Lovely old little house painted white just minutes from the beach. Very clean property . Good bathroom with nice shower, the kitchen was well equipped, comfortable sitting area and nice balcony. You can just see a glimpse of the sea through the trees from the balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view. The beach close by is a lovely little bay. The coast line of Estepona has lots of trees and is very pretty.

I enjoyed walking across the street to Playa Cristo and riding the excellent bike path into town, which takes about 10-15 mins. depending where you're going.
Nice big bed was a bonus
The one thing that disappointed me was all the traffic noise sitting out on the balcony, which I didn't end up using as much as I normally would
Also having to be very careful not to hit my head upstairs in the loft bedroom

The size , space and layout were perfect.
The only downside was the walk up the hill initially, however we did find slightly easier routes down .

Well it’s easy to get the keys and the location is excellent
Bathroom was dirty. Toe nail clippings
Husband had to duck (he is 6’1) under a low mezzanine ceiling which was maybe 4 foot high to gain access into the bedroom . Very odd arrangement
Bed sheets super rough
Blind pulley for blinds broken
No headboards
Spare room isn’t really a double. Has a double bed but no access to sides of bed.
Towels very old and tired. Would not use for my dog.
We moved out and stayed at H10. We did try to speak to the person managing but they refused point blank to agree with our concerns and are of the mindset we were fussy and that we should accept it with a ‘you get what you pay for’ attitude.. So my suggestion is save your money and spend a little more elsewhere.

We really enjoyed our stay here and found the house comfortable and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and it was lovely to see the pine trees through the bedroom window. The terrace was an added bonus. It was a short walk to the beach which had a lovely beach bar for a sundowner. The harbor was close by and easy to walk to the Wednesday street market.
Had to be careful not to bump your head at the top of the stairs.

no issues

The accomodation has everything, even things that are not mentioned in the listing (washing machine!). The location is very close to the beach. The check in process is very easy and flexible, its done via key safe. It was a great stay for us and we would definitely return.

clean modern had everything we needed
Unfortunately there was a beautiful big tree directly in front of the balcony, which blocked the sun and beautiful view
But we need tree’s right

some thought had obviously been put into the design interior of the apartment
it was quite well equipped in the kitchen the bed was very comfy and spacious
it was cold and it felt damp there was only one heater for the whole house the sheets on the bed were marked the furniture was grubby it needed a really good clean

Owner was lovely and always available by text.
Electric tripped out constantly, could not use more than two appliances at a time.
Very steep stairs to top bedroom, and low ceiling meant difficult access, awkward for us as we are more mature.
Very large pine trees kept all the sun out of the balcony, and made the living room dark and cold.

This apartment was fabulous. The decor was attractive and comfortable. The facilities were great. The view from the balcony was lovely and the seating out there was good too.
The downstairs bedroom was a little small but still good for one person.

This is a well maintained apartment that is in a great location - 200m from Playa del Cristo beach and around a 15min walk to the port. The owner has excellent communication and contacted us to ensure safe arrival and take us through entry procedure to the property.
Infirm people may struggle with the slope or steps to get to the main road but there are alternatives around the location. For the property itself, we loved everything about it.

Not a lot !
The upstairs bedroom was impossible to get to because of a low ceiling at the top of the stairs
The downstairs bedroom had no space either side of the bed which meant you have to crawl on and out !!
In general the furnishings are dated and the outside terrace is a disgrace !!
2.5
Location was great, walking distance to port and beach
Some of the furniture is very big for and not easy to walk around.
More electric sockets needed.

I absolutely loved this place! So much so I'm already looking as to when I can next book! The 2 bedroom house is peaceful and relaxing. Beautifully decorated with all the facilities you need in a holiday home. A short walk (3minutes) to the beach where there is a fantastic chiringuitos. It's a bit of a further walk to the old town area but perfect if you like to stroll along the beach front.
4.5
Quiet location within very easy reach of the marina and the town is easily accessible also. Me and my parents enjoyed a very reaxed and comfortable stay here.
3.8
The property is well furnished and there is an outside terrace which is also very comfortable. The shower was magic.
The location is also good as the apartment is close to the beach and the shops.
The main bedroom is upstairs and to enter it, we had to bend low due to the very low ceiling. Because of this we slept in the downstairs bedroom to avoid any accident given our age. We also felt that for a family of 4 people the property would be very crowded if full use of the terrace could not be made. We also left the property the day before due to both a poor weather forecast and what appeared to be a 5 hour power cut which we chose not to suffer further.
