Good value

Erityisesti sijainti hyvä. Hyvä sänky ja tyynyt. Mukava sisustus, parveke ns takapihalle. Mukava juttu myös se, että Kouros hotellin allasalue oli myös käytettävissä.

Ehkä vähän erikoinen ratkaisu wc-tilan ja suihkun sijaitseminen käytännössä makuuhuonetilassa, lasiseinät eivät juuri yksityisyyttä antaneet. Rakennuksen äänieristys ehkä vähän heikko, iltamyöhään seinän takaa kuului lapsiperheen elämänmeno. Astioita olisin myös kaivannut vähän enemmän.

Clean sheets and towels Very good location, close to Faliraki Center and beach; many supermarkets and car rentals around, as well as restaurants Air co Nice balcony, mosquito nest and drier Design of the room is very nice Parking lor Wi-fi working very well Room was cleaned every 3 days In our last day, we could leave our luggage at Kouros Hotel and enjoyed all facilities there until leaving to the airport - nice pool and facilities

Clogged sink and moving - this was the thing we disliked the most, but we managed Not enough shower gels. Found used bath products; only one little soap for the entire stay. - would have been nice to read our messages on Booking and maybe address these during our stay TV not working - but we didn’t need it Some broken clothes hangers Not resspossive to messages

Loved it besides from having to tell each other to go out on the balconywhilewe went to the toilet😉

Location, value for money

The only thing I would say is the toilet & shower needs to be not see through glass. I don’t know anyone that wants to see each other on the toilet. If that was done a lot more people would book here

The studio was stylish about 10-15 minute walk from the beach. The staff that checked us in was friendly. They cleaned the studio and changed towels once in a week. The bed was comfortable, the room had storage drawers in the bed and the bathroom had a hairdryer.

The tv didn’t work and wasn’t fixed when we raised it with the receptionist. All the toilet and shower room doors and walls were made of see through glass and not sound proofed - a bit awkward for us even after years of marriage :-D We wouldn’t stay there again for that reason. The room had no iron and ironing board.

Very stylish apartment with a perfect location and a wonderful partnership with the Kouros hotel

Len Art selected Studios offer rooms in a very perfect area. Just 5min to the next beach (southern end of Faliraki Beach) or Kathara Beach (which I would prefer, smaller and very calm and relaxing). Going into Faliraki town takes you not even 5min. So you have here a perfect location, everything is near and it's still not loud. There is also a nice Tavern and a supermarket within 1min walk. The rooms are spacious and have a very modern design. What is also very nice is that this Studios belong to the Kouros Exclusive Hotel. This hotel is 5min away and you can use the outstanding pool area there, too (see the added pictures. Pool area is from the hotel). I would highly recommend that, the Hotel is super nice. Everyone is really helpful and supports you with everything you need. You can also enjoy a breakfast buffet at the hotel for € 10,- which is a bargain for the service and products they offer there. If a room is free, I would recommend booking the Kouros hotel, but the Len Art selected studios are also a great deal and if you want to have a pool area, walk to the hotel.

There were only very small things, that are not perfect. For example, I do not understand why nowadays they built showers (works for me) and toilet walls out of transparent glass. TV is also kind of useless as I only managed to receive very few channels, but I am not on holiday for a TV. ;)

Great hotel with kind staff! I'll tag an employee named George! He greeted us warmly and was always ready to help! Thanks a lot! We really liked the room, it is very spacious with a good repair and everything you need to relax. Nothing could spoil this wonderful holiday for us! We had a good time both at the sea, which is very close, and at the Kouros hotel, swimming in the pool and relaxing on sunbeds! I want to note that the hotel is well renovated and everything is done with taste! We will be happy to return to you next year! Gracias!!

These things did not spoil our holiday, but I want to list them as a small recommendation! This is a small refrigerator. There were not enough glasses for wine and beautiful mugs for coffee. Kitchen rags or paper napkins.

Great!

The apartment is close to the beach and the center of Faliraki. it’s clean and modern and there’s enough space for a comfortable stay. it has a nice balcony as well. I was traveling solo and the apartment was perfect for a few relaxing days. The check-in is at the Kouros hotel (10 mins walk). The staff was super nice, when I arrived the apartment was not ready yet so I waited at their pool area and got a free drink. When checking out I could enjoy their breakfast and they helped me with transport to the airport. I would definitely recommend!

Exceptional

The apartament is nice as in the pictures. Thr location is great, 5 minutes to city center, 5 minutes to beach. Is also very quiet so sleep is not a problem.

There where some problems at check in. We had to wait an extra hour to get the room,but maybe we where just unlucky. You have to get the keys to the apartament from Kouros hotel which is 500 meters from the location of the apartament

Great value for money

The room is great: very spacious, modern and comfortable. It also has a big terrace in front. Great value for money.

There is no self check-in policy, no reception, no staff present and it is a challenge to get someone to answer the phone number listed for the property, which makes the check-in and check-out an awful experience.

Superb

Great stylish place with good location, close to the beach and a lot of shops are around. Also at the corner you may find so atmospheric local cafe (in the evening is very popular through locals). We had cleaning every third day, changing towels and linens. AC was new, was working well. Free parking and some balcony to hang out with friends. Place is designed with taste, but toilet and shower are made from glass, so it’s better fits for couples :) And it looks the same as on photos. Next time I would definitely book this place one more time, highly recommend.

Everything was great, maybe it’s better to add more kitchen supplies (but it wasn’t problem for us as we were going out all the time)

Exceptional

I was located to the Kouros hotel as a free upgrade! The hotel and its facility are beautiful, very clean, the restaurant and food very delicious and stylish and all of the staff super friendly and helpful! I had a great time!

The hotel stays about 20 min by foot from the bar/club centre Mostly young couples in the hotel...for lonely travellers not the best place to get to know new people

Modern and stylish apartment in good location

Very modern and stylish apartment in Faliraki in walking distance to the beach, bus stops and restaurants. Small kitchenette with basic equipment and nice balcony. You can also use the pool from Hotel Kouros exclusive which is a great combination of being apart from all the tourists and enjoying hotel facilities. Very nice staff, good drinks and food at hotel pool bar.

Actually nothing, there was only the balcony light outside not working.

Wow

I got a free upgrade at arrival which was amazing. After 2 days we had to change to a "normal" room. Also here it was amazing. I enjoyed 100%. George helped us a lot with the checkin and gave us tips to travel around the island. Shout out to him.
