help to carry my baggages from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor. he was just leading his way with his hand empty, looking at me carrying everything on my own.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable and large room. Tasty breakfasts and options for dinner. Very nice staff. Location is also very good - close to main street.

Poor

The room was large. The beds were comfortable. Situated in a location which allows you to reach other places easily. The breakfast consisted of coffee, fruits and omelette variations. I enjoyed it, but my friends got tired of it after a while (we stayed for 5 nights).

The room looks better in pictures than it does in person. We had hot water running instead of cold water - this fixed itself after a while. The bathroom was occasionally very hot. The air conditioning in the room was installed such that it always bothered someone, regardless of the settings. Extremely expensive just because it’s in Tulum. We stayed in way better places in Mexico at literally half the price.

delightfully quirky

A delightful, quirky hotel situated in the town of Tulum. Even though it is situated on a main road it was quiet and peaceful (something hard to come by in Tulum, which is sadly like a big construction site these days). Rooms are big and decorated beautifully, and their restaurant is very good. Would certainly recommend if you are in Tulum.

Great stay in Tulum

The room is quite big and very clean. However, depending on which room you get it could be not very bright. Our room didn't have much natural light. There is a restaurant within the hotel where an amazing breakfast is provided. Free water is provided as well at reception.

Usually it seems that you can get free bikes but when we were there they were out of service. They are doing some road works just outside the hotel so it can be noisy and not easy to access the hotel Wifi is not that good.

Great value for money!

Very nice room well-equipped with everything needed for a shower Good choice for the breakfast and everything was tasty Location is quite close to everything, but this street is not loud at night which was good for our sleeping :)

Our bus was late (accident on the road to Tulum) and we arrived after the time of the check-in When we arrived there was only a guard who called someone and at the end gave us keys for the room, we were very happy about it, because we were afraid that we wouldn't be accepted at that time at all. Overall the check-in time ends early in many Tulum hotels

Very colourful property, great breakfast

Very nice property, colourful, beautiful art on the walls, good wi-fi, very good breakfast and friendly staff. Location is good if you have a car but a bit far from the main restaurants and shops if you need to walk.

Our room was spacious and beds comfortable, but the room was quite dark and we did not get any daylight as it was on the ground floor with windows facing a narrow corridor and no privacy if you want to open the curtains.
