Breakfast were delicious and the beach is just a walking distance from the hotel.
The room is a little dated.

The pool and view were amazing but the pool lights were off. Staff was amazing. Really great staff… Lobby was fancy. Free pool table.
It’s off season so the property is quite. Surrounding area is closed if little to no people. Beds were not comfy. With Vietnam weather rooms are falling apart wallpaper is peeling off but that is normal. Breakfast was ok only.

We were staying at the hotel approximately a week before the Vietnamese (lunar) new year thus the most low season of the year and the price was around 40% of the normal price.
Very off from every thing.
The rooms we were staying were running down with a lot of dirt spots on the walls.
The hotel is not a 5 but 4 star hotel.
The choices for breakfast were quite limited.

Although it is bit isolated, it is close to the beach 3 min walk and the sea view from top floor gives you the best sun set views!
we had the room on 8F and it was breathtaking to watch sunset while there was someone paragliding at the sea and we watched it against the deep red sky in the evening…:)
I loved the hospitality of the staff, they really made me feel like king! language was not a barrier as everyone were equipped with google translate 😉
Room is large and spacious, the floor is fully covered with mat which is a big PLUS as we even sit around on floor for a family meal in the room… (you don’t get this even in major hotels near to it)
Overall, we had the best of the stays in recent years and would definitely recommend this hotel for tourists…
Only improvement I can suggest to hotel is - please add two chairs and table in balcony, it will add much more value to all the facilities you provided!
Another minor one - The soap bar holder in the shower room is a glass piece with sharp edges which could easily hurt kids.. suggest to replace with the blunt one or anything appropriate.

The room is rather large
The water is very dirty, when opening the tap for a few mins, we can see the water turn yellow.

The staff were very nice and tried their best, they were very apologetic with our experience when it wasn’t their fault.
We checked out within the first 30 minutes of arriving. This is not a 5* hotel, this is more like a 3* hotel.
The hotel doesn’t seem to have AC anywhere, so it is extremely uncomfortable and hot throughout the premises and when you get to your room the AC in there barely works. The room did not cool down for the time we were in there.
The photos look nothing like what the hotel is actually like. Wallpaper is peeling off, carpet has bumps and stains in it. The room looked and felt really dirty.
The room smelt of smokers, and very strong fumes (like paint or silicon?). The bed had all these little brown bugs all over it.
Other guests were yelling in the hall, I assume by this that they put everyone in one section.
The location of the hotel is also away from a lot of tourist attractions and nice beaches.
After organising the next hotel which took us 20 mins we checked out, I explained the state of the hotel and it does not match what I had booked online and it isn’t comfortable or suitable for our health to stay.
They wanted to keep our money for the 3 nights after checking in for less than an hour, but we came to the agreement that they can have the first night even though we will be leaving within on that moment, but they promised they will refund 2 nights. They wouldn’t refund us on the spot even though we paid the hotel upfront and directly as we checked in. This is all after about 40 minutes of arguing that they don’t have the right to keep our money as the services they are providing do not match what is online and we are not getting the service we have paid for.
We are still waiting on our refund and they said it could take up to 45 days to receive, which is ridiculous as it took them less than 45 seconds to charge us. I really hope they do refund us as I haven’t received any confirmation of them to processing it. We will be chasing this up weekly

The location not on the beach as it was under the beachfront filter, you can see the sea but it's a 5min walk to beach and nothing for you to use. Breakfast was awful and always the same, not many people in the hotel due to covid so I understand it was limited but I couldn't even get a scrambled egg or omelette, fried eggs only in deep oil, even when asking and explained an omelette they just fried eggs and folded them over before giving to me. Limited fresh fruit, youghurt only with sugar, bread sweet and none fresh when I arrived each morning at 9.30am. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful except one lady on reception. Not welcoming to western travellers and not set up for western travellers. Pool at the front of the hotel you have to walk across the drive to get to it and it is next to a road. No western food available on the room service or menu in the bar/restaurant. Air con terrible in the gym, equipment not cleaned daily. Spa and massage very strange, no different types of massage to me it looked more of a Male onle service. Kareoke really loud and you could hear awful singing from your room.
