Nice place, suited us well but there were not enough towels in the bathrooms and at least one bathroom didn’t have a bath mat. Also, the communication with owner was not great. L

We had passed this house many times over the 18 years we have visited Nantucket over the summers. This visit we took another family and needed a bigger home. Lucky us! This home was a perfect combination of history, elegance and comfort for all of us. There was some communication issues on the front end about our check-in process through the app. They were quickly smoothed out and there were no problems beyond. We hope to stay again!

We were thrilled with our house in Nantucket. It was quaint and lovely. The covered porch in back was our favorite spot. The garden is fabulous! I can only imagine it in a few weeks when everything is blooming. It was a perfect walk to shops and restaurants. It will always be a special memory as it was our first vacation with our 9 month old granddaughter. Wonderful!

Historic house that is absolutely beautiful. Yard is meticulous, the interior of the home has a lot of history, impressive craftsmanship which exceeded our expectations. The host was communicative and very helpful. Had friends join us from across the country and for many it was their first time to Nantucket. They all were impressed with the home. It’s a fantastic house which has to be experienced! We hope to be back next year!

The property was better than expected because it was bigger. The photos don't do it justice. Great back porch as well.

This house was just perfect for us. With 3 large living areas and an AMAZING kitchen and outdoor space, it's fantastic for larger groups. The yard and setting is gorgeous and magazine worthy.
The location is just up the street from the top of town so great access to shopping and restaurants but not in the center of them. Our only ask and I shared with the owner is more information on check-in/house instructions so we didn't have to bug her so much and a bit more timely on communication responses for this reason but she was responsive and helpful for our questions in the end. Highly recommend!!

The house had not been cleaned when we arrived-dirty linens and dishes. The air conditioning was broken. There were no instructions given-parking, wi-fi, etc. I called the contact # given to me on the website. They sent someone to clean and said previous renters had no problems with the air conditioning. If so, why was the window propped up with the hair dryer?? Air conditioning got repaired while we were there. There was no soap in the bathrooms/nor small amenities. The location is good for walking into town and the back porch/yard is nice for sitting. Just don’t expect a warm and fuzzy welcome when you arrive.

We loved the property, beautifully landscaped and kitchen had top of the line appliances/renovated perfectly. This comfortably slept 10 of us and we had plenty of rooms to spread out if we needed some alone time. We had the best weekend getaway, the house is a short walk to town and you will not need a car. You can rent bikes and go to the beach. We will be staying here again and again :)
