The beach was very nice.
Lots of repairs required. Our door handle fell off while we were there and the WiFi was problematic. The breakfast was poorly organized. The staff were quite rude.

Complex was generally well run and very convenient.
Finding out that we had to pay for sun loungers on the beach.

The only thing that was great- location! Hotel is very close to many popular tourist places and the private beach is a pearl!
Breakfast was uninspiring, poor, without any variation, so was the lunch and dinner. We don’t recommend to eat there, because it was just bad.
The toilets flush in the appartement, didn’t work properly. Water in both pools was too salted, actually more than in the sea. Nobody wanted to swim in them. Many from hotel staff can’t speak english and are not service minded.

Wonderful territory, good beach, friendly staff and cozy terrace.
Apartments are old and smells musty. TV is not working ( you can use it only as double screen if have Android phone). Kitchen furniture renovated, but you feel like in old scout camping in these apartments. Kitchen equipment is very poor, there is no even cutting board or spatula. Air conditioner just on the entrance and it doesn’t affect on bedroom.
However hotel has it’s private beach, you must pay 20 euros per day for sun beds, regardless you are a guest of hotel. This is first time I see such service in the world.
However, on the second day we found out that these all are small things. On the second day electricity disappeared and second day and night we paid over 130 euro just for bed in dark room. Because without electricity you have no even hot water. Of course no wifi, no air conditioning etc. I do understand that this was a general problem and not a fault of hotel. But hotel absolutely is not ready for such situations and doesn’t offer any solutions or compensation.

Location-this is something You do not have to invest and worry about - just buy a parcel once but it is not everything You do for great vacation. good coffee at the bar. ice creams in a freezer.
Very old resort which has not been renovated for ages. You feel like in a scary movie in abandon camping. torn lawns as if in a rut. pedal boats abandoned in the bushes. forgotten vegetation untrimmed for years. crooked roads, sidewalks and lawns, thresholds narrow entrances unfriendly passages from the 80s Very bad smell in rooms - rooms are closed from October to May - just imagine the climate inside- gotten dizzy head after 15 mns. the smell of the air inside was a mix of fresh paint, chemical aerosols and mold. Disgusting - traveling with my dearest family we left the place after 3 hours. NO GO place.

beach was very clean and great water to swim in
1. air conditioner unit was hidden behind a large dresser in the kitchen area, therefore the bedroom got no fresh air blown in there, it was so hot.
2. there were lots of ants and the furniture was old and falling apart. truly a shame because the grounds r very pretty. it NEEDS UPDATING....
3. kid music at night...this was annoying - dont stay if your going for a relaxing honeymoon
4. the food was not bad considering breakfast and lunch was included, but nothing to write home about

kind and friendly staff
5.0 / 10.0
The staff are friendly and the location is excellent. The cocktails at the bar were very strong. The beach is ok, especially at sunset when it’s quiet.
The room was genuinely awful. We paid more than £300 per night for a room which was cramped, falling apart, way too hot, the bedroom didn’t have air conditioning and so it was like sleeping in a sauna, especially as there was an enormous fridge in the middle of the room pumping out hot air! It was farcical.
The other thing that was ridiculous is that most of the sun beds on the beach were empty but couldn’t be used because they had been block booked by others who were mostly off doing other things. So there was a really silly situation where there were no sun beds available on any of the days we were there, despite most of the sun beds being empty. The staff couldn’t see that this was a ridiculous situation, only “this is the way it is”.

beautiful beach on the property, super clean waters with nice sand.

beautiful location, close to the town, beautiful beach
linen/towels and daily cleaning not included in the price and no usual hotel facilities, making it poor value for money

The room was spacious and well equipped, the beach is well organised, the personnel is very polite and helpful. There is a restaurant and a bar with snacks which I also liked as you can stay flexible with food.
There were many events and loud music in the evening (for kids), so for solo travellers might be not the best ambiance. I didn’t understand how to make the TV work, as is was not showing anything.

Amazing views, good access to pool, beach, opportunities to do water sports. The only nice people were at the bar and the water sports rental hut. Really beautiful compound, quiet and serene with pristine water in the golf.
Staff was indifferent, unfriendly at times, not very much into solving issues. General attitude - this is how we do things, you like it or not. There's no going the extra mile. Rooms are not cleaned on a regular, predictable schedule. You never know if you get your garbage taken out or left with it for a couple of days. Food at restaurant is a shame for italian cuisine, so not worth the money. Opt for take away and eat at your house because eating in the restaurant will triple your bill. Or better, eat out in Palau when possible or take away from Palau restaurants.

6.0 / 10.0
Good location, near the beach, close to Palau; delicious breakfast - very good eggs, croissants and good coffee
The whole complex is quite old and needs some reconstruction. Our room looked different as on the pictures on the website - it was old dark room with terrace directly next to the street, without any garden and without any privacy; there was not a fridge in the room and even not any glasses! Breakfast was very good, but the drinks were served in the plastic cups, this I cannot understand in Europe in 21st century... For 92eur/night it is not a good value for the money.
