All in all, just an awful experience and definitely would not recommend staying at this motel.

The room looked like an old granny lived there, dark old furniture with lace doilies, lace curtains. Chipped paint on the doors. Couldn’t see the tv from the bed, shower was within a large spa bath so had to climb over the side of the spa to access the shower. Worst part was when the a/c was turned on a terrible smell like something burning filled the air and made breathing difficult. Someone from the office brought a spray bottle up and spent about 30 minutes cleaning the a/c. Just awful. Biscuits were provided, but unfortunately someone had already opened the packet and took one of the biscuits. A not to be repeated experience.

The sheets on the bed were filthy dirty We were iitchy all night and. discovered that the Bed had bed bugs And dirty sheets which were nearly threadbare The whole place needs to be closedout

Poor service from staff

Staff were useless, no service card to replace towels in room, no customer service given and she didn't give a hoot about anything you had to say...her reply was 'Im too busy right now I'll get them to you at 8pm, then she didn't even bother

The room was certainly value for money. We would he happy to stay again in the future.

This was the last property available in the area that we wanted to stay. The property was far more spacious than what we needed. We liked the spa bath (even though it didn't actually work as a spa). There was tea, coffee and cookies for our breakfast: a nice welcome treat. Clean linen, towels, clean rooms.

The maintenance is lagging somewhat compared to what a property such as this would require: a light bulb was missing, the towel rack pole comes loose, the spa is not functional.

They waited 4 me to arrive.

The owner robbed me of $200 and other things while I was asleep worth about $2K. The owner recons it was sum woman that robbed me but they wer both in on it and drugged me and robbed me!

It was ok, I would stay again for an overnighter if neccessary.

It was inexpensive, with car parking

My partner had to take a cold shower because there was no hot water. After her 3 min shower the hot water finally arrived.

everything is good just not quiet for me.

The big bed is very comfortable to sleep on and the mattress is not too soft which is just right for me.And the bathtub is very spacious and comfortable to soak in.

The sound insulation is not pretty good.At night the next door neighbor‘s dog will barks and the voices of the occupants outside can be heard.

Place is in need of (a lot of) maintenance, some serious. I will not return or recommend.

Location was convenient.

Had amount for both rooms taken from my holding card without discussion (receipt given at arrival) - rooms were booked for different family members and were going to be paid separately, plus no allowance available to use travel/stay vouchers. Queries dismissed at check-in. Bunk bed in family room had top rail loose and inadequate step to access (had to rely on bench top) - refused to use. Bathroom door jammed and mould on wall. Iron in laundry room had exposed copper wiring from worn and kinked cord. Bathroom door on double room refused to stay closed and bed lights non-functional. Concerned at inadequate ventilation requiring messages in both rooms requesting toast be made in bathroom (on wash-basin). Found small cockroaches in both rooms. Saw no appliances in either room test/tagged. Unable to find alternate affordable accomodation for our group (to attend memorial service) to allow option to vacate early. Wish there was an up-side.

Location is pretty good close enough to the entrance without the crowds

A few updates could be done, including bathroom, TV such as size and Netflix/ Foxtel, loud air conditioner, remove shelfs near bed and change to bed side table, add usb sockets. Hot water systems as it took around 15 minutes for hot water to come through

Disappointing. Lakeview Motel is taken off my 'return one day list

Lake view only if you went across the paddock, crossed the main road and then through the bush

Front door rattled , something outside the back window rattled and kept us both awake all night, both nights. Toilet door wouldn't stay shut.

No Parking inside if you get Room 1, couch was uncomfortable to sit on, as it tilts back when you lean back, very outdated small room. Mattress is hard, can only recommend a 1 night stay if you really need a place to stop over.
